Misuzu and Mikage are two people who work together at the same office. They find themselves mutually attracted to one another and begin to date. They each have their own hang-ups when it comes to sex, but the two make a promise to each other that they're going to work hard to be able to have sex that is both mentally and physically gratifying. They decide to apply what they learned from having sex last time, when they stopped in a panic, and get it on. This time, they're deliberate, take their time, and teach each other about what feels good. During their tender time together, Misuzu starts to go through a change...? Two people who joined the company at the same time as Misuzu, Eiji and Anri, both don't appear to have ever had any concerns about sex, but it seems that they do...?

I said in my review of the first volume that I didn't think it went quite far enough in its understanding; this volume shows us why: the two people the main characters most often interact with treat their relationship like it's "problematic." In fact, they fall all over themselves (especially Anri) trying to figure out why sex is so hard for their friends, and this being Pride Month, I'd just like to put it out there that maybe that's not the most helpful approach for them to take - even if neither of them are aro or ace (and I don't know that they are, though I'd guess he's demisexual), the most important thing is that these two characters are taking their time and working it through with enthusiastic consent. No one else needs to be in their bedroom.

3.5 stars. I love the discussions about the topic. It's slow, and I like it. Some of the moments are cute and sweet.

So relatable

My goodness I love this manga!!! The art is gorgeous for one. But the characters are so darn relatable. From the ML who has a really hard time switching from his outside world/work personality that’s the perfect image of a high functioning smart and caring person who helps out everyone and the other side of his personality that’s awkward and insecure and wants to be understood by those closest to him ie romantic partner.
I think because he’s constantly “on” maintaining that perfect image is draining his energy and putting him on edge, so when his ex girlfriend’s would feel jealous they didn’t communicate that they feel less special since they don’t get to see a different side of himself. They want to feel like they are the closest person. So when he hit these roadblocks the accumulating stress probably brought on his e.d. And when someone feels dejected because your feelings aren’t getting across and sex isn’t possible you lose your confidence and just throw in the towel most times than not.
But with the FL he’s found a kindred spirit and he feels like they are more open to communicating and he’s totally gone for her that he’s not even remotely considering throwing the towel in. But yeah women especially hate being compared to other women, especially women who are more prone to negative thoughts and aren’t super confident.
I love the coworkers subplot btw. Eiji and Anri the two super good looking popular with the opposite sex friends the main couple are close to. I have a suspicion that Eiji is probably currently single and just letting Anri think they’re both cheating on their bf/gf. Or at least I really hope so. All of these characters are so complex and fully developed and I love seeing their growth. Yes there are set backs, but that’s life.
Also super happy that the acrylic eel phone charm is back in full force to antagonize our ML lol!!! So good. I love that the main couple are going at their own pace. To each their own. There’s no rule book for crying out loud!

These two are just the cuteness ever!!!!! They are open and honest with each other. They are moving forward with their relationship however it is still awkward a bit. Their friends are helping them out which helps them communicate better. The end of the book was just so sweet...... I can't wait to read the next book

3.5 - Open communication is such an important aspect to a healthy sexual relationship that is often overlooked. It’s refreshing to see two characters who struggle with sex learn to overcome their insecurities together.
