The series started off well. The author did a good job of giving you the background information and developing the characters and their relationship. I liked our MC even though she had a lot of issues. As the series progressed, I felt like things started getting repetitive. For example, I don't know how many times we were told about Rose's background story... But it was several times. Also, weird mistakes started happening with the writing. For example, when our MC calls to say Dahlia needed her mate, the other person said they would let Jacob know (at least I think it was Jacob); however, her mate's name was Liam. So, who was Jacob? It happened another time with someone else, but I don't remember the particulars. Anyway, I just felt that as the series progressed it got a bit repetitive and I started skimming pages. I did like the series and think it's worth reading. I also believe the story could have been told in less books.
This is a wonderful series! It has all the elements needed to create a great read that is hard to put down. I found myself skipping sleep, finishing one book in the series, and immediately opening the next one.
You have love, lust, hate, intrigue, relationship angst, and hot sex! Lets not forget the hot wolf shifters! The relationships between the characters evolve from book to book. Very complex and deep characters.
You will want to grab this series for a read that captures your full attention like no other.
XXX! Adult content, reader discretion advised. Lexi and her harem find themselves in leadership roles of a war they must win. The shadows that have plagued her, she finally makes peace with. The shadows are her protectors and her mens. Their goal, protect the innocent and destroy the opposition.
This book picks right up from where the last book left us. There is pain and sadness from such a loss, however, the fight ignites in the Sisterhood and their mates. There is so much answered and wrapped up in this final book. The love Lexi gets from her mates is hot and perfect, just what she deserves after so much fighting. Dimitri and his “good girl” Dom style voice is so hot and with Chase & Lucian there to back him up 🤤🔥 CW/18+ 4.25/stars

Good end to the series, although did feel a little brief at the end of the battle. Struggled a little with this one, just didn’t get as into it as with the other books. Good storyline though, and glad I persisted. Needs a little extra proofreading…
