Short and sweet
I am loving having Vending Machine as a manga as well as a light novel. The story’s cute and unique and the art goes well with the story.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is super-short. I know, it was only $2 or $3, and that part’s nice, but I think I’d almost rather wait a little longer and have 50 pages than 25 pages and 25 pages pushed out really close together.
Even so, I’m looking forward to the next installment, both in the manga and in the light novel :)

Slow chapter overall
As this manga is coming from a light novel series the individual chapter pacing isn’t the best. This chapter in specific doesn’t introduce anything new until the last page, doesn’t conclude any plot threads and just exists between 3 and 6 (assuming six is the conclusion of the book, might be stretched out to 8 parts to the first book at the rate it’s going.)
