‪This was a whole load of fun! Macbeth United is a spin on Macbeth telling a tale of ambition in a youth football team. I loved the nods to the original play in this without it being literal. The Lady Macbeth character in this book is brilliant‬! I reckon kids will love spotting parallels in this - I know I did!!

Excellent concept. I didn't enjoy reading it as much as I thought I would - but I'm not the intended audience!
