All of our favorite members of the Cold Case Psychic Universe are sharing what love means to them just in time for Valentine’s Day. Romantic love. Friendship. The bond between parents and children. Lost loves. What ifs and maybes. Tennyson, Ronan, Cope, Jude, and the rest of the gang are here to prove that there’s someone for everyone.
It’s Everly’s third birthday. The kids chow down on unicorn cake, while the adults muse over how love brought them all together. Truman and Carson teach Brian about true love, while Kaye Grimm and John O’Mara discuss their lost loves over a hotly contested game of Scrabble.
There’s a Monster truck rally. More cats than you can shake a stick at. An old-fashioned St. Valentine’s Day Dance. Laundry room sex and two guys literally falling head over heels for each other. A new baby is on the way and someone’s getting married! All while ghosts abound. Last, but not least, is a special guest you won’t see coming and you won’t want to miss.
Sick of the slogging rat-race of her 9-5 job, Pandora Pine put pen to paper (literally!) to make her ambition of becoming a romance novelist a reality. She cut her teeth in the dog-eat-dog world of fanfiction, still dreaming of the day when she would be a published author. She lives in Massachusetts with her blabbermouth muse who’ s a fan of middle of the night plot twists.
In her spare time, Pandora fancies herself an amateur nature photographer. She enjoys mucking around in swamps, hiking through the woods and crawling around on her hands and knees in her backyard seeking out the perfect shot. Pandora is a fan of roadside seafood shacks and always thinks Mexican food is a good idea at the time.
Some of Pandora’s favorite things are chocolate, writing longhand with purple pens and handsome men falling in love with each other.
Don't miss Pandora’s seductive new novel coming soon to an e-reader near you.
It was great to spend time with all the characters across all the series spend their Valentine's Day together along with Everly's birthday. I loved that each chapter was a different couple, that made it special to them & not everyone lumped together. I'm not normally in to books centering around children, but I love all of their kids & seeing them growing up and really having their personalities coming through. I can't wait for more!
I rec'd a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
A cute collection of stories, even if some felt a bit repetitive at times. I'm glad we get to see the kids actually age, though shouldn't kids have a sort of fluent speech at three? Or two? I'm no child expert, but it feels odd that Everly still has that odd speech pattern. It makes her feel half her age. Wolfe can be passed, I guess, but it feels odd to have the "learning to speak" pattern on kids who should know how already. I might be putting too much pet peeve energy into that though.
This book was a joy with all the feels. It was uplifting but I also shed a tear or two. If you have read Pandora Pine’s Cold Case Psychic books, the spin off novellas and the Haunted Souls books then you will love this book where we catch up with all the couples and their growing families on Valentine’s Day but if you haven’t read the previous books then this book won’t make a lot of sense to you.
The children really are becoming the stars of the show and there are another couple imminent and some more in the pipeline! I loved finding out Aurora’s back story and I’m so glad that Jace put in an appearance as he never seems to join in all the get together’s. Loved it.
If you've read any of the Cold Case Psychic books, you don't want to miss this one. I am a huge fan of the epilogue that reunites old friends, catches us up on their lives and lets us see them enjoying some holiday. This is even better because instead of just a few page epilogue, we get an entire novella with plenty of room to tell us about all the couples we know, introduce some new relationship and include some incredible surprises along the way. No spoilers from me, you must read this yourself to see what happens and who shows up.
Everyone gets their St Valentines Day love in this 11th instalment in the Cold Case Psychic series spin off. So many of our favourite characters are given a chapter, or two, to show how they celebrate the love in their lives. The love for husbands, children, family, partners and friends is shown and celebrated in many varied ways. There’s lots of romance, lots of cuteness and some wonderful surprises along the way. A very enjoyable catch up with so many characters from books in the series.
Coming back to the Cold Case world is like putting on a much loved jumper, comforting and familiar. This Valentine's themed book gives readers the chance to catch up with not just the core group of the Cold Case Psychic series but also those from the spin off series too. It's a time not just for couples but families too; past, current and future. A chance for some of them to reminisce on memories and for others to make new ones. I especially love the first times we have to hear directly from a couple of characters and one who makes me excited for the next installment of the series. A must read for fans of the series and a chance to feel all of the love shared amongst this wonderful group of people. I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.
I absolutely loved this. It was great catching up with all of the couples from across the entire Cold Case Psychic and Spin Off series. My heart broke for Madame Aurora. I hope we see more of her in the books. This was fun but also wonderful and heartfelt. Fantastic.
Aww, wasn't this just so sweet! Love comes in many forms, and this series hits pretty much all of them! I will admit that the kids rule this time, as they always do! LOL!!!
Every single book in the cold case psychic series or in any of the spinoff series is a must read for me because I loved so much every story, every character and the way the author made them grow better and better with time. Every book was full of action, magic and some danger, but also full of beautiful heartwarming moments and happy endings that made everything even better. The families grew up together, rounded up by love and happiness, while Ms Pine presented us their stories as a whole, with the characters intertwined ensuring we understand they are part of the same big family. Now this new addition to the series showed us a little glimpse into their lifes after their own happy ending, sharing with us this special day with love and family, dreams and wishes, while making more beautiful memories together. This book is a must read for every fan of the series, and I am sure that anyone who read it, will enjoy as much as me, the endearing and cute short stories. Loved it!
Fantastic!! The author gave us an update with all her couples in the series and Everly’s 3rd birthday party. Each chapter was a different couple and a little slice of their lives and how they were doing in their relationships. I loved that we also got a glimpse into Bertha and Crow, and also Madam Aurora!! The story was so full of love! The story kept me engaged, I literally could not put it down. Overall, a fantastic addition to the Cold Case series! I cannot wait for the next one! The story was really well written, the pacing flowed smoothly, highly recommend. I am voluntarily leaving a review form an advanced copy that I received. My reviews are solely based on my thoughts and opinions.
This book is full of all kinds of love. There are so many different characters in this book! I didn’t know all of them, not having read all of the Cold Case Psychic Spin-offs, but I enjoyed it all the same. This Valentine’s Day gift gives us a brief glimpse into the lives of so many old friends (and a couple of new ones.) It was so much fun! I admit though to having a soft spot for Tenn and Ro as the ones who started it all. I can’t wait to meet Ezzie! I am now going to need to make sure I read the rest of those books.
A little something I never knew I wanted. Short vignettes to catch up on the lives of all of our favourite couples that make up the West Side Magick family. Set around Valentine’s (obviously), we see how each couple celebrate, reconnect and progress their relationships. 21 chapters mostly different couples. How big has this family grown? If you’ve read this series and it’s spin off’s this is a must have read.
Pandora keeps finding ways to make me smile with the Cold Case Pyschic series. With some of the couples celebrating Valentine's day, it was nice to find out what they were up to in their universe. I'm actually worried this spinoff serie and the original COld Case Pyschic serie will be coming to an end soon but. I hope it doesn't. LOve all of the kiddos and their adorable selves.
This is a terrific glimpse of my favorite characters from Salem - both living and dead. Each chapter focuses on different characters, and it isn't only our main men who are featured. This is sweet and fun and full of love. I am a huge fan of the intertwined series, and I enjoy every chance to check in with these wonderful friends. Watching the kids grow makes me happy, and the friends-turned-family make me feel warm and fuzzy. I love this!
It was so much fun catching up with the all the couples who populate the Cold Case world, especially those we haven’t seen much of other than their own stories.
I particularly liked Madame Aurora’s story as I do ‘t remember anything about that before, though I may have missed it somewhere along the way. And the sneak peek at Ezra was great too.
Welcome back to the Cold Case Psychic crew. Ronan and Tennyson celebrating Valentines's Day with Everly begins the journey into the rest of the gang. Having read these books from the start, it was a joy to read how they all were celebrating Love Day. I enjoyed this book so much.
I received an ARC of this book for my honest review.
Cute interlude featuring cute toddlers and all the beloved characters of the Cold Case Psychics. I think that Pandora does a great job portraying the toddlers antics. I loved their dialogue. I loved the love between the men and their children. Rather light hearted perfectly produced to beat away the winter blues. I received this as an arc and freely left this review.
This book was such a joy to read! We get to revisit the whole gang, and with so much love in the air, they all get to experience a piece of it. The whole book basically feels like an epilogue where we get to catch up with everyone as they share their holidays and milestones together. It’s the perfect Valentine’s read, all warm and cosy and full of sweetness!
Wow. Sometimes it's easy to forget how many couples populate the Cold Case Psychic world. A lovely and sweet Valentine's Day gift for Pandora Pine fans; not sure new readers will get as much out of this. Fun. Quick read. Touchingly sad in places. And in others, gotta say, it's about time you set forward your wedding plans!
A good start as a party gets under way with all the gang to celebrate a birthday Roman and Tennyson would do anything for their little girl for birthday with lots of unicorns. Then Valentine's day celebrations begin.. Multiple characters in each chapter which you gotta be a fan to enjoy. Not For Me with the separation of chapters.
6 Stars. An adorable collection of short stories outlining how the gang is celebrating Valentine’s Day (which is also Everly’s birthday). It was fun to catch up with some of the side characters who have fallen by the wayside. There are engagements, dinners and happy news shared making the day very special for all. BTW– Did we ever know that Aurora is gay?
This was superb!! I absolutely LOVED seeing all these amazing couples/families again and to see how their lives have progressed. It was great to also see some couples that aren’t as common. I really loved this sweet Valentine’s Day story.
It was so amazing to see snippets of all the different characters from the cold case books. Each chapters highlights a day in each of their lives. It is Everly’s third birthday and the couples get together to celebrate. Loved it.
Another great add to the series. The perfect story for Valentine’s day with all your favorite couples! Plus a birthday party who could ask for more! Sweet and sexy like always! Can't wait for the next.
This is a sweet series of vignettes for all of our favorite couples and characters from the CCP/Haunted Souls universe. It’s not particularly cohesive and there’s no real plot, but it’s great getting a close look in at all their lives. I particularly enjoyed the glimpses of the side characters, namely Kaye and John, Bertha and Crow, and Madam Aurora. I feel like I understand them so much better now. There’s also a few surprises and I can’t wait to see how things play out later.
I adore these characters and each book is a gift to open and enjoy, this one is no different. Sweet, fun, and magical, I loved every moment. The only thing I didn't like is getting to the end and having to wait for the author to write another book. Definitely recommend
It's always a treat when I get to spend time with some of my favorite characters! This Valentine's themed story gives the readers a chance to catch up on our favorite crew. I love how this celebrates love in all its forms. Cold Case Cupid is a gem of a gift from author Pandora Pine.
Oh wow what a book. I'm in bits while typing this and can barely see for the tears in my eyes. This book had me smiling, laughing hysterically at baby Brian and blubbing at the emotional bits! Loved it.
Cupid, love, and cold cases might not appear to belong together but this book shows how well they do. With a little glimpse into their lives, Ronan, Tennyson, Jude, Cope, and all the others shows us all the different types of love there is and how that love brings that love together.
I guess this is the final book in this series. Alot of vignettes bringing us up to date with all the characters that were were introduced to within this series and the off shoots. Ending with a look into the future. Maybe there might be some follow ups in years to come.
