This is one of the most useful books for a B2B SaaS founder. I did not read it in one go but use it almost as a Dictionary/Textbook where you look up a chapter when you need it in business. A lot of business books are one idea explained over too many pages. This one is opposite. It skims the surface of all the most important concepts and approaches in B2B sales. It gives you a good overview and concrete instructions of most parts, which allows you then to go into more depth by searching online for the right terms. Highly recommended for every founder.
Although I am working in the field myself as the founder of germanys B2B Sales Platform Tendex.net the book revealed some new insights and interesting learnings we used within our team. Especially on our pricing structure.
Great read for any startup founder who wants to
1) find an effective strategy on how to build a working B2B sales approach 2) get good references on where to place/price a product 3) learn about other successful examples
