Evolved Thought 1.1

Rate this book
Transhuman Homo Sapiens have evolved into subspecies dominated by Earth's genetically matched Eugenites. Genomic passports, neural personal assistants, and artificial intelligence control thought but human relationships remain the secret to survival. This action-adventure unfolds on the terraforming planet Xedef, established in the Alpha Centauri star system. Naturally born, Calvin Harris, soon discovers that life in a hostile universe is simple compared to the brutal competition evolution demands. His purpose and humankind's fate are inextricably intertwined. No matter how far life expands into the cosmos, there is no escaping the evolutionary consequence of transhumanism.

About the author

John Davis Lee

John Davis Lee resides in a small Rocky Mountain town. He prefers forests to skyscrapers, wildlife to nightlife and the serenity of aspen leaves glittering song. A retired high tech and real estate executive he’s traded the rat race for a slow pace allowing time to write. Not a fan of social media or technology addiction because his fly rod holds more truth. John’s passionate about creating something new from old and welcomes reasoned debate provided egos are checked at the door. He prefers dogs over cats but marvels at the unpredictability all creatures bring. Pizza not caviar and finally slowing to wonder what’s out there for us all to discover. All proceeds from the Evolved Thought series are donated to Wildlife rescue and rehabilitation.
