Hope Scrolling: 31 Days to a Better Way

Rate this book
Every day we are bombarded with stories of doom--political upheaval, international crisis, the latest school violence, and a myriad of other stories which bring dread and unease into our lives. For many, we've become addicted to the drama. Without realizing it, we have created habits which feed that addiction. When we aimlessly scroll social media, we are allowing ourselves to be sucked into a cycle of negativity.

But what if there was a better way. How would your life be different if you set an intentional pattern to fill your mind with good news and sought ways to share that news with others? In Hope 31 Days to a Better Way, you will learn how to break the cycle of negativity and prime your mind to see and receive the good news which is around you. By making a simple change in how you start your day, you can see a radical transformation in your attitude, opinions, and behaviors.

Take this 31 day challenge and see the difference.

Hope For Our Live

We all need to be reminded of all the ways we have HOPE. I plan on reading through this at LEAST once a year to remind me of all the ways, reasons and promises that I have hope: for my present, past and future. I highly recommend this.
