Rate this book
Throughout the Universe, Earth, is known as The Great Experiment. It is a virtual reality game. You are born into the program. Your focus and feelings run the binary code. What if Earth is a playing field and nothing is as it seems to be? (The Game is suited for listeners of all ages interested in visionary/metaphysical fiction.)

NOTE from author, Heather Noël: This story was originally created as a Young Adult Interactive Audiobook APP, narrated in 2nd person ("you" are a 17 year old girl!) To my surprise, I discovered that many listeners experiencing unexpected, positive ‘side-effects.’ I had no idea what was happening until I met a neural scientist who had listened to the story. To help you understand what many listeners experienced (and what you may experience as well!) you'll hear a 5 min. clip from our interview in the Introduction.

Yes

As a fan of Earth being someone's Game this novel was always going to intrigue me.
At times a bit long in descriptive detail (I'm a bloke who doesn't cope with too much of that sort of thing) but also with excellent methodology of the parallel dimensions.
Scientists have found it very hard to disprove we are someone else's virtual reality so this book was refreshingly different.
Now, am I a full playing character, NPC, or some other AI? I wish I knew.

Outstanding

I needed a teacher and this book should up on a list recommended by someone I admire. It is simple in its instruction as its written like a fictional story, but the instruction is very deep.

The main character is infuriating and the dialect doesn't really have much continuity sadly.
