❤️I always knew that killing someone was bad, but I didn't know that it would mark me for death! ❤️

Hi, I'm Janna, and I know what you're thinking, but I'm not a murderer.

If only everyone else believed that too. After being kicked out of my old pack, I have to find somewhere that I can live in peace. Somewhere my past won't follow me. Unfortunately, that isn't an option right now.

I don't know if it will ever be.

Beau is the alpha of my new pack, a super-chiseled hottie that I want to punch in the face. But assault will have to wait.

Between my old pack hunting me for revenge and a jealous bride-to-be wanting to kill me, staying alive is like breathing through a straw. It's hard as hell and works until it doesn't.

Will Beau be whisking me away to paradise in his strong arms or will he be the one to dig my grave?

Jean came late to writing...only after a couple of failed career paths and finishing a messy divorce did she manage to dedicate herself long enough to string together her first novel...that initial writing was mediocre but the experience fantastic and an addiction was born!

Ever since then it's been Jean's outlet for frustrations, dreams, and desires. Romance is her niche and she loves to write them boldly, with alpha-males, independent women, and always looking for the perfect happily ever after!

Jean is an American exiled in London with eccentric dogs and lazy cats. When she's not in her cave writing or dreaming up the next book, she's watching trashy TV, drinking good coffee/wine with friends, and catching up on her backlog of romance reading!

Beau and Janna has decided to be "Just Friends" but how long will that actually last when they both crave each other so much?

Beau is walking a fine line between his desire for Janna and his dislike for his appointed Mate Georgie who has once again attacked Janna to the point she is unable to shift. Beau knows that Georgie is a loose Cannon so he is trying to stay close to Janna without being obvious.

Tensions are brewing between the Humans and Wolf Shifters until blood is shed in the woods near the Bobon wolves campsite.

To make matters worse it seems that Janna's past is about to catch up to her.

Are members from her old Pack searching for her? Will the secret she is keeping come to light? How long will her and Beau play this Cat and Mouse game? How far will Georgie's Jealousy and Insecurities take her?

I absolutely hate cliffhangers, but they seem to find me. Things have taken quite a turn, Janna and Beau are trying their best to keep their hands away from each other after they let things get out of hand, or rather in hand.....LoL

Georgi has managed to incapacitate Janna because of her jealousy, if only she knew, she would probably kill Janna!

Things really get out of hand when the humans come a calling, who is riling them up?

Could someone from Janna's old pack have found her and be watching from the forrest?

Beau and Janna these a drawn to each other. Despite him already having an arranged mate so to speak. It is really an interesting book I was more engaged in this one versus book one.

I read the first book (Wolf's Rejection) in order to understand the second book (Wolf's Exile). I liked both books but think that they are a little short. Some things can be a little confusing because I didn't think that there was enough information to help understand. The main characters seemed a little contradicted in their feelings for each other. Not a bad book or series just needs some more details in them.

This was a quick and brilliant read and the main characters I found to be a bit shady even if they are mates, cheating is cheating and I don’t like that under any circumstances but hey that’s just me. Janna has left her old clan after an accident that wasn’t her fault but she was blamed anyway and now she’s with a new clan hoping to leave the past behind but what she didn’t see coming was her attraction to the hot sexy alpha Beau but he already has a mate Georgie who doesn’t like her at all. Beau has a big problem with the newest clan member who is gorgeous and makes his wolf call for his mate but he was appointed a mate which he doesn’t like at all Georgie and now he finds that she has been attacking Janna every chance she gets because she knows she is his true mate and so the threat must be dealt with and to stop this from happening Beau stays close by and this only angers Georgie more. Beau and Janna struggle to stay away from each other but one night they give into temptation and it’s amazing and they know they are mates but they both know while he has Georgie as his mate they cannot be together but what if she is pregnant after there night together. There is so much going on with the tensions brewing between the humans and the shifters and now throw in her old clan searching for her, how will it all turn out.

This is the 2nd book.

After sleeping together, Janna and Beau separate, but Georgie is still suspicious of their relationship. Even though they didn't like each other before, they have grown closer but agree to be just friends as there doesn't seem to be a way for them to be together.
But when tensions between the wolves and humans erupt, what will this mean for the pack, is it still safe for Janna to stay there and is her old pack going to turn up looking for her?

I enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading the next book. I would recommend reading this book, however, I would suggest reading them in order.

I am voluntarily leaving this review after receiving a free copy. This is the second book in a short story series. It does leave you on a cliffhanger, but you don’t have to wait long for the next one to come out, and it is definitely worth the wait! This short story will leave you on the edge of your seat from page one!

Janna and Beau are both finding themselves catching feelings for each other. Under different circumstances, they would be able to act on those feelings. As luck would have it, they find themselves trying to figure out how to be friends with each other while facing danger.

You won’t regret this short story at all. I cannot wait for the next one to come out! I would recommend this to others.

After sleeping together in the cave, they decide to be friends, who knows if the can be just that. When her friend talks about how their will be pups in a few months due to the storm, Janna realizes that could also be her. When she is back at camp she is attacked by Beau's mate Georgie, just for not being around when she could not find him.

Will Georgie risk her place in the pack and attacker again? Beau keeps pushing her away and that is making her even more tense.

The humans and the shifters are gravitating towards a blow up, will they still be able to coexist near each other? This is the second in the series and ends in a cliffhanger

Jean you little minx! You tease us with all the goody goodness like hanging catnip and leave us hanging with...until next time! You know I'm going to keep coming back because I always do whether it's wolves or dragons or whatever. Janna and Beau are giving me major mates vibes, btw and that Georgie can go with Ricky. I know you have some serious action planned for the next installment after this hullabaloo!

Narcissistic Prick

Adult content, reader discretion advised. Georgie is insane. She wants Beau at any cost and will kill to get him. Janna needs to move on. She slept with Beau and he insults her for it. Beau needs to man up. He doesn’t want and won’t take Georgie, and he insults Janna despite wanting to be with her. He also has left her open to multiple attacks by Georgie and not done anything to correct the wrongs. The humans are scared and desperate. All this is a recipe for disaster.

This is a prequel to book 3 of the series and ends with a cliffhanger. It starts right at where book 1 ends and I have to admit that I no longer like Beau. Something I did in book 1. He really needs to stand up for himself, what he wants and what he needs. So when the book for me so engaged in the relationship between Jenna and Beau, it is incredibly well written.

Spoiler alert:
This book seem to be all over the place. I couldn’t reconcile it with the title. Of course Janna did come clean with Beau on the last page! Also, their love making had to be assumed from the first book since it started off referring to it. I’m sure the next chapter will give me answers to the questions this one created. There are a lot of loose ends in this one.

Although it was crazy cool and good it could use some work and more chapters.

Georgie is an insecure girl who has trust and possessive issues.

Beau is an awesome guy but needs to realise that Georgie isn’t his mate Janna is.

Janna is a wonderful girl but needs to open up a bit otherwise she won’t get help.

All in all it’s a good book.

3.5 stars rounded up

I’m not a fan of short books that are different parts of a series. I’ve always felt like one full book would be better.
In saying that, this series is easily consumed and the dreaded cliffhanger does leave you wanting more. I have a certain wish I hope will be fulfilled so Beau and Janna can be together but I guess I’ll see in later books.

Good read

So this is the second book of this set I'm reading and I feel that
They could of put the first and second together and had one book. Its a good read I like the fact its not giving to much away about the girls past keeps you wondering what did she do that she's on the run. This pack has different rules than most packs in other books the elders pick the alphas mates in this story. I feel that there's going to be a big twist in the next book

A continuation of Janna's story. Here Janna has found a new pack to try and belong to. Soon trouble finds Janna and the new pack. It is a full of twists and turns till the end which does end in a cliff hanger. A must read if you are fans of shifters.

This second book is as good as the first. When Janna and Beau share a cave during a rain storm the chemistry between them explodes. Within the pack there are conflicts that creates tension between them. This book also leaves you with a cliff-hanger.

The author has given us a quick read that pulls us into the lives of Janna and Beau. Janna and Beau feel a connection but he has already been assigned a mate, that he does not even like. The story keeps us turning the pages with danger, jealousy and tensions between the wolves and humans.

I liked this one. It is the second book in the "Bobon Wolf Shifters" -series.
It is a short story again, with suspense, danger, passion, and drama.
I'm looking forward to read the next book in the series and see what happens next between Janna and Beau.

I'm not sure how I feel about Beau and Jenna. This book had a lot going on, but I don't feel they are connected at all. I'm interested to see if book 3 pulls me in more. I am hopeful. Since the series will all be available on KU, it's a free read.

There is action flowing throughout this installment. Janna takes so much and still helps so many. Beau knows what he wants, but will he be able to go forward with what his heart wants. I can’t wait to find out what will come of all that happened. Will Janna be able to stay or will she leave.

Another great book from Jean! Second book in the series and things keep getting interesting! Fights over a hottie to keeping a past secret that could change everything, things seem to be coming to a head quickly. Can’t wait to see how this all wraps up.

I wasn't as enamored of this book as I've been of Jean Stokes' others. I found it hard to like the characters. Very hard. I found them unsympathetic and rather one dimensional.
