What a Coincidence!😱
Wild Irish Prequel...
Bumbling Irish mobsters screw up left and right in this murder💀 and mafia🔫🔪 romance.
Twin brothers are as unlike as 🌙night and day🌞. Connor, Liam, Shane, and the twins, Finn🐺 and Darragh🐶🔫🔪, are all soldiers for their mobster father.
When her father dies, Siobhan💃💔has his farm and 🐕dog to deal with. She lives in the city and doesn't want either, but the 🐕dog grows on her.
At her father's wake, twin Irish mobsters, Finn🐺 and Darragh🐶 attend, with Darragh🐶 blowing it by offering her a large amount for the farm, which contains a large bog. The twins father, Michael, wants The Farm for the bog, a convenient place to dump bodies. Siobhan💃💔 is offended by the crass offer at her father's wake, and refuses.
Darragh🐶🍆🔫🔪 is a womanizer and a drunk. Finn🐺 is a serious young man who agonizes over everything that Darragh🐺 does. The other older brothers are serious mobsters following in their father's footsteps 👣
Siobhan💃💋 takes to Finn🐺 and they start an affair. She wants to sell the farm to him but her old aunt👵 is contesting the will.
Darragh🐶🔫🔪, the bumbling fool, goes to see the Aunt👵 and kills💀 her when she supposedly attacks him. It's a death💀 that is too convenient, too close to Siobhan's father's death. Of course the other brothers must clean up his mess.

Shane. Who is Shane? The book Vicious picks up in the middle of his relationship with Una, so it's confusing to say the least.
The author has other characters in this book that are not introduced. They must have been in other books? Who is Neill? Who is Brian? Who is Una? Then there is the problem of The dead girl. Where in the world did she come from?
ARC Received from Booksprout🌱
I also got this book with KU.
This is an interesting book but it was rushed into publication. It is filled with spelling errors and plot holes. It needs to be edited. The mob's family name, 0'Reagan, is even spelled O'Regan at times. Which is it? Brian is called Brain at times! The list of errors is long.
Apparently, this is not a standalone book because I was thoroughly confused by characters with no background information being continually inserted into the story.
