Vampire Wars: Small Bites

Rate this book
A prequel to the Vampire Wars series introducing Evilyn Strogovanna and the other vampires, shifters, and wraiths that fight the eternal blood war.

My name is Evilyn Strogovanna.
I am a vampire.
I am an Ender.
I have spent my entire unlife fighting the eternal war between vampires, shifters, and wraiths. A stalemate that would never end. As an Ender, my purpose was to hunt and kill shifters and wraiths, wherever I would find them.

But then one day I found her. A little girl, barely nine years old. She had the bloodlines of both shifter and wraith in her. An abomination. It was my duty to destroy her, without another thought. Only I bit her first, and she bit me. And that, unfortunately, changed everything.

Now we are both abominations. The first of our kind. The blood of vampires, shifters, and wraiths flows through our veins.

We are hunted.
We are hunters.
We are the new world.
Fear us.

Ohh, I so enjoyed this little prequel novella to the Vampire Wars series. The horror left me shivering in delight and the cheekiness and sense of humor left me grinning. Narration is in a nice easy going style that is easy to fly through without any hiccups. HAD to go on to the next.

Vampire Wars

Small bites is a prequel to the Vampire Wars trilogy and an entertaining intro to what seems to be an exciting story.

It was too short, but interesting. A pretty good story, definitely something to build on. Interesting characters, and an introduction to wraiths, a monster you don't see much about.
