I love my mate. This is why I bring Zoe’s family from Earth to celebrate their winter festival. What could go wrong?
To deliver my pregnant mate joy for her Christmas revel, I invite her relations from Earth to feast and be merry. I have prepared our home and vowed by oath to prove myself to Zoe's kin. All will be well so long as they watch the safety briefing. And avoid this planet’s untamed woods. But a missing canine, perfect photo, and dangerous scheme puts lives – and my mate’s happiness, at grave risk.
Will hosting Zoe's family for the holidays become the greatest test of our mating bond?

Greetings and salutations. I’m a lifelong sci-fi and fantasy fan. It’s generational, really, as my mom took me with her to sci-fi conventions when I was a kid. Some of my best memories are playing laser tag in the hotel hallways. Since writing my first (very) short story in grade school about three dragons fleeing by car from a nameless enemy, I’ve had characters and worlds clamoring for attention in my mind. Now I get to share them with readers like you, and I’m so excited!
When I’m not writing, you’ll find me playing with my cats, doing karaoke, and occasionally dressing up as Ziggy Stardust. If you want to get notified about future releases from me and get random snippets of what I’m working on (or sort of working on), check out my reader club on my website!
This was a cute holiday return to Grr and Zoe. Zoe is very pregnant with triplets and Grr will do anything to make her happy. Since they can't travel back to Earth with her so pregnant, Grr brings her family to her as a "Christmas Surprise" to celebrate the "Mid-winter festival" with her instead.
Her brothers and sisters don't really take the perils of this alien planet serious, and get themselves into all sorts of trouble. Grr is pulling his fur out just trying to keep his mate happy and stress free while he runs around trying to keep her family alive.
This sweet little short is full of holiday cheer. I loved seeing Zoe and Grr again, especially getting to see their cubs at the end. Watching Grr saving her family multiple times and not understanding the weird Christmas traditions was a hoot.
Even though this was an ARC review, I will always shoot you straight. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
A Christmas novella . A lot of funny situations with Zoe's family getting in trouble in the alien planet and making Grr get on his nerves trying to keep them safe xD From Grr POV.
Pregnant trope in there but at least better than Feysand pregnant trope who ruined the character for me .
This was an engaging, holiday twisted and well-written story. This book 4 in The Warriors of Gr’mlakin Book Series was holiday adventure romance story with well-thought out scenes, unique characters and storyline. These characters have intense wills, engaging personalities and believable interactions. This intriguing story has the following: twists, turns, adventure, action, humor, love, steam and a HEA. It is a well-paced and engaging from start to finish. This is a full-length alien warrior romance with pulse-pounding action, an overdose of humor, crazy critters, and is an alien abduction romance with a twist

This was such a fun addition to Grr! (book 1) and I really enjoyed the lightheartedness of it. Wacky issues plague Grr when he brings Zoe's family to them to celebrate Christmas. Danger abounds as many ignore his warnings about the risks on their planet. Oh my, I giggled a lot while madly flipping pages to see how things would unfold ;D The ending of this read was fab and I'll definitely be putting this on my re-read shelf. Good fun!
This is a story that you know immediately will be filled with hilarious situations because we all know how people from Earth “listen” to warnings of life-threatening danger and requests to strictly follow the rules for safety. So grab your copy and sit back and enjoy!
We are already familiar with Grr and Zoe who are expecting their first offspring. Grr wants to make Zoe happy, so he arranges for her Earth family to stay with them during the Christmas celebration. Her siblings, as expected, cause all kinds of grief on the alien planet, distracting Grr from his important job of keeping Zoe safe and calm with their child due soon.
The author keeps the reader fully a part of the story with laughter, suspense, and enjoyment at seeing the close relationship Grr and Zoe share. This is a wonderful Christmas story. Will Grr survive the visit of the relatives? Will they survive the woods?
This was a wonderful book and you just fall in love with Grr and Zoe all over again but her family’s is a pain that drives Grr crazy. Zoe is heavily pregnant with triplets and cannot travel home for Christmas and wants to make her happy so her mate Grr arranges to bring her family to her as a surprise. Zoe is so happy that her family is with her but is a little angry that Grr spends so much time away from her because he is saving her siblings from danger and trouble that follows them but she understands and loves him even more for it. This is a laugh out loud kind of book that warms your heart even when it looks like it’s falling apart and driving Grr crazy but all is forgotten when Zoe gives birth to her triplets with all her family around her and Grr is star struck by his mate and the mother of his cubs and that finally he is a father. Beautiful book.

This a an adorable short story, told from Grr's POV as he tries to bring holiday cheer to his heavily pregnant mate, Zoe, by inviting her family to come and stay at their compound for Christmas. The only problem is that Zoe's siblings tend to willfully ignore all of the warnings about the dangers surrounding them outside the compound, on Grr's extremely lethal planet. Poor Grr is just praying he can keep them all alive and in one piece, and is literally counting the days until he can send them home, while at the same time trying gamely to participate in baffling holiday traditions. He is so in love with Zoe, he'll do absolutely anything to make her happy. I had a smile on my face the entire time I was reading this. Well done Ms. Star! I received an ARC from the author. All opinions expressed in this review are my own.
Grr was wanting to the best holiday gift for his mate Zoe. He planned and organised for her two brothers, three sisters and her parents to come to them for Christmas. I think what he saw in his head was, unfortunately for him, not the reality of the situation. He had no idea that all the younger ones seem to have such a death-wish! Amidst the cookies, carols and cinnamon he spends a huge amount of time ensuring that they actually survive long enough to see their first alien Christmas Day! What with plants that want to eat you, over-grown insects that want to eat you.. are you seeing a theme here? I'd be surprised if Grr doesn't end up sleeping all the way through Christmas day. I loved this so much! Hilarious!
Grr, the male alien lead, and Zoe, the female human lead, have Zoe's family visiting them on Grr’s (dangerous) planet for Christmas. Whilst he’s set up the space around their house so it’s safe, there are constant issues and then her brothers let themselves out to prove their manhood…
This short story is male lead POV. It is well written and edited, and is very cute. I appreciated Grr’s patience with humans he didn’t understand and a holiday he’s only interested for Zoe. This is an after story and Grr! should be read prior to this. I received a complimentary copy from the author and this is my voluntary, honest review.
I absolutely loved this short story which brings us back to Grr and Zoe as Grr arranges for Zoe's family to visit them at Christmas time. While trying to celebrate Earth's Christmas traditions with Zoe and her family, Grr must also keep tabs on each of Zoe's siblings as they get into all kinds of trouble on the alien planet, and all while he is protecting Zoe who is at the end of her pregnancy. True to this author's previous books in this series, this story is rich in world building details, full of sit on the edge of your seat action and laugh out loud hilarious. And oh how the love and romance between Grr and Zoe shines through! I really enjoyed this book.
Eu acho as combinações tão feias.
Grrr’s mate Zoe is expecting - so Grrr sends for her family from Earth to visit for the holidays. There are many of them. Including a roommate’s dog. Some are fearful of the environment, some are over confident and do not take the dangers seriously.
Grr is counting down the days until they return home, but the important thing is to make Zoe happy. What fun to revisit this couple - I continue to love this series.

What a wonderful Christmas surprise! I did not know this book was coming until I spotted it and then HAD to read it. I absolutely loved [the book] "Grr!" when I first read it. I loved the setting, and the characters, and Nibbles the giant blue space hamster I dreamed of having ever since lol. So this book was an amazing opportunity to go back to these characters as Grr tries to give his mate the perfect holiday celebration with her family. Of course things don't always go as planned...
Grr brings his mates family to his home planet and explains the rules about not going into the alien forest. There is all kinds of trouble with Zoe's family. Her twin sisters end up almost getting eaten. Grr gets them home and then Zoe's brothers are missing. What's an Alien suppose to do. Grr is trying to keep everyone safe and protect his mate as she's about ready to birth his kits. Loved the action and laughed with Grr's frustration with her family. This was a wonderful Holiday story. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Grr! wanted to do something nice for Zoe for Christmas and since she couldn’t travel, he brought Christmas, and her family, to her. Family! Somehow they might survive the holiday. This is a fun holiday read that revisits Grr! and Zoe at Christmas. Her family is there for the holidays and only Grr! can save the day, bring a merry Christmas and if he’s lucky, get them all out of his fur before someone dies or he has to kill them to save his sanity. Add in the language and customs barrier and there it’s a fun fast read.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this little Christmas story of Grr and Zoe. Grr has brought Zoe’s family from earth to enjoy Christmas together, but the brothers and sisters are proving more than Grr can deal with. They haven’t listened to instructions and they find themselves in trouble that Grr has to rescue them from. All while Zoe has to stay quiet because of the late stages of her pregnancy. Well worth reading this story.

Another fantastic addition to this series with Grr and Zoe. Grr doesn’t understand about earths Christmas plus Zoe’s family baffles him and they are driving him crazy and keeping him alert they could get into so much trouble and of course they do he just couldn’t wait until they go back to earth. Fantastic story and poor Grr having to deal with Zoe’s family the brothers and sisters were troublemakers, I loved this story and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.
I had no idea that this was coming, but I was so excited when I saw it I immediately put aside everything to catch up with Grr and Zoe. And it was so worth it. Grr has so, so, soooooo much more patience than I do. I suppose his overwhelming drive to see Zoe happy helps a lot. This was very short and very sweet and a perfect little surprise break in my day.

This book was full of sarcastic humor, action, adventure, and steamy scenes. The perfect book when you add the Christmas theme. You just have to read this book this holiday season. You will not want to miss it. It's a short read and will keep your attention from beginning to end. There is a special surprise at the end, so read it and find out. Happy reading!

As Christmas approached ,Grr had his mates family come for a visit for her. Zoe being pregnant with triplets couldn’t travel to earth to celebrate Christmas. Zoe’s family turned out to be a handful for Grr to keep alive during their stay but he was determined to give Zoe the best Christian ever and their first of any together.

These are my favorite characters from the series.I almost felt sorry for Grr, But he handle the visit like a champ. And in the end He got The sweetest present for his patience. A tiny bit action, definitely some steamy sex, characters that will remind you of at least one person in your family.
I'm hoping that Zeta Star will revisit these characters About two years their time.
Christmas with the in-laws and extended family on a dangerous alien planet certainly keeps Zoey and Grr on their toes. Listening to Grr try understand Christmas-isms while formulating plans to keep Zoey’s family safe and contained was hilarious. Drama with Zoey’s sisters plus an arachnid fiasco field trip with her brothers also keeps Grr on the run. “Surviving” the holidays is the goal- with the shocking realization that this is an annual event…. OMGoodness! So much holiday family fun 🤩
What a wonderful quick and enjoyable holiday read! I was good to “see” Grr and his mate Zoe deal with a holiday visit of Zoe’s earth family. Grr is still as adorable as ever and it is quite funny when he reacts to her difficult family. If you want to smile and take a break from the holiday bustle, download and spend an afternoon with Grr.❤️❤️❤️
It is very sweet. Grr not wanting to tell what the boys got into in the Wilds. Saving his mate from worry. It sounded like some of the family times at Christmas we used to have when I was a child. Good story, I loved it. I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
Zoe is pregnant with Grr's litter and can't travel. Since it is almost time for her planet's winter festival which Zoe loves, he invites her family to visit them for the holiday. Not used to dealing with many humans, especially younger human, Zoe's siblings are driving him nuts. He is just afraid that Zoe's holiday is going to be ruined if he can't save her siblings. Can Grr save Christmas?
The fourth book in the Warriors of Gr’mlakin/Alien Romance Comedy Adventure series. Grr asks what could go wrong lets say everthing that can. I enjoyed reading this fun story of Grr, Zoe, and their families Christmas story. The story was well worth reading. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
A very quick read. Pleasantly so. He'll do anything for his mate's happiness. Even in-laws at the human holiday Christmas. Grr show patience dealing with his Zoe's family. Almost to the point of killing himself. Cute & cute. Enjoy

Home for the Holidays with Grr is just as good as the Grr book. Love how Grr deals with having a very pregnant Zoey’s family for Christmas. It is extremely laugh out loud funny. Very Enjoyable.
This was a good lighthearted story. All the ingredients that make it memorable. Typical teenage boys that don't listen to adults, teenage girls who want their own way and a caring young lady who thinks of others 1st. Love the story especially the ending.
This short holiday story revisits Grr and Zoe when Zoe’s family comes to visit; naturally, insanity ensues. I loved the National Lampoons Christmas feel to this story, with all the zany antics Zoe’s family gets up to. A wonderful redux to a favour alien-human couple.
