First of all, that cover!!!! Drew me right in!

Second of all, the title and that little blurb?? Now we're talking!!

I love a good billionaire romance, and when I found out this is a continuation of the novella?? I was so happy to find that out! Who doesn't want to read about a French billionaire right?? And since we got an intro in the novella, this book basically started when the characters already had a relationship already happening which was a first for me!

This book was sweet with a hard dose of reality based on class. It was heartbreaking to see how Cassie was treated by people who thought they were better than her just because they were rich, all except Nico, the sweet billionaire who knows the value of his wealth and sees Cassie as an equal.

Overall, this book was very enjoyable, it may not have been for me ultimately, but to each thier own right?? I'll definitely be on the lookout for more Olivia Spring books!

Thank you to the author for providing me with a copy of this book!

Ah this has ALL the perfect ingredients for a Paris romance, dishevelled english woman with a vile boss, sexy Frenchman who has some money- ok a lot.

I loved seeing their relationship blossom, and how it all panned out. Flirty, fun and full of all of cliches you need in this type of read.

There was one shopping scene that was far too similar to a popular film which I thought was too similar to appreciate but otherwise a fabulous read.

Enjoy getting whisked away to Paris and following the romance. Well worth a read.

I have to say I love every book that Olivia Spring has written. This series is a great one!

This sweet and deceptively steamy romance follows the story of Londoner Cassie and Parisian Nico who’ve previously hooked up, but are now meeting again to see if their relationship is more than just a fling at Christmas.

After a whirlwind holiday romance with hot billionaire Frenchman Nico, personal assistant Cassie receives an invitation to visit him in Paris.

Although she’d love a fairy-tale reunion, Cassie cannot fall for Nico. They live in different countries, come from different worlds, plus he’s more loaded than a bank vault. And after her rich ex and his snooty family left her feeling heartbroken and worthless, Cassie swore off dating wealthy guys. If she’d known Nico was France’s most eligible bachelor when they met, she’d never have got involved.

But their connection is undeniable and she’d be crazy not to see him again. If Cassie suppresses her feelings and just goes for the experience, she can avoid getting hurt, right?

Except when Nico sweeps her off her feet with a string of sexy, romantic dates around Paris, her plan not to fall in love unravels. She hopes he feels the same, but then a shocking revelation turns her world upside down…

I absolutely love this book as a follow up from the novella, My Lucky Night.

Definitely recommend this book if you love a rom-com!!

I would firstly just like to say a huge thank you to Olivia who very kindly forwarded me a beta copy of her book, for my Kindle, in return for my honest review.

I absolutely loved re-visiting Nico and Cassie and also loved that it was set just after My Lucky Night finished and so is still in the same timeline.
Nico is one hell of a sexy, sophisticated Frenchman with a low, growling French accent and I instantly fell in love with him, he’s amazing!
The story flowed really well and I soon became absorbed in the wonderful love story.
It made me really happy with how much I felt Nico’s love for Cassie, even though she couldn’t tell herself, us as the reader knew that he had deep feelings for her and I loved how that came across.
There’s a wonderful back story to Nico that explains his childhood and how he came to be a hairdresser and what made him the man he is today and I loved this.
I also loved all the sight seeing and places that Cassie got to visit while she was in Paris and I just had to look them up to see what all the places looked like!
The whole story was full of emotions, I have laughed, cried, gotten angry, felt the love and most of all, enjoyed the story and it has thoroughly made my heart happy.
Olivia has certainly done it again - she has written a wonderful rom-com and made me fall in love with yet another story and a set of wonderful characters!
I absolutely love a billionaire story, it is definitely one of my most favourite tropes and this one did not disappoint.
I loved all the references to the Paris sights and all things French and I really enjoyed getting an insight into a billionaires world and I also loved that Cassie remained so down to earth.
My Paris Romance was a wonderful story from beginning to end and I thoroughly enjoyed being back in Nico and Cassie’s world for a while - even if it was over far too soon…….

More like 2.5 stars. I had a hard time rating it. I really wanted to like it…

Cassie had a Christmas fling with this guy who lives in Paris. He’s rich and invites her to visit him in paris.

Thoughts:
🥐the story progression is SOOOOO SLOW!!!! It doesn’t start to get interesting until about 30-40% through!
🥐There is A LOT of details that are NOT necessary to the plot. Why do I need to know her google search results on the best places to “do it” in Paris.
🥐I’m not sure if it was trying to be a rom-com, but I didn’t really find it funny. The MC had some embarrassing moments, but it wasn’t funny.
🥐Male MC is a deep dynamic character, but Cassie isn’t she doesn’t really change much and her inner monologue keeps talking way too much about the same things.
🥐I almost DNFed this one, but it was my last book for my 100 book reading goal so I powered through. It got a little better towards the end.

I haven't read any other book in this series, so this was my first book of Olivia, and I enjoyed the story, it was a cute friends to lovers, steamy romance.
You should definitely read this, a British female main character and a French male main character, was just the perfect blend!
However, I did feel that the book is being dragged a little, I struggled finishing the last 30% of the book. Still it was a good book!

Ooh la la - so delightful!
5 Stars

I have never met an Olivia Spring book that I haven’t enjoyed but I have to say that I think this story might be the best of hers I’ve read so far. Cassie first appeared in the My Ten-Year Crush, the first book in this series, where she was the cousin of the heroine of that story. Then she and Nico first met in the Christmas short, My Lucky Night, when they have a holiday romance in London. And now we have their full story. While I would highly recommend My Lucky Night (and My Ten-Year Crush) you don’t have to have read that story to understand and enjoy this one.

Cassie has been invited to Paris to join Nico - a man she had an amazing time with over Christmas. She doesn’t know where she stands - yet still determined not to fall in love with him - she aims to go and have the time of her life. I loved Cassie’s spirit and while she has some self-doubt and worry, she was relatable, likeable and the perfect heroine. And definitely the perfect heroine for Nico.

Nico was wonderful. He was properly smitten with Cassie and the buzz of electricity between the pair was fantastique. I adored his disgust at British traditions, his love of chocolate Hobnobs, but most of all, his big heart. And sure, the fact he was hot, sexy and wonderfully successful wasn’t a bad thing either. I have no long-term first hand experience (more’s the pity) but I felt he really came across as a realistic French man.

And had I forgotten that My Ten-Year Crush writes deliciously sexy scenes in her books or is this just the sexiest of those I’ve read? Either way - hooo boy - Cassie and Nico have amazing chemistry. Standing out for special mentions are the scene on the boat and that scene on the terrace - fan me down with a giant croissant!

The book is written in first person, past tense and entirely from Cassie’s perspective - something I didn’t actually realise until I’d finished the book and started to write my review. I think that goes to show that this obviously worked for this story. Most of the time I’m wishing for the other character’s POV but the fact that I wasn’t, tells me that I was 100% involved with Cassie’s adventure, her feelings and her uncertainty over Nico’s intentions.

I feel like I missed a trick by not eating a pastry and sipping coffee on the patio while devouring this book as I did. It transported me to France and sight-seeing around the town, going on dates with Cassie and Nico, falling in love with them as they fell in love with each other - it was like I had my own holiday romance in Paris. Olivia Spring has once again written an absorbing, romantic and hella funny story that I would definitely recommend. 5 stars.

First, I want to thank Olivia Spring and Hartley Publishing for providing me with this book so I may bring you this review.

Oh WOW!! I Never would have guessed picking up Olivia Springs My Paris Romance would be teleported from Buffalo, NY to Paris!! YES!! Olivia Spring is back and better than ever in book 3 of her Ten-Year Crush Series. This book can be read as a stand alone…however I suggest you read the whole series to get the full picture of what is going on. All of her books are truly comical that will have you laughing so hard you will be tearing up! All of them are 5 star must read including this one!

Rachel Lawson did a fantastic job designing Olivia’s cover for My Paris Romance. It enraptured the couple perfectly!

I think I was just as giddy as Cassie heading to Paris to meet the handsome billionaire Nico!! I was smiling ear to ear with all she got to experience and learn throughout her time there with him. There were many moments where I was ROTFL because the scenes were just too funny and so out there!! Many of them I cringed as I too felt embarrassed for her.

There were many times I commended Cassie for stepping outside of her comfort zone and standing up for herself. On these certain occasions I know it was hard for her to do and I was so proud of her!

Olivia addressed many important issues in this book that many readers will find relatable.

Out of all the characters in the book Lucian was the least that I liked. I could not understand why Nicco would want him as a best friend. Even from the beginning of the book when we first met him I thought he was rude, judgmental, closemided, and super shallow. Many times I wanted to hop into the book and tell him off!

WOW!! I was not expecting the hott steamy semi discreet sex scene but was very pleasently surprised. It was a very risky situation that made it all the more fun to read. Olivia has talent when it comes to writing these scenes.

This is a book for you if you like to smile ear to ear, want to be transported to Paris from your comfy chairs, experience a lifestyle only few get to experience, want to laugh like you have not laughed in a while then this is your book! There is something in this book for everyone’s taste.

My Paris Romance

3.5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️✨

The blurb drew me in and so I was so grateful to be given an ARC copy of the novel.

This is the continuation of a novella and I did not read this beforehand. Looking back I think it would probably be beneficial to do so as I think I missed a lot of the early relationship dynamics. This left me feeling like I didn’t have much of a grounding for their relationship.

Nico is presented as perfect to begin with, and so the introduction of some “flaws” seems necessary - although they are not really flaws of his character - more personal struggles. Cassie is more troublesome - she seems very downtrodden and this seems rooted in one past relationship. It is nice to see a character recognise their insecurities and issues and attempt to address them - however this was quite rushed toward the end. I did love seeing the care and attention that Cassie and Nico dedicated to each other, regardless of their differences. The supporting characters could have been given more time - especially Cassie’s friends as they were a lot of the comedic relief. A major issue I had was with Cassie’s parents and brother - I think this played too heavily on the working class parents and overprotective older brother stereotypes.

I loved having the novel set in Paris and it felt like a magical backdrop to a romantic story. There were some lovely descriptions, but again at times it felt like a list of places in some sections of the story - more could have been made of certain places.

I would describe this as a romantic drama. The drama of the relationship and the issues faced by the protagonists - usually relating to class, money and security. There are times of humour but these could have been played up more - e.g. the lost luggage debacle.

Overall, I would describe it as a sweet story that looked at the development of a somewhat established relationship.

I’m not sure this story was really for me - but I’ll definitely look into future Olivia Spring novels.

Olivia Spring is one of my favourite authors, and I just adore her novels, because they are always the perfect combination of some very steamy moments with some laugh out loud comedy moments. Although My Paris Romance could be read as a standalone, it is the third in the ‘My Ten-Year Crush’ series, and I would recommend that you either read all of them or read the novella (and Book 2 of the series) My Lucky Night.

This book begins where My Lucky Night ended, with Cassie facing a long distance romance with sexy French hairdresser and entrepreneur Nico, combined with working as a PA for the sleaziest of bosses juggling a wife and a mistress and expecting Cassie to be complicit. When Cassie starts her trip to spend ten days with Nico, travelling Business Premier on Eurostar organised and ready for fun times, she has a catalogue of disasters which are hilarious, and every time you think it could not get any worse, something else happens to poor Cassie!

When Cassie is finally with Nico, she struggles with the fact that she is with a billionaire. Used to being independent, and having been treated badly by a rich boyfriend in the past, she finds it difficult to accept his help. As she is reluctantly forced to accept his help, there is a moment you might recognise from a famous movie.

The connection between Cassie and Nico is so steamy, and so right, it’s clear they are perfect for one another. The problem for Cassie is that she is scared to open her heart, and tries to convince herself that it is just a holiday fling.

Class was a feature within the story, with the prejudices and preconceptions from both sides of the class divide, with characters judging or being judged.

The setting in Paris was just perfect. I’ve been to Paris several times and it was lovely to read about places I’ve missed in recent years. It was also lovely being in Nico’s domain, given that My Lucky Night was based in London, Cassie’s home.

This was a fabulous romantic comedy with some wonderfully steamy moments, and an adorable couple that I could not love more than I do! I’m also looking forward to the next book in the series, which will take us to Spain.

Finally, the stars are lining for our gal Cassie. She is heading to Paris to meet Nico. Will it just be a holiday romance or more? Keeping it to this.

A billionaire. A love story. An accent. Eiffel tower. Français. Paris. Rendezvous in the city of love. Need more to say! Exactement!

The aftermath of this one. I have been capering all around attempting to imitate a French accent. And yes while writing this, I’m guiltily dictating this review now to no one using that imposter of an accent.

Oh. My. Gosh. This book was way too freakin cute. It was extremely delightful, charming, steamy, and I devoured it easily and super quick. I finished it and still wanted more.

Loved seeing Paris and all the landmarks through the eyes of the author. It took me on such a splendid adventurous sightseeing trip while I was at home, on my bed, in my pajamas. The magic of the fingertips of Olivia Spring! I’ve never been there, but after this, damn, Paris will be on my bucket list!

This one started out differently. The MCs are already in a somehow kind of relationship & this was them working through their relation to see if they can make a go of it. It was such an enjoyment witnessing how their relation blossomed gradually and slowly. It didn’t feel rushed or unrealistic. I enjoyed being transported to their world. Cassie and Nico each took their own time getting to know the other and making sure of their feelings. Emotions felt realistic and real. Cassie’s hesitation and self-doubts, all feelings that you can relate to and just makes sense. Both were so sweet and caring to the other and they surprised each other in a good way. Perfect coupling indeed!

And there is that one person who shall remain unnamed as I don’t want to spoil the vibe by mentioning him. Urgh! I just hated that guy from the start. And I was right.

This was such a dreamy escape from reality.

Thank you Olivia for providing me a copy to read! This is out today. Please do check it out.

I for one can’t wait to read Carlos and story !

I just finished this ARC. And I am simply floating. This book comes out July 7, 2022. But just go pre-order right now. It’s everything you want and more. This book will fill you full of warm fuzzy feelings and keep your heart a flutter. 5 out of 5 adorably perfect romantic stars.

This is the story of Cassie and Nico. The author, Olivia Spring, wrote a little novella about how these two met, which is also an adorably perfect Christmas romance, titled My Lucky Night. You do not need to read that first. My Paris Romance can be read as a stand-alone. I did read My Lucky Night first so maybe that’s why I am so utterly enamored with these two adorable people. Cassie is a personal assistant to an absolute ass hat of a boss. He’s a crude adulterer who won’t approve her annual leave to holiday in Paris with her new man. Nico is the billionaire owner of popular, high-end hair products and very respected in Paris. He is the epitome of the perfect gentleman. He wines and dines her and always makes her feel like the most special woman on the planet. All those insecurities that she’s learned from her boss and family are instantly squashed when he’s around. You will be rooting for Cassie and Nico the entire time. Have you pre-ordered yet? You won’t be disappointed.

This story is a whole lot of love and romance but it’s not all fluff and stuff. This story does have some spicy scenes. Have I told you how much I love this book? I love this book so much that although I received this story for free as an ARC, I will buy the physical book to read and reread. It’s that good. If Olivia Spring offers it in hardback, that’s what I’ll be getting. I loved this book. If romance books are your thing, go pre-order now.

I read this on my Kindle, which I absolutely loved because my man Mr. Nico says some things in French that I used my translate feature for. The author did an amazing job at translating but I still loved using this feature.

Title: My Paris Romance
Author: Olivia Spring
Hero/Heroine: Nico & Cassie
Tropes: Billionaire Romance

TW/CW: Mention of learning disability, toxic familial relationship, toxic friendship

THE GOOD 😀

As with any Olivia Spring book, you’re always promised lots of laughs and a fair bit of steam. Throw in the fact that this was set in Paris, a place which I love, and you have my favourite book by this author so far.
After meeting Nico and Cassie in My Lucky Night, I couldn’t wait to read more of their story. They were a great couple and I loved the chemistry between them. I think the thing I love most about this authors books is that her heroines are so relatable. They’re not perfect, they have their insecurities and they own them, they make no apologies for being who they are, and Cassie was no exception. Fierce and loyal, she was an absolute kween.
Embarking on a life changing trip to Paris to meet up with Nico, Cassie is trying to convince herself that this is only a bit of fun between them. Nico, charming gobshite that he is, didn’t get that memo and was all swoony and French and perfect. Also, I went to Paris earlier this year and definitely didn’t get the boat tour that Cassie did (IYKYK), I feel shortchanged, who do I write my complaint letter to?
From questionable friendships to realising that a persons worth cannot be narrowed down to material things, My Paris Romance was an absolute joy from start to finish. These characters and this story was the equivalent of a fresh croissant and a hot chocolate in a quaint little French cafe - absolutely perfect.

THE BAD ☹️

Ugh, Spencer and Lucien. These pair don’t get to go in the bin, I’d rather push them straight into the Seine.

Thank you to the author for providing me with a copy of this to read. This is my honest review.

OVERALL THOUGHTS: Paris themed perfection

🎧 My name is Laura. 🎧

🎧 Je m'appelle Laura. 🎧

🎧 Hello, I want my book. 🎧

🎧 Bonjour, je veux mon livre. 🎧

*looks up*

Oh, hello. One second and I’ll take these headphones off.

What can I say? I had a sudden urge to start learning French again. *shrugs* Absolutely nothing at all to do with a certain seggsy French billionaire *smirks*.

Right, it’s time for real talk. *slaps hand down* This story needs to come with a health warning. My poor blood pressure was through the roof! (Head outta the gutter for two secs. We’ll get there. Have no fear!)

I spent the first 25% angry on Cass’s behalf. Firstly with her odious 🪡🍆 (ha – work that one out *winks*) boss, Spencer, and secondly with her well-meaning family. Grrr! I was all ragey.

Now to the spice and the return of the fanny flutters! We may have had The Lift scene in My Lucky Night (Cass & Nico Book #1) but, ohh boy, did the author raise the bar this time. Peeps, I give you The Balcony scene. You’ll never watch the Grand National race the same again. *snorts*

Side note: does anyone else have bad memories from wearing bodysuits years ago? Poppers, alcohol, and trips to the loo do not mix. And don’t even get me started on the lost circulation in certain areas when they shrunk in the wash *shudders*.

I loved Nico’s vulnerability in this book. Success and money aren’t everything. He can be open, honest, and real with Cass. Probably for the first time ever. Together they can be the best versions of themselves. All the ‘shine’ is just a bonus for Cass. It’s Nico’s heart she wants *sighs*.

I’m not jealous at all *smirks*, but if anyone deserves all the happy it’s Cass. She’s my kind of BFF.

Calling all spicy romcom lovers! This one is for you!

I read this book in a matter of hours whilst sat in the sun as I was hooked on the story and really didn't want to put it down, this may have resulted in a little bit of sun burn but it was definitely worth it. I have to say, it wasn't just the weather that was hot as Cassie and Nice definitely had a few hot and spicy moments! If you've read My Lucky Night then you'll know what I mean by the lift scene... well get yourself prepared for a little bit more than that!

Paris is a place that I think everyone wants to visit one day but Olivia made Cassie's visit so much more than just the tourist hotspots, she gave Paris an extra touch of character for me and it felt like I was seeing the city through the eyes of a local.

As this is part of a series and follows so closely on from My Lucky Night I would recommend reading that one before this but if you want to jump straight into this then you can do, you just get more of a background to Cassie in the previous book and spend Christmas in London so it's well worth the read! Bella from My Ten-Year Crush is also in this as she is one of Cassie's besties but you don't need to have read that to enjoy this (although it is also a fab book!)

Cassie is such a lovely character who I have loved spending time with, Nico as well of course but you know... she's just a genuine character who deserves to get her HEA and hopefully that'll be with the swanky, French hunk that is Nico. I've really enjoyed reading this and I cannot wait for book 4 as we get to go to Spain with Cassie's sister Lily - you just know there's going to be some romance in the air!!!!

Olivia Spring is one of my favourite authors. I fly through her books in a matter of days! Whether you read this as part of the series or as a standalone it really doesn’t matter. Olivia’s writing is superb, easy and simple. Creating a mix of relatable and dreamy characters set in beautiful, romantic Paris, I could literally smell the bowls of coffee... Wait.. What! 😳 Bowls! Yes! I know.. of course I had to Google! 😂

Who doesn’t love a billionaire romance! If you do, then you’ll love this one. Nico is bloody rich, gorgeous with a massive.. heart 🫢😂 I loved getting to know Nico in the story and finding out his back story. I loved Cassie from the beginning so this story just made me love her more! Especially her love of biscuits! Who doesn’t travel without a packet of biscuits in your suitcase. 😂

Picking up from the last book, Cassie is in London working as a PA for a vile man named Spencer. We hate him! Dreaming of seeing her French love, Nico, is the only thing getting her through the days. Her trip to Paris to be back in Nico’s arms can’t come soon enough, but when she arrives one disaster seems to follow another! On top of that Cassie’s dealing with insecurities that perhaps this is just a holiday fling but she can’t seem to make her heart slow down and listen when Nico’s being the most bloody amazing man ever! What’s a girl to do?!

It wouldn’t be an Olivia Spring book without a bit of sauce ‘Ooh La La’! My gosh.. reading this during a heatwave was not good for my health. My kindle had to chill in the fridge for fear of over heating! 😂 This gave me all the Pretty Woman vibes too (not that Cassie was a lady of the night.. 😂 more the shopping trips in Paris) ‘Big Mistake, Big, Huge!!’

‘My Paris Romance’ was an absolute dream to fall into and I’m gutted that it came to an end! Thank you Olivia for keeping me entertained and making me blush while reading this in public! 😂 Roll on book four!!!

🗼Cassie's eventful trip to Paris: fun, steamy and romantic💏

This is one case where the sequel rivals and excels when compared to the first part of Cassie and Nico's romantic Christmas encounter in London. My Lucky Night was romantic and had the lovely backdrop of London at Christmas. But I adore this continuation of the couple's story as wealthy, successful businessman Nico invites Cassie into his luxurious world in Paris a few months later. I really liked this couple who seem so kind and generous but plagued by insecurities that they eventually open up about and share. Nico in particular has hidden depths and Cassie succeeds in learning a lot about his background and character.

Cassie has to surmount major challenges enroute to their reunion. Her actual journey to Paris is chockful with snafus that test her determination and resourcefulness.

There's some conflict and a villain to vanquish but most of the trip gives Cassie a taste of the glorious food, sights and Nico's thoughtful and passionate regard. There's plenty of heat, not confined to the bedroom, but it's just part and parcel of their connection.

It was a positive, well-paced and easy to read romantic gem perfect to lift the spirits and set me dreaming of my own excursion to the City of Lights.

Warning: this book is unashamedly romantic and will make you crave French pastries. 😋

This sweet and deceptively steamy romance follows the story of Londoner Cassie and Parisian Nico who’ve previously hooked up, but are now meeting again to see if their relationship has ‘legs’. Cassie has never been to Paris so there’s a lot of sightseeing to be done, and also shopping. Luckily Nico is a billionaire and has more money than he knows what to do with (Please buy that 1,000 euro dress cherie, I insist!). Cassie, a PA who’s used to being independent, struggles to keep her feet on the ground. She tells herself it will never work and just to enjoy the experience but as she gets to know Nico better she discovers, despite his smart suits, live-in chef and VIP skip-the-line access to the Eiffel Tower, that he also has qualities that make him more relatable. How can she ever resist him, and does she even want to?

I don’t usually read billionaire romances but I enjoyed the escapism and light-hearted romp around Paris these two took me on. I liked Cassie’s side messaging with her friends too, Melody was a hoot! Totally recommend if you love all things Paris and chausson aux pommes!

Well that was a ride and a half…….elements of Pretty Woman meets Christian Grey were the vibes I was receiving for sure. We had head spinning romance, powerful billionaires and the steamiest of moments all played out against a Parisian backdrop. It was fast paced and exciting and I was living my best life.

A Spring story always brings a narrative that won’t disappoint, so needless to say, this one delivered to the maximum. Cassie and Nico play out romance and romp to perfection, delivering all the feels. I was definitely hooked from start to finish. The whirlwind tour of Paris was elevated to billionaire status as Nico wined and dined our leading lady……I must admit there were times I was tempted to bump Cassie out of the way and dive into a bottle of Dom P or two myself whilst soaking up the sights of Nico (oh and Paris of course). But how the other half live huh? It was such a treat to get a VIP view into all the glitz and glamour that was on offer in this access all areas narrative.

My Paris Romance is hot and happening with a swoon worthy scene at the turn of every page. It's definitely a summer sizzler and a half. Well done Olivia on yet another fantastic book.....I'm looking forward to the next installment in this wonderful series.

After a whirlwind holiday romance with hot billionaire Frenchman Nico, personal assistant Cassie receives an invitation to visit him in Paris.
Although she’d love a fairy tale reunion, Cassie cannot fall for Nico.
She hopes he feels the same, but then a shocking revelation turns her world upside down.

I totally can’t wait for book 4 my Spanish romance I have thoroughly enjoyed every book in this series totally recommend

I read the prequel to My Paris Romance and absolutely loved it. I was very kindly gifted an ARC and devoured it over a weekend.

This story picks up straight away where the last one left off. PA Cassie is still in London working for her nightmare of a boss, Spencer, and her new love, French billionaire Nico, is in Paris. Cassie’s anxious that their fledging love affair has nowhere to go as she isn’t as intelligent, high status or monied as Nico. But when she manages to get time off, she whizzes to his side to at least give their love a go. Nico is an absolute dream of a hero, but his best friend, Lucien, is another villain and wants to see the back of Cassie.

I adore Nico so much. He’s flawed and human and has his own journey to travel and baggage to unpack along the way. Plus he’s hot, great in the sack, and, well, French! My Paris Romance is a wonderful sweet and steamy chick-lit load of loveliness. It makes me want to go to Paris and fall in love with a Frenchman myself! Another fabulous book from Olivia Spring!

This book made me feel as if I was traveling. I have always wanted to go to Paris and this book gave me a free ticket! I loved everything about it. At first, I was thinking how I missed reading the male love interest’s POV since the books I have read recently are dual POV. But I quickly got over it because I became invested in Cassie’s life. I felt like I really got to know her, as if she was my BFF, which I wish she was! I related to her a lot, such as feeling insecure at times and her desire to be independent. She is also really funny and I liked reading how she fell in love as she was scared to take that risk. I haven’t read the novella that explains how they met, but it didn’t change my love for this book. I was swooning every time Cassie was with Nico. He is a perfect book boyfriend and I loved his accent! I am glad that we learn he has his own insecurities, and how they helped each other overcome them. I highly recommend this book as you get to travel for free and accompany Cassie in her happily ever after. Now I have to read the other books and I am excited for the next one!

I really enjoyed the love story of Nico, the sexy loaded Parisian hairdresser and Cassie, a girl just like you or me.

Having never read a billionaire romance before I was very pleasantly surprised. The characters were so loveable too, apart from Cassie's nasty boss and Nico's best friend Lucian, which you'll seriously love to hate.

I particularly loved how Cassie always got herself into sticky situations, I won't give anything away but I will say that the scene on the train at the beginning really made me laugh out loud. The funny scenes are so relatable and the steamy scenes are very well done.

This book was a fun, flirty, funny read with plenty of heart and heat. One to definitely recommend to rom-com lovers, especially those who love the billionaire trope.

What a great read!
I love that My Paris Romance continues on from Olivia Springs Novella, My Lucky Night. Whilst this can definitely be read as a standalone and still be very enjoyable, I would recommend reading the novella, as it made it all the more fun seeing the romance between Cassie and Nico grow.

The setting and descriptions of Paris were beautiful and the chemistry between Cassie and Nico is undeniable.
With the perfect balance of heartwarming and steamy scenes this is a really fun romcom.

I thoroughly enjoyed this read and I am already looking forward to the next one in the series.

This is book 3 in the series and picks up where book 2 leaves off so it should be read in order. If I had the hours, I would’ve read this book in one sitting. I didn’t want to put it down. Cassie is the average woman that most readers can connect with. Sometimes her luck is so bad, you’re embarrassed for her. But she’s got fight in her, so you know she’ll overcome and succeed. Nico is the hot French guy that is quickly becoming my favorite book boyfriend. This story pulls you through all of the emotions. Especially with the introduction of Nico’s best friend Lucien who is the perfect bad guy. Looking forward to the next book in the series!

𝓕𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓲𝓷 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓪 𝓫𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓲𝓻𝓮. . .

My Paris Romance is a refreshing romance novel that would just make you swoon. It has everything. A British heroine. A sexy Frenchman who calls the girl cherie and dates in Paris.

Cassie is a fun character to read about. Olivia Spring outdid herself in this book because it was the cutest, funniest and sweetest Paris based book I have ever read.

Thank you to Olivia Spring for sending me this ARC.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and am wondering where I find a Nico now!
It’s lighthearted, warm and steamy. Some parts were a little over dramatic but it’s a rom-com, it’s one of the things we love about them!
Cassie is a lovely character and I could imagine her being a great friend, I was so so happy to see her get her happy ending!

I was instantly drawn to this because well I just love all things Paris for a start, but I also wanted to see where Nico and Cassie went from where it ended in My Lucky Night.

I loved the detail in the book about all the landmarks and it was a proper nostalgic read for me and completely took me back. I adore Paris and cannot wait to visit again.

I enjoyed the relationship development between the two main characters, I would have liked a little more depth and less lust but it was still very good.

The book was super fun, and the added extra of film references, ' Pretty Woman' is a favourite of mine so loved that part. (I will say that it's good to remember how the rich treat the poor is a reflection on them, but on the same point, how the poor have opinions of the rich is just as bad.)
