Game over

Rate this book
The summer before senior sunny days in Jill's pool, nights filled with romance, the annual Cedar Point trip, a TP-ing war, student council carwashes, college visits, and, of course, Landon's parties. Not everything is perfect though...Todd's parents' divorce is turning nastier by the day, and while Todd and Melanie grow closer and closer, Jill desperately clings to increasingly infrequent moments with him, moments that rip her heart to pieces and simultaneously make her fall even more in love with him. But Hillary is more into Dirk than ever; Brooke is finally starting to get over Brady and look toward her future in Chicago with Jaden; and, in an unexpected revelation, Jill learns the identity of the anonymous rose-sender from Valentine's Day. And even though this summer is bittersweet for Hilton and Lorylyn because of Landon's and Brady's imminent departures, both girls agree their relationships are the best they've ever been. As hot sunny days roll into warm breezy nights, the date that's been set for months draws closer and closer...the night of the goodbye party. The circle of friends has been coming to Landon's for three years, to dance, drink, skinny-dip, and play spin the bottle, and on August 18th , it will happen for the last time. It's going to be the biggest, craziest, and best party of all... Or so they think. For at this party, the shattering secret that has been kept hidden for three years will be revealed in an unforeseeable moment that will rock the lives of every person who's been a regular at Landon's over the years. It will destroy their beliefs, perceptions, and illusions, and it will break the circle of friends forever. As the ex-seniors go off to college, Jill, Hilton, Lorylyn, Hillary, Todd, Dirk, and Bennett will be left to pick up the pieces and try to salvage their senior year... I am a YA and women's fiction author. I love writing because I get to capture emotions people feel in everyday life and play with my readers' emotions! ;) I write characters people can relate to, and I almost always end a book with a cliffhanger to keep my readers coming back. Plus, life is always better with a little suspense! ;) My books are mostly about relationships and everyday life, with some extra plot twists thrown in for fun! My characters reappear from one novel to the next, and even when they're not main characters in the current book, you can still get updates on their lives. I travel whenever I can, I love animals and helping animal organizations, and I am slightly obsessed w/ men's pro tennis, the shows Revenge and Friends, the Before Sunrise/Sunset/Midnight movie trilogy, the 1920s, New York City, Paris, song lyrics, and many many books! :) You can find me online at: daisyjordan.com, facebook.com/AuthorDaisyJordan, twitter.com/daisyjordan06 (@daisyjordan06), authordaisyjordan.wordpress.com, and pinterest.com/daisyjordan06.

I really enjoyed all the spin the bottle books. The 4 years of high school. Makes me feel youthful and like I’m back there for just a moment. Sad to have finished the high school years but eager to read some of the college life.

It's summer and the girls have just finished their junior year, which means they have one last summer with the boys before they leave for college. They imagine a summer full of dates, laughter, and hanging out in the sun together.

It's the summer they almost have it all.

Summer never looked so good - until it ended early. One summer party when Hilton spies something in the closet that will change all of their lives.

The boys have been hiding secrets that will change relationships. Some will be made stronger, some fizzle, and some will dissolve completely. The friendships among the girls might just be the only solid part of their lives - and the only thing holding them together for their last year of high school.

GAME OVER is the last in the SPIN THE BOTTLE prequels, but the series picks up again with Jill and her friends in college. This book picks up where the last one leaves off, featuring more fun, more laughs, more hook-ups, and more lies.

There's always something going on underneath, and you always want to find out what will happen next.
