John Norman keeps up with the modern information in each edition of his books. This one was no different. Alot more detail exists now than the 2nd edition that I was exposed to during my time as a live in at a fire house. I am more than nostalgic reading the updated version knowing that the prior edition paved the way for me to want to better myself in the fire service. This is a must read if you ever want to be a company officer.
