This journey with Filia and her guys has been an epic breathtaking one that has held me captivated with not only the characters but the world that it takes place in. Each book has been slowly building towards this epic battle between good versus evil so who will come out on top? Who will meet their demise and who will survive? Will they get their freedom or suffer forever? Not wanting to give much away because each story is so amazing and greatly detailed that you feel as if you are there and it should be enjoyed but this was such a great ride and usually fantasy isn’t my first choice in books but I’m glad I stepped out of my zone and tried this because I really truly enjoyed it.

The thrilling conclusion to the magnificent lightbringer trilogy. I have absolutely loved reading this trilogy it’s sad to see it ending, but it has been a wonder adventure to read, it was highly entertaining and enjoyable book to read. I loved the ending. I loved all the characters and the mixed species of fae, witches, dragons, angels and demons. This was a great series about the power of love, redemption and making a stand. I definitely recommend this series.

This book starts off with a flashback memory of another one of Filia’s past lives this one is set after her last one in the previous book of 1839 where she meet Wenona Woodward. This time it’s 1865 and she’s the Russian girl of Yelena Petrov after escaping her abusive father at the age of fifteen is guided by a warm loving source to four strangers that look after her for the next ten years before her true self is awakened as Filia. Going Into the present time after Filia, Mikaeyel, Rakiyel, Gylbriel, Ubriel have rescued the comatose Bedeyal they must work to heal the damage Lucifer and hell has inflicted on him. They succeed bringing him back but Gylbriel is in love with Filia but believes he isn’t worth or deserving of her love after the way he initially treated her, but watching her with his brothers tears him apart and he lashes out and wounds her emotionally luckily for Ubriel and Bedeyal’s determination they bring him back where he apologises and confesses his love which she accepts and he binds himself to her. For a while they’re blissfully happy until Lucifer and Azayelle who have been hunting them threatens her loved ones if she doesn’t go with him, desperate to protect her lovers she gives herself up and is tortured by her father. Mikaeyel, Rakiyel, Gylbriel, Ubriel, and Bedeyal are desperate to rescue her and her help from the archangel Michael and Filia’s friends Athena, Miriam, Minerva, Theodrik, Samaiyel to help with a daring plan of rescue especially when they sense Filia is pregnant now that both her and Bedeyal are fully purified. When she realises she’s pregnant she unleashes all her power to protect her child and reunited with her lovers but her mortal body can’t take the power so she gives some of it back to her father allowing him to regain himself again and less ruthless demon he shows remorse for harming his daughter and returns to hell. Filia and her lovers no longer hunted by Lucifer seek a peaceful life for their unborn child. And settle in the world if Cadarnle a different world for a happy ending.

What a great ending for this Trilogy. I'll admit when I first started this trilogy I was a little unsure since fantasy isn't my favorite. However, as these stories progressed, I became captivated. This story is written in great detail along with fully developed characters. The beginning of this book had my heart breaking for Gyl. The pain the author had him go through was one I felt while reading. I was also unable to put the book down as the hunt by Lucifer continued.I read through the battle in less than an hour because I was so interested on how it all would end! I am glad they all got the happy ending they deserved though. It truly had a HEA at the end after all their struggles.

If you enjoy fantasy, very in depth smut, RH, and action then this trilogy is definitely for you!

Filia finally has Bedeyel back, all of her loves are together. But Bedeyel is trapped in the darkness that he was forced into by Lucifer. Will he be able to escape his own mind?

Book 3 of the series was exciting and super sexy!! The intimacy Filia has with her loves and the trust they all have for each other is unmatched.

The conclusion had action and surprises and I was really pleased with it! I’m sad the series has ended but I will be reading it again!

Thank you Scarlet Lantern Publishing and AJ Ryder for trusting me with your work! Sacred Embrace was my first ARC ever so this series will have a special place in my heart!

'Blessed Release' is AJ Ryder's third book in her "Lightbringer Trilogy" and I'll admit, in my opinion, this is one of the best good vs. evil reads I've read in a while. There are truly so many things I want to tell you about this book but as I've typed and deleted each time I've realized once I start telling you then it takes me to another part and another part until I'll give it away. I couldn't read this book without feeling like I was there, going through the circumstances and changes with these characters. This is an action-packed, drama-filled, emotional rollercoaster of events that has been building from the very beginning and it's been brought to an epic conclusion.

Blessed Release is the conclusion to Filia's story and I recommend you read the first two books before this one otherwise you will be lost and you will miss out on so much. The storyline is action packed with well developed characters, danger, suspense, romance, steam, unexpected twists, and descriptive writing that held my attention from beginning to end. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Good conclusion to the series.

Very interesting story and I liked the characters, Filia & her angels. However my personal view is that there are too many sex scenes of Filia & her angels making love & they tend to repeat. The book honestly would be better with less of these repetitive scenes which became boring after a while. The battle scenes between Filia & the hell demons were good.
