A recipe here for everyone. So delicious I don't know where to start.
I literally only have one clean pot it seems at a time for this book is very fitting. The beautiful photographs motivate me to try some new recipes and maybe even have my bestie over for a surprise meals. Ms. Hay never fails.
I really appreciated the variety of the recipes, though I'm not sure I can actually get some of the more exotic ingredients here and I did wonder whether it makes any difference what kind of sugar one uses. I liked it but I tend to use one pan because I'm cooking for myself so I wasn't ready for the recipes always serving 4-8 people.
I’ve made about 12 recipes since I bought it this winter. It’s an excellent book for people like me that aren’t fans of meals with many components and hate washing up. Can highly recommend the pancetta wrapped pork with fennel and pear, ch Ike’s with burnt lemons and houlumi and the chicken sate with broccoli. The cashew biscuits were bloody amazing.
