Good tips on preparing delivery, building confidence and reducing anxiety by primarily by knowing your subject matter, having the inner desire about the subject and caring about topic. I've been faced with large audiences since secondary school and few years of teaching and still struggle with intense anxiety and the competency aspect to a flaw. The chapter on managing fear in front of judgment-filled audiences is one that has aided me the most in pushing myself to overcome this barrier. Getting hold of opportunities to speak as often as possible and to simply discipline yourself to practice are a few of the many great tips Macinnins has to offer in this guide.
