Controversial, skeptical and with a difficult vision of what she considered her reality, María was turning out to be a tough nut to crack. At the beginning of the story, I was with a big smile believing that at last the enigmatic guardian of Lord Weatherby was going to have his chance, but something else turned out. The thing got ugly, and curiosity made me read the story at once because I wanted to know where it was going to end. Drama, a dangerous situation, and a need to consider open-mindedness make this story interesting and intriguing. I really like these time travel stories and each time the women are more different and the plots more complicated. Action, suspense, doubts, confusion, strong emotions, violence, romance, and passion. I voluntarily reviewed this copy which I liked very much.
