Psychology for beginners: In comprehensible language

Rate this book
Psychology to date has accumulated knowledge that can be useful to any individual in their everyday life. This book aims to present modern psychology in an easy-to-understand methodical way to familiarize beginners with the concepts involved, while not disappointing those looking to study the subject in more detail.
The book explains the terms, ideas, and theories that form the basis of psychological science, along with many psychological phenomena in modern private and public life. You'll learn about cognitive biases and prejudices, false memories, mental inflation, narcissistic trauma, mass consciousness, identity crisis, mythical type of thinking, and more. Awareness of these kinds of things will help a thoughtful reader to improve his reality map while discerning the motives behind the sometimes unexpected and inexplicable actions of people around.

This was a quick read I read because I left my other book at hop,e and I only had my kindle :)
I, glad I read it though , it was very insightful while still being simple enough fir a physiology novice such as myself to understand!
This would be a great read for someone who’s studying phycology to have a refresh, amd it’s also good for someone looking to get into phsyc!
It simplifies ideas while still remaining technical and provides past experiments and findings as examples!

Some interesting pieces of information in here but it felt like a 'brief history of' and I don't feel that I learned very much from it.
