I liked it. The relationship definitely progressed very fast compared to the other books or maybe in similar time-frame, but for me, it looked like super speed, I enjoyed it, but definitely it wasn't slow motion. Both of them are battered and bruised, although Stephen is freshly out from his nightmare. Dom's so protective and sweet to his mate, but on the other hand giving him all the space he needs to get better. All in all, everything was good, but unfortunately, as in other books, Caden irritated me a bit. He didn't have that much cameo in the 2nd, 3rd and this book but from what I sometimes read, not always, I was irritated. Lee, I loved very much, but his mate, not really... The end of the book introduces a bit what happens in the next book, or what will be probably discussed there. I liked Riley, sure, but I'm not that confident if I liked Max enough to want to read the next book... Reading the blurb of the 5th book, and having read what I read here in the 4th book, I'm not that interested, honestly... Maybe I'll come back to it some other time but I think I'm gonna end here and go to Moon Burrow Bears for some re-read and continuation of the new book that I haven't had the opportunity to read yet in that series.
Pairing ranking:
1. Riley & Jason
2. Dom & Stephen
