Not physically. It hurts emotionally. And that's the worst kind of pain a human being can ever feel, because you literally can not do anything about it. There's no cure. There's only the time passing, making the pain more bearable, but an ache stil stays behind.
That's how Braden leaves Rory that night he decides it's game over for them and leaves her. She misses him terribly. She needs weeks before she decides she's ready to face the world again.
But then, everything comes crashing down on them when they see each other again.
And now the real question is, who's going to be the first one to cave in and swallow their pride? Will they find their path back together or is it really that for them - game over?
Definitely better that the first book, I liked this one a lot more. Braden definitely redeemed himself in this book I think, I prefer him in this book than the second so good development. If you like drama then this book is for you! A lot of hot smut, literally EVERYWHERE!!
There is a 3rd book which is about Braden’s Sister “Brooke”. It is told that you can read it as a stand alone but even though I’ve not read the 3rd yet, I would recommend you read both books first.
this was a very good and satisfying book. no more drama or weird arrangements, just love and happiness. pregnancy trope from the first book is really the major point here but it’s not too much and i like it. their reunion was the best one i’ve ever read and braden motherfucking campbell is just to hot too handle. 3 Stars because there was like no plot at all except the thing with Victoria but that turned out to be just useless drama. still happy that she is gone now and the child isn’t braden’s. i don’t think it was worth it to read this book again but i just couldn’t stand the open end of the first book.
