Jess Blakely is at the very top of the list She thinks I’m a rebellious playboy She’s not wrong, but there is something she doesn’t know. I can be plenty serious for the right reason Finally getting my hands on Jess is definitely that I’ll play along with her manipulations, for a price. It’s time for the games between us to end. It’s time to get serious.
Jess Ben’s always been a problem. He was a problem at school, then at university. Now, he’s the problem who is set to derail my sister’s whirlwind wedding. I take being maid of honor seriously. I won’t let one badly behaved aristocrat stop me from being the best sister in the world I’ll pay any price to achieve my goals, and the worst part is? I'm going to enjoy every single moment.
Benedict is the fifth hero in the Spoiled Royal series. These heroes are badly-behaved billionaire aristocrats who are used to getting their way. They’ll go all out for their feisty, independent heroines and stop at nothing, to get their ring on their fingers. A steamy story about obsessed OTT billionaires, always SAFE, with a sweet HEA guarantee.
Gia Bailey loves to write steamy, sweet, short romances to keep her warm during the cold Scottish nights. All her heroes, from mountain men to billionaires, are possessive, obsessive alpha males, who go OTT for the women they fall for. And the heroines? Shy, sweet, smart, ambitious, and everything in between, these ladies always get their happy endings.
When not writing, she lives with her own burly Russian mountain man and all-knowing four year old, and enjoys baking, reading, jumping in muddle puddles (it’s Scotland, so there are lots), and inventing elaborate dreamworlds to play in. After all, life’s too short for anything other than a HEA.
Steamy Romance - High Heat - High Emotion - No cheating - No cliffhangers - HEA guaranteed

Jess used to have the life that others envied but that was before her father remarried and kicked her and her sister to the curb and they are now living in a rundown apartment. But Poppy is about get married to her soulmate and there is only one thing that she has asked for and for that she needs Jess’s help. She desperately wants Benedict her fiancé’s brother to attend the wedding. There is nothing that Jess wouldn’t do for her sister and that includes asking the one man who can get under her skin and has been since they were in school together, to attend a wedding he has made plain he has no intention of going to. Will Jess be able to convince Ben to be at the wedding and when he has some stipulations of his own will she agree?
Benedict knew that there was no way that he was going to his older brother’s wedding, he isn’t exactly family orientated, his mother cares more about how the family appears than anything else and he cares not a jot what anyone else thinks, but that changes the day that Jess turns up at his art studio. She is the one woman that has always alluded him. It appears that she he is desperate for him to attend and make her sisters wish would come true, but could this be his one chance to finally get the one woman that he has always wanted, his chance at love?
Loved these two characters they spent so much time fighting what they felt for each other and Ben came over as genuine but very insecure. Great read as always by Ms. Bailey. 4.2*
Jess and Benedict have known each other a long time. Each has been hiding their feelings but when their siblings end up falling in love and getting engaged, Benedict decides this is his chance get his girl once and for all. Entertaining, sweet with some steam.
*spoilers* Jess' sister Poppy is about to get married to Dante, Ben's older brother. Also coming from a wealthy family Jess and her sister are broke. Her father left them for another woman. Poppy is sad because Ben does not want to attent the wedding., he is the rebel of the family and has the image of a playboy. When Jess seeks him out he says he is coming if he gets her. Jess always thought he never saw her, knowing for a very long time and Ben also thinks he never has a chance with her. Jess does not realize how serious Ben is. Ben makes a deal with her, he comes to the wedding when Jess becomes his for the days before the wedding and at the wedding. For her sister and because she has had a big crush on Ben for years she agrees. The chemistry is amazing between the two. Also Ben reacts very supportive, when he finds out in which situation Poppy and Jess are. They fall hard for each other, but then Jess hears Ben talk with his mother and thinks their time is over and it was all a game for him after all. Romantic story with a little drama. Jess is a srong woman, who protects her sister. Having parents who abandoned them and not really be able to work due to the social status. So strong on the outside, but who does not seek a strong shoulder to share the burdens. Also she is not proud in the wrong way. Wonderful characters.

This is the 5th story in the Spoiled Royal series and boy is Benedict a spoiled Royal who lives by his own rules! Benedict, Ben has had a crush on Jess since they went to school together and having come from wealthy families they are part of the same circle of friends. Dante is Ben’s older serious brother who fell in love with Poppy, Jess’s older sister who is a sweetheart. Jess does her own thing and doesn’t let others opinions affect her. When Ben refuses to attend the wedding Poppy gets Jess to talk with Ben asking him to attend. When Jess finds Ben she discovers he is an amazing artist and surprised how well he is built and one sexy man! Ben ends up making a deal with Jess who he calls Red that he gets to have her any way he wants and she agrees. Jess and Ben have had a crush on one another for years and neither have done a thing about it. It’s great to see how Ben takes control and ends up being a caring man who does nice things for Jess that she discovers later. Falling in love has ups and downs and Ben and Jess have them and how they come out the other end is something that just right for them! I loved their story. 'Benedict' by Gia Bailey is the fifth book in her Spoiled Royal series and tells the story of Jess (Red) and Benedict (Ben). Jess and Ben have known each other for years through their families and having gone to school together. They are going to become even closer as their siblings are getting married. Jess is her sister, Poppy's, maid of honor and will do anything to help make her wedding perfect. Jess is tasked with convincing Ben to come to the wedding as he is refusing to attend. Jess approaches Ben about the wedding pleading with him to come and behave himself. He agrees with on condition, Red has to do him a favor. She consents not knowing that Ben is going to use this time to seduce and woo her to be his forever.
Ms. Bailey has written a charming addition to her series. I liked how Jess and Ben both discovered they were more then just a "spoiled rich kid". This story has drama, secrets, laughs, family issues passion, and plenty of steam. I enjoyed this book and recommend it to anyone who likes a bit of snark with their romance.

Jess and Benedict have had crushes on each other from back in their school days, yet both have remained silent on how they feel and taken no action on it.
But when Benedict says he won’t attend Dante’s wedding, the maid of honor, Jess, is asked by her sister to get him to change his mind. This is his chance to get what he really wants – Jess. He agrees to go to the wedding, but only if she will agree to be his in whatever way he chooses. She thinks she is being noble by paying any price for her sister’s happiness; but Benedict is the one orchestrating this scenario. The good thing is that she is going to be very happy paying for this particular favor. Will she find out that he took advantage of the situation in setting this up? Grab your copy and see how his plans work out.
Excellent enemies to lovers romance. Jess & Ben have been at odds since school, and now Jess’ sister is marrying Ben’s older brother. When Jess makes a last-ditch attempt to persuade him to come to the wedding he comes up with a deliciously sexy blackmail proposal. He says he will come if Jess will be ‘with him’ until the wedding! I loved the way neither of them will admit to the depth of their feelings for one another – but are seemingly well aware of the steamy chemistry that sets the atmosphere ablaze when they are in the same room together. The reader is teased with their escalating interactions – a scene in the changing room when he buys her some new ski gear will particularly have you fanning yourself! Another great read from Gia Bailey with a swoon-worthy HEA.
These are two people that are a little lost in their current lives (for multiple reasons) that come to the realization they might get to have a future neither would dare hope for.
Benedict knows there has to be something more and isn’t afraid to leave what he knows to find it.
Jess doesn’t want anything to do with Benedict, but being a great maid of honor to her beloved sister means she will do anything the make the day perfect for her.
When they finally start letting down their walls, they find they understand each other more than they expected.

4.5 Stars I thought that this was a great book. I loved Jess and Ben together. These two have had crushes on each other when they were in school but they always thought that the other didn't notice the other. How wrong they were. I really enjoyed the connection, and the chemistry between these two. There is a lot of tension and banter with these two but also love, steam, comedy, and a really good HEA. I can't wait to see what Ms. Gia has in store for us next. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. Gia as a great author.

I loved this book! Jess and Ben went to school together and they both have had crushes on each other since then but neither has ever done anything about it. Until now when Ben refuses to attend Dante's wedding Poppy asks Jess to talk Ben into attending. Ben takes this opportunity to make a deal with Jess (who he calls Red )to have her anyway he wants and she agrees. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this steamy story to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.

This is a quick, steamy novella length read, love that the author included an epilogue 6-years later as an update on Jess and Ben. The chemistry between Jess and Ben was smoking hot which made this such a steamy read. Definitely recommend Benedict and personally I'm going to check out the other books in the Spoiled Royal series and you should too after reading Benedict! Even though I did receive an advanced review copy of this book, I also purchased the book / read it with Kindle Unlimited and am voluntarily leaving my own unsolicited opinion with my voluntary review.
Ben and Jess have known each for a while, but their feeling for each other have not seemed to mesh with each other. So, when Jess's sister is getting married, Jess promises to get Ben to attend. The last thing Ben wants to do is be around he family, but when Jess and he make an arrangement, Ben can't help but be around more.
I love these stories in the series as there is always a twist on the character, the Royal character is never what you think and will have you lost in the story page after page.

A Fun Modern UK-Based Romance. Great storyline of the betrothed siblings who have had long standing crushes on each other finally make their moves to the delight and suspicions of family members. Their lust fullness seems to be on par with each other’s which makes for many steamy pages of reading. Recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure. PEACE.

The groom's brother doesn't want to attend his wedding. The bride's sister decides to try and convince Ben to attend anyway. But when he realizes what she's asking, he doesn't really want to do it. He does want her to know how he feels about her. And she doesn't believe it. Especially when she overhears Ben talking to his mother. Can she believe him when he speaks about what he really wants in this story? I like this bad boy!!
Very good romance I thought it's a very good story, very romantic, cute, tender and hot, with great characters, especially the one of Ben who does not let go once he finally decides to take the first step towards Jess, the one he thinks hates him forever. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
The author has given us a wonderful story that pulls us into the lives of Ben and Jess and does not let go. They have crushed on each other for years, while acting as if they hate the other. When her sister marries his brother, Ben refuses to attend. Until Jess makes a deal with him.

Benedict is definitely a spoiled royal and he almost spoiled his chance at love. Thankfully, he took a chance and after 10 years of wanting, he finally got his woman. What a beautifully perfect match he and Jess made. Their journey was so entertaining!💖💖💖💖💖
Jess offers to get Ben to agree the attend his brother's and her sister's wedding. Unknown to both parties, they have had an attraction for each other for years. The chemistry between the two is explosive. Jess has doubts and Ben has to reinforce his intentions. This was a warm feel-good story.

After reading four of the books in this series, this book is such a disappointment. The story is typical and generic but there is no character development at all. Its more like an accounting of what happens in the story without the feels.
I’m disappointed that a series that has such great scenarios didn’t just make the cut with this book. It had way more potential than has been explored.
The same goes for the book Dante (bonus novella), sort of connected with this book, but again didn't make the cut.
