I've been moon marked, and fated to three mates . . . Men who think I'm a killer nonetheless.
Blindsided by the results of the Mating Games and the chaos that ensued, I've suddenly lost everything I've ever known.
Not only does my pack think I'm a murderer, but they've made it clear that I'm no longer welcome at home.
Outcast and grieving, I have little choice but to accept my new fated mates' help.
At least, until the decide what to do with me.
Now, I have to find a way to make them trust me before it's too late to save the werewolf packs from obliteration . . . Especially once we discover what's behind the chaos.
But how am I supposed to save my pack when my fated mates believe I'm a murderer and our bond is a mistake?
And who's really behind all of this death and destruction?
"Alpha Marked" is the second book in the Fated to the Alphas series. This is a dark upper YA/NA fated mate and rejected mate wolf shifter romance with multiple love interests.
CW: This series has darker themes and includes adult scenes (slow burn), violence, and a number of other triggers so please read at your own discretion.
Alpha Marked follows on quickly from book 1 with Verity on her own after everything that happened. Which leaves her with three potential unhappy mates and all of the complications that that brings. The plot twists are full on as well as was the pace too. It definitely keeps you on your toes. Im just dying for Verity to get stronger and less naive. Not that was a bad thing but i just shouting at my kindle throughout this book when she didnt wise up to some of the characters. I just hope that changes as the series progresses. I was a little annoyed with Avery and Ryke but i loved Liam. Hes a bit gruff in places but underneath all of that hes a genuinely sweet and caring guy. Especially in regards to Verity.
That cliffhanger ending completely threw me. I did not see that coming thats for sure!! So i cant wait to see whats going to happen in the next book
Verity is slowly getting her life together and growing a backbone, but I find it hard to believe that she was that simple her whole life. Like the side remarks Nat would say all the time...she never thought they were just downright mean? Really? The men are alright. I am super tired of Ryuk. He talks a big game, but has yet to do anything to back it up. Super annoying. I don't know....some parts I get really into it and other parts I can't wait to be done with. It's weird. They don't speak to any Elders to explain why a black wolf hasn't been seen in forever, they don't talk about her projection power. It's just a little all over the place and I like answers. Lol.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Highly recommend! In Alpha Marked, the stakes are raised as the protagonist is branded a murderer by her own pack after the chaos of the Mating Games. Outcast and alone, she turns to her three fated mates for help, despite the fact that they believe she is a killer. The tension between the characters continues to build as she struggles to prove her innocence and keep the peace between warring packs. Wilde continues to delve deeper into the darker, high-stakes world she created in the first book. The central conflict of proving the protagonist’s worth to her mates while navigating pack politics adds an extra layer of suspense. The slow burn romance is compelling, as the relationship between the heroine and her mates begins to evolve in a complex, yet satisfying way. However, some of the darker elements, including violence and betrayal, can feel a bit overwhelming for readers who prefer a lighter tone. Despite this, the book offers a more developed plot and character growth compared to the first installment. While Alpha Marked doesn’t shy away from its heavier themes, it leaves readers eager to see how the conflict resolves, making it a strong sequel to the series.
Alpha Marked is the second book in the Fated to the Alphas series. I finished this book in less than a day, but I've been putting off writing a review because I don't know how to feel about it.
It's not a good book. There are vampires involved now; I don't know why I was so surprised by that. The plot is interesting, but it's getting really cliche. It's definitely one of those books that are not really that good, but you just can't stop reading it for some reason.
Our FMC has moments when she is just letting everyone else decide everything for her and it's getting really annoying. I feel like because everything is so fast-paced we don't get a chance to get deeper character development and everything is just a bit superficial.
Also if I have to read about how fragile the FMC is one more time I am going to scream. It is the most ridiculous thing to have a couple of paragraphs dedicated to how fragile she is.
Overall, I have no clue why I am already reading the third book. If you like shifter romances you might like it.
So far, bk1 & 2 are confusing, disjointed and dissatisfying. 1. There has to be a purpose to over-shelter an alpha heir , unless they're never meant to lead. 2. By bk2 I see no growth in the fmc's maturity level, not really much useful reflection/introspection. 3. Reader not given any threads to pull various links together by the ending to entice/need bk3.
I'm more frustrated than curious by the end of 2, the whole mate game plot in 1 didn't click with me, not furthering the plot or .....dang I'm having a hard time articulating how confused and frustrated I am at this point.
Alpha claimed, What can I say is better than the first book. This is a very slow burn series with a little taste of some spice in this book between one of the fated mates and Verity. I am intrigued to see where this series goes. However, I feel like there could have been more development with the mai characters relationships. I did like the way that Alice describes what the pain of being away from a mate is, though it is nothing like I have read before. So that is refreshing.
I’m really enjoying the storyline to this and I’m really loving the characters and believe the writer is skilled. However, for me, there’s a little too much of the characters thoughts in this book. Sometimes it’s almost a full chapter of it. I’m hoping book 3 reduces slightly.
I’d say this is a 3.5 but I have rounded down as I rounded book 1 up.
Lots of editing errors throughout the book and a very weak FMC. I felt she never actually came into her own she didn’t really show any character development; she just continued to be naive and meek. I really was hopeful for this book because I think the general idea of it was great but it wasn’t executed well.
I read books for pleasure. This book sets up the conflicts that need resolved. This is the tension building book to the story of Verity. This book should leave you wanting to read the next book to discover the answers.
After the first book I was hesitant about this one, but I am glad I persisted. The story line is building momentum now, and the writing is improving with every page. Can't wait for book three
The second book picked up immediately after where the first one left off. I felt like this one moved a bit slower and I didn’t think I could hate Ryke any more than what I did after the first interactions with him in book one. I enjoyed it but I don’t think I will continue on to book three.
Not sure what the point of building a Harem is if you’re not going to sleep with any of them?! Writing is on par with twilight, I assumed I was getting a steamy romance with bad writing, like the junk food of the book world, but so far it’s just bad.
Still the same complaint as the 1st books. It has potential, but not enough for me. It’s just missing the dialogue needed to really bring the book together.
