Never Leave Your Side

Rate this book
The artist.

Renna should be focusing on her first art showing, but instead, all her attention is on the man standing in front of her painting. When she goes over to introduce herself, she’s unprepared for the passion one look from him ignites.

The fighter.

Kyle taking the night off from his martial arts school to come to the gallery appears to be worth it, as he admires the works on display. Then the beautiful woman who painted them gives him one smile and he knows he’ll never get enough of her.

The unexpected.

Kyle’s used to having to fight, but what will happen when he comes up against something he can’t beat? Renna’s always counted on art to clear her mind, but when the future becomes blurry, it gets harder to keep envisioning the picture perfect life she wants.

It’s easy to say you’ll never leave each other’s side when things are easy. But can that promise be kept when it has to become more than just words?

This is a standalone romance.

There's something about the way Ari Reavis writes that really speaks to me and it always feels like she's writing just for me. I know this is ridiculous, but the appeal, comfort, and sensitivity I find in the midst of her pages ring with sincerity. Renna and Kyle were amazing! From the beginning of their story, I was immediately captivated by the love blossoming between them. Who cares that they barely knew each other? Their chemistry and the ease of their relationship spoke of something deep and abiding and Reavis gave me their heartwarming journey in all its beauty. When their love was tested, the stability of these characters stood strong and I couldn't have been happier with all they were able to achieve together.

If you love a romance full of heart, read this book! If you love a romance that tests its characters strength and devotion, read this book! Ari Reavis delivered a story that captured the love of a lifetime, in all of its shades.

This was fabulous as everything Ari writes.
I really liked both mcs and the way their relationship flourish and grew was amazing.
I also liked the plot with Malachi. Ari always gets me on my feels with something in her book and I loved it.
Overall a quick and sweet but also very steamy read.

Renna an artist showing her work at her first art show when a sexy as all get out man catches and snags her attention taking it off of her own show, she can’t believe he is just standing there in front of her painting and when he turns the air shifts in the room. Kyle sexy as all get out fighter with a martial arts school, deciding to take in an art show for a new artist and never intending to meet the artist herself but fate stepped in and ensured they at least see one another that moment the air shifted for him making him see he needed to get to know here better. Renna always had an optimistic outlook on life and where she wanted it to go but when that vision starts to fade, and it seems harder to accomplish will she still believe. Their relationship is still trying to grow very strong legs will they navigate and be there for one another when the strength is needed but also it allows them to see there are bumps in life and love navigating them together is key, but will it lead them to their very own HEA?

From start to finish, this was one of the best plain, simple, heartfelt romance books I've read in a long, long time. Kyle and Renna connected from the beginning of this book and even with a tragic situation, they persevere. There was steam, great character development, a compelling storyline, and actual romance. There are great secondary characters with Mom Janine, Malachi, brother Chris, and BF Brittany. Author Ari Reavis has a fan for life!!

Another great book by Ari Reavis I'm starting to get addicted to her books and writing style. This is my 5th book I've read by her. The story is so well written and the structure of the story keeps you glued to your book from start to finish. The characters and their characters are strong. Ms Ari's books and especially this one is highly recommended.

Renna meets Kyle at her art show and there’s an instant connection. These two make it clear pretty quickly they’re interested in each other. Once their first date happens, their relationship takes off.

I really liked both these main characters. They had good hearts and didn’t participate in any unnecessary drama. While their romance was somewhat of a whirlwind, it also seemed to just work. The storyline with Malachi was just great, I was so happy to see him get a happy ending too.

I’ve been interested in Ari Reavis’s books lately and finally took a leap to read one and I wasn’t disappointed!

Renna and Kyle meet at her first art showing and the sparks start. The relationship gets steamy and intense feelings link them. An incident occurs as a roadblock that tests their trust and support of each other. The storyline has terrific dialogue and situations that make you cross your fingers for them. Loved their chemistry and belief in each other to keep moving forward. Great ending tied it together.

Wow! Just Wow! This book gives readers a breathtaking, dreamy romance with a swoon-worthy hero and a wonderful, admirable heroine. From their first meeting, Renna and Kyle feel a spark, a connection between them. They have so much in common….both own successful businesses, both are teachers and love to teach others using their special talents, and both have huge, compassionate and warm hearts. They just fit each other, and their lives seem to blend well. Both Kyle and Renna know quickly that they have fallen hopelessly in love and begin to imagine a future together. But life isn’t always easy and a horrific incident tests their love and commitment. It may well change their lives forever. I will leave you to read this beautifully written, emotional and wonderfully captivating book to see how this love story unfolds. It is definitely going on my to keep list!

Slowly, having read a few of Ari Reavis books, I am becoming a fan of this author's writing style. Once again she has created a story that in a short period of time pulls you in to the main characters and those around them. We first meet Renna and Kyle at an art show. A painting of a man and woman in a loving moment captures Kyle’s attention and Renna noticing his appraisal of her picture causes her to speak to him. This is the beginning of their journey together one that will show not just the just now passion but the long run enduring love that is what real life is all about. You feel as if you are on the journey with them, pulling for them hoping that they make it through the rough times to the other side.

A sweet but also steamy story about how two people meet, fall in love, face challenges and eventually find happiness together. It;s well written, its just not the kind of book I personally like. The people are all a bit too understanding and perfect, it reads just like a feel good movie. Renna and Kyle meet at her art exhibit. They start a steamy relationship. Kyle is a martial arts teacher and one day when he tries to protect a student of his from domestic violence, he is injured. Together they get through this difficult period and they also find a suitable solution for the student in question.

Renna and Kyle have an instant spark when they meet at Renna's art show. Both Kyle and Renna are compassionate, warm people so their romance is that much more fulfilling for the reader because you genuinely like the characters. There was a perfect mix of romance and steam. This is the 2nd Ari Reavis book I have read and I really like the writing style, and the types of stories. The obstacles are realistic and not insurmountable, there is no unnecessary drama and the characters have realistic flaws and traumas.

Renna is an artist who is having her first showing, when she spots a man standing in front of her painting that fascinates her. Kyle runs a martial arts school and is taking a night off when he enters the gallery. The sparks fly between these two, and the chemistry is undeniable. This is a well written story which is a fast paced, quick read, with trust, love, and a compelling storyline, which reads to a steamy page turner.

This is the 3rd book I've read written by Ari Reavis; I can’t wait to read more of her books.

She has written a good short story. The story is about Renna & Kyle; she’s an artist having her first art show; he’s attending martial arts school and takes off to go to the art show. As soon as they see each other they are both hooked on each other.

This book follows a couple as they navigate a new relationship and the fraught emotions that come along with life. Tragedy strikes and the story line continues as they journey through multiple bumps in the road. This book is not dark and has a HEA.

The chemistry between Kyle and Renna. You could feel their connection. Most of all, it did not seem forced.

Overall, I enjoyed the book although I felt it was a little longer than necessary. I most definitely recommend it.

This is the love story of Renna and Kyle. It’s a pretty standard romance where they meet, fall in love, a few complications and then HEA. This is perfect for anyone just wanting a true romance novel with some steam and not any dark angst.

This is a fairly short but fast paced book. Kyle and Reena have an instant connection that manages to persevere through some potentially tragic incidents. That isn't a spolier as the HEA is obvious. I like Ari Reavis' style and sensitivity to the topics covered.

Happily ever after book that has quite a bit of heat sprinkled throughout. Would recommend this read as it has character and storyline that, while are predictable, is developed and interesting enough to keep your attention.

Overall, the book was okay. I liked Renna and Kyle together, and was happy with their HEA. I didn't care for the part about Renna's sister being dead though, and removed a star for that.
