Cedric had lost his memories to the Glawkus demon just as he and Ember married. He had no idea who she was, they were strangers, which made their crime-solving partnership difficult at times. Now they were going to try to restore his memories with a spell. But while Ember was retrieving the bone straw for the spell from her sewing box, April’s teacher called telling them they had to get to the elementary school immediately. After they fixed the trouble Munkilok had caused with April, Miss Margaret told them April’s public school days were over. They could not risk the other children. So now they have to find an alternative so that April can continue her education. And they need to deal with Munkilok so this doesn’t occur again. But in the meantime, they need to restore Cedric’s memories, and all of them are worried. Kali, her familiar, kept Ember’s focus and willpower anchored to reality as she began the ritual. But Cedric’s foot smeared the chalk line and Ember had to make a deal with a demon, but the price is very high! Nevertheless, she signed the contract in blood to save Cedric’s memories, and his memories were indeed restored.
As Cedric and Ember were embracing, Hanky-Bob walked in and said Cleetus hadn’t been around and he was worried. So they went to his trailer to see if everything was okay. But when they opened the door, they found Cleetus was dead and there were possible signs of a struggle – but it was hard to tell with the trailer always such a horrible mess. Both Kali and Ember sensed Dark Magic on Cleetus’ body! It looks like they have another mystery to solve together. Did her contract with the demon have anything to do with this? When the body count starts to rise with more murders, can Ember stop the murderer? And what will they do when the demon comes to collect?
Another good mystery to solve in this intriguing series where anything can happen. The story line is clever but nothing gets past Ember when she’s on the case! Grab your copy and race along to gather the clues!

Outstanding super natural cozy mystery series
This is an entertaining supernatural cozy mystery series. Great cast of characters and a unique and entertaining storyline. The last few bucks a beginning to be a little bit darker in town but still entertaining and action packed. Amber is a witch in a little small town in Louisiana. Her husband is a wolf shifter and the local sheriff. Her sister disappeared out of her life when she was in her teens because your sister did they spelled it backfired and erased her memory out of her family‘s memories. It was not till years later when Amber was able to do you spell would help her friends to recover her memories and reunite her sister with her family. She didn’t get married to her fiancé and right after the wedding all kinds of twisted weird things began happening. You will need to read the series to find out exactly white but each book seems to be ending on a cliffhanger the last few books. You will want to go onto the next but to see what happens. Start reading and check it out.

Ember and Cedric are back on the hunt for a killer. Before they are made aware of the murder, Ember and her sister Ashley have worked on a spell that will return Cedric’s memories of his life with Ember. Ember notices something that could cause this to fail when she’s visited by someone who she makes a deal with to insure the spell works.
As Cedric and Ember investigate the death, they find that there is other worldly magic at work here. Ember relies on her cat Kali to assist with defeating one of the couple of suspects.

Ember and Ash finally restore Cedric's memory, but it comes at a price to Ember.
Just after the memory is restored a friend of Cedric's has not been seen for a while, which is unusual. When they investigate they find him dead, and without his lungs. Things get stranger when a live mummy starts terrorizing them. From there things only get worse....
Glad to see that Cedric finally has his memory back, but worried about the deal Ember made, the reader is torn between feelings, which gets worse, when they are attacked again and again.
A suspenseful, action-riddled story, fast paced, but strangely also funny at times. A good mix, guaranteeing entertainment.

Ember is finally going to get Cedric’s memories back inside of him, yay! Unfortunately, because of a slight mistake, a demon shows up and a deal has to be made if Ember wants to get the memories in where they belong. Then, even more strange things happen. People are dying without a mark on them, but something within in them is missing. New people show up in town. Is one of them the reason?
I love this series and the relationship between Ember and Cedric. I was kept on my toes through the mystery, but what really got me was the ending; when the demon came for payment; omg!

Wild Paws is book 11 in this series and I recommend that you have read at least some of the previous books as this starts after Ember and Cedric got married .. but Cedric cannot remember their life together. Restoring these memories has a cost.
This is a great series with wonderful characters, especially Kali. I definitely recommend it to all paranormal fans, it is a very enjoyable book.

I enjoyed reading this book , the interaction and chemistry between the characters is wonderful. This book, has a good storyline, it is entertaining, and filled with action, adventure, and intrigue. I can't wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.

Ember is back in book 11 of this series. People are dropping like flies with no reason. She and her Sheriff husband are on the case. The town, however, is full of witches, shape shifters and apparitions so they have to really work hard on solving the murder.

Love these books. Whimsical and witty story with great characters. Lots of twists and turns with some drama thrown in. Charming and enchanting story.

I have been on tenderhooks for 10 books now, waiting to see Ember finally restore Cedric's memories and I thought Phew, I can now breathe easy, but no such luck!! Yes, Cedric memories are back and the couple are happy, nay ecstatic together, finally being able to enjoy each other as a new husband and wife should but that comes at a price, a rather high price as Ember soon finds out.
I am really enjoying this series, each book, although not technically ending on a cliff hanger, does carry on with the story and has a "to be continued" ending to them. This just makes you come back for more. Really like the young couple, but I think Ember may not find it too difficult to slip down into the Dark side if she is not careful!!
