Excellent read!! Wish mouli had written this when I hadn’t spent as much time in my career. Having said that, the focus on people and how to lead them is key and mouli brings out this point succinctly.
This was my third book of ChandraMouli Sir and I learnt great lessons. All of his books have brought in a significant change in me and I will forever be grateful to him. RIP Sir.

Like his earlier books, Transform is another brilliant piece of work by Chandramouli. All the three books by him are masterpieces, viz., Catalyst, Get Better at Getting Better and Transform will always be on my office desk for reference.
In Transform, the writer explains in lucid manner about leadership and managing teams, how leading and managing are different from each other and how both are essential to reach the top. I found many concepts extremely useful, viz., find out expectations of different stakeholders and include them in your KPIs, separate performance from the performer, managing performance through PAMOD, manage the performer through AM matrix, novel way to delegate and ways to formalize & communicate it, leading by doing, VISA and many more.
This is an outstanding book, extremely useful for someone who in middle management leading a team. 5 stars.
