Abjörn is the oldest, who still blames himself for the shipwreck which forced them to winter in England until he finds a reason for being there he never expected.
Sima is Lord Beecham's only daughter. When she is kidnapped, the feisty heiress congratulates herself for her cunning escape only to realize she's left her heart behind.
This is the second story in The Jürgensen Vikings Series
Peyton Lawson writes Steamy Instalove Romance that burns hard and loves harder—Viking warriors, grumpy mountain men, and the curvy heroines who bring them to their knees. Her stories deliver action, emotion, and no-fade heat with guaranteed HEAs. When she’s not writing, she’s reading, hiking, or chasing her next wild escape.
Revenge, Desire, Family This story begins with Abjorn following his enemy's daughter to the nunnery where she is supposed to be safe and hidden. Needless to say, Abjorn has discovered Sima and as their eyes meet so did immediate sparks ignite. It didn't take long for the pages to start smoking. A very short introduction story that was a treat to read and I hope to read more about these Vikings, and their plight to find romance and settle down. ✔Adult Advisory:
Twists and turns abound as the brothers are reunited and out to avenge their father , but there’s a spanner in the works in the form of the beautiful Lady Sima , as Abjorn falls for the English lady of the court it seems her Father has plans against his family’s settlement that is to have dire consequences there’s no turning back from
This seems like an idea that you write down adding thoughts as you go to present to a publisher then go back and put all the background, details, etc in.
I enjoyed it as is and if made into a 300+ pager, I would also enjoy it.
So Very Good!!!! Sima found her match. Abjorn is fierce and they make a great couple. I just love the two of them together. On to the next one. Erik! 🔥💜💜💜💜💜🔥
Nice continuation to the series. This kept me interested in the mystery unraveling in the background about what happened to the brothers' father. I wanted this book to be longer but there is a neat enough end to this installment of the wider story.
I felt like this was more of a summary than an actual book. If everything was more fleshed out, it could have been really good, but each chapter was quick and move from one event to the next with such speed, I swear I got whiplash. I don’t know how the characters had time to develop anything.
