Rhett and Karina had Me Sighing the Whole Story Through
Adriana French’s “Wild Side,” Book 4 in the Billionaire Cowboys Gone Wild series is all about a second chance with that one person who becomes an instant and important connection! Rhett is a country music star from a very well-off family, and he’s still getting used to the way he skyrocketed to fame. What the sexy singer hasn’t gotten used to is the feeling in his heart after meeting Karina in his brother’s restaurant the year before. After a super-hot weekend together that went way beyond the physical, he went off to record his first album, and Karina - a writer - boarded a plane to relocate to California for a job. An opportunity to reconnect comes at the same time that a publicity nightmare threatens Rhett’s career, but they refuse to miss out on another shot at love if they can weather the storm. Rhett’s family gets involved, and there are earlier stories that I didn’t even know existed (although this is a complete standalone, and you don’t need them to enjoy this story), so I’m super excited to go back and read those as well, and I ADORE Rhett’s little sister and hope to see her get a chance at HEA as well. Loads of heart-tuggers, lip-biters, and a teeny bit of suspense make this a great read.

The Parker Family is worth billions, but sometime ago the family agreed to move from their ranch in Texas to the ranch in Montana. Each of the Parker Children have made it big in their own way. This particular story is Rhett and Karina's. They meet one weekend, Karina's is having dinner at Cash's Restaurant, and Rhett with Karina end up spending the rest of the weekend together. Karina is leaving Montana for California following the weekend to take a new job, and Rhett cannot charge her mind. He sees her off at the airport knowing he is sending his heart away with her. A year later neither one has been able to forget the other one. Karina has been laid off from job she went to California for. Rhett's singing career has taken off, and he picked up a stalker somewhere along the way. The best news is Karina's bestfriend works for the event center where Rhett's next concert is going to be held, and had gotten Karina a ticket with a backstage pass. Will this be a second chance for them? Rhett and Karina had an incredible chemistry between them. Enjoy this wonderfully over the top love story.

Rhett can’t forget his special weekend with Karina Huntington, but she needed to go to California for a job and he needed to work on his music career. Fast forward a year later and they get a second chance with help from Karina’s friend, Lizzy. During that year in an attempt to find a Karina-substitute, Rhett makes a very bad mistake which follows him online in a way that could jeopardize his career. How will Karina take this new revelation? I won’t say what it is but I love the way the author handled this. In a good relationship the most important thing is trust. Hold on to your hats...things are about to get dicey.

Wild Side is Adriana French's newest book that tries to satisfy many tropes at one time. It has well written characters that grab your attention and won't let you put it down.
Rhett is an up and coming Country Music star from West Palomino, MT and one of the Billionaire Parker Brothers. Karina is also from West Palomino. She met Rhett before he became famous at his brother's restaurant while having a birthday party for her mother. It was an instant attraction for them both. After spending a memorable weekend together, Rhett asked her to stay in Montana with him but she chose to go to a new job in California.
It is by chance that his 1st Road Tour has a stop near where she now lives and her friend works for the Venue. Her friend gets her a ticket to Rhett's concert and a Backstage Pass so she can see him again. Another amazing sexy second chance romance book for Adriana French well done. Rhett Parker is a sexy, mouth watering new country singer and billionaire. Karina is a woman Rhett met a year ago who he had amazing chemistry with and could not get it out of his head. Rhett had a one night stand to get her out of his head, but all he could think of is Karina and that weekend that they had spent together. So when Rhett meets her almost a year from that date at his concert backstage he knows he must convince her to stay with him, Somehow he does. You will have to read the rest yourself. This is a happy ever after romance that I like. With a lot of sex, sex, sex, chemistries amazing.

Rhett and Karina meet and have a terrific weekend before she moves to California for a job. Rhett proceeds with his singing career and tour, but neither can forget the other. A year later her best friend works at the venue he is at and gets her into the back to see him again. The story takes off from there with romantic and steamy times, but also some dark times as an old one night turns stalkerish and deadly. Loved the characters and tight knit family and friends. Plenty of entertaining situations, drama, danger, steam, fun banter, tabloid fodder and much more. The ending fit really well and brought it all together.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Fate might have brought Rhett and Karina together at one time but their lives quickly tore them apart. They never forgot each other in all that time. When they are brought back together again, all bets are off. Their second chance is not going to be easy though. I liked the storyline and thought that it was well written. The characters have a good start but there is an enemy waiting to stop it. It was a good story.

Cowboys gone wild, yes! I really liked this story Rhett and Karina spend a weekend together and then she takes off for a job in California. After a year she still thinks about him. So goes to his concert and is there backstage. He could not stop thinking about her either, but he was no saint that year. There is a stalker, this book has action and a stalker and plenty steam. This is a just another wonderful book in the Parker family. Great story absolutely loved it.

It was good as well as sexy but I wouldn’t put it on my list of favorite Adriana books. I can’t really put my finger on the reason why I did not fully connect with Rhett and Karina. I’ll just call this a very slight blip on the Adriana love train because she is my favorite author. By the way she is offering Ride’em Hard for free. Go get it now. Rhett and Karina let out their wild side with each other and both know they have something special. Loved how each crave for the other, and have been missing one another. I enjoyed the added suspense of being the center of a disgruntled ex out for payback. The ending was wonderful for this couple and this one also answered some questions dealing with the past for the Parker family.

I usually avoid books about rock stars but I like this author so I gave it a try - especially since I had also read other books in this series! This was a fairly short, happily ever after story that had the classic crazy fan scenario that gave the couple some trouble. I definitely recommend it!

This book is fast paced, romantic and steamy. I loved how Karina and Rhett found each other again and then admitted, they're always on each others minds. Thankfully the crap Rhett was dealing with blew over and solved itself.

This was a nice entertaining afternoon read! The main characters of Rhett and Karina were fantastic and the secondary characters were lively and supportive, especially Lizzy and Scarlett. Definitely a must read in the Billionaire Cowboys Gone Wild series!.
