Best book of the series so far!
I love Jade more then Mackenna!
Jade is one kickass female main character and Rocco definitely has his hands full! I love the writing in this series and all the characters are so different and the family dynamics and relationships make for some great banter.
If you like your FMC strong willed, independent and alpha this series is for you!

Oh man. Explosive Union is the seventh installment within the Made series. Just like all the other books, I couldn't put this one down. We've sort of known about Jade in the other books and what she has gone through. Not that she's older, it was definitely a shock with what has also happened to her. The girl can't catch a break but then again, does anyone in the mafia life get that?
Besides her, we met the man she's going to marry Rocco. Now he's also in the same life but within his world the women are treated differently. More like a trophy than what Jade is used to. She's been beaten, broken, and everything else you could simply imagine. Yet, she's stronger than ever and should never be underestimated.
Five years of revenge has been brewing within her mind and now it's time to act it all out. Definitely happy with what went down with certain douche canoes because they deserved it all. I did, however, want more bloodshed but maybe that will happen in the next book.
In the end, I'm excited to see her brother get married. I'm also shocked with how things ended too. War was always lurking in the shadows and now that this has happened, I can't wait to see what everyone has planned next. I definitely need more revenge please. Also, some sexy romantic scenes too.

I cannot tell you how much I have loved The Made series!!! Rocco and Jade are everything and they are by far my favorite couple. Jade is one of the most selfless women I have ever read the lengths she would go through for her family are unmatched to say the least. Everything she endured after she protected her family is both gut wrenching and heartbreaking but freaking he!! Is she a strong a$$ fighter. She may be a bit broken but she didn’t let that stop her. Rocco is everything I could have hoped for and these two are honestly a perfect match for one another. I couldn’t see Rocco with a weak woman, no he needed someone that is unstoppable and would go toe to toe with him and together they would rule the territories. That is the exact woman he got when he married Jade. I honestly need more of them because I cannot get enough. I can’t wait to see what happens next in Hayden & Adeline’s story!!

This author has easily become one of my favourites and continually hitting my top reads lists. I swear she makes personal goals of knocking it even further out of the park than the previous book. And she supersedes that every time by far.
This book was always going to be epic in every way, and it definitely didn't disappoint.
Although some things were hinted at in previous books, trust me, nothing will prepare you for cold hard truth.
This book is not an easy read, but boy did Jade live up to what I was expecting and more.
Be prepared to have your emotions, heart and head put through the wringer with this book.
I actually don't think I can say much more to give this amazing book justice, that and I'm rocking in a corner and sculling wine after that last chapter.
I'm always eager for the next book when finishing, but now I'm even more so...

I just can’t get enough of this series. It just keeps getting better and better.
Once I started this book, I didn’t want it to end. It pulled out all the emotions. So I must admit I did drag my heels reading. It was my favourite book in the series so far.

From the very beginning, no, actually before that… I knew while waiting for Jade’s story to release that it was going to be intense and absorbing—and that is exactly what it is until the very last word. An absolutely gripping tale of revenge, rebirth, and growth.
Jade is one tough young woman, to endure the trauma she had in prison then come out and basically start a new life with different responsibilities, my awe for her is immense. She is sure of herself in nearly every aspect of her life but Rocco is a different kettle of fish. Yet Jade has a softer side, especially with her family.
Rocco is a no-nonsense alpha male who believes women should stay at home and play the part of ‘wife and mother’ and as he said, “…to be revered, protected, cherished”. However, he is also a protector of those he cares for and that includes Jade. Oh boy, how I love the dynamics between Jade and him. The chemistry is there and it sizzles until it’s a roaring flame of passion. Rocco is a straightforward underboss as well, his word is gospel and that’s that! On a little side note though, Rocco’s grandmother is a pip, what a character! 😆
Be warned there are some triggers in this book but I thought the manner in which the author handled these was crafted carefully. In turn, I thought the revenge plan was inventive and I liked the fact it had been well thought out! It’s written so well you get caught up, knowing it’s not right but also not feeling like it’s wrong either.
With plenty of action and drama, right up until the end, this fast-paced story is extremely entertaining and I enjoyed every minute of it and look forward to reading book 8, Cherished Union.

First if you have triggers be warned. OMG if I could rate this story a hundred stars I would. Phenomenal book. If you are looking for a story that's highly intense full of suspense and a whole lot of revenge this book is for you. I absolutely did not want to put this story down, its that good. The title fits this book so well. When Jade and Rocco get together it is most definitely explosive and volatile. I absolutely love that Jade would not bow down to anyone regardless of what was happening. I loved her witt and personality and that when she loved she loved with her whole heart. Rocco was whole lot of alpha. He had he's eye on Jade and when he wanted something or someone he wouldn't let anyone get in his way even Jade herself. Both had a lot of secrets, one's that could get them killed if they didn't learn to trust the other with them. And boy when they joined together they kicked *ass. This book was mind blowing. I highly recommend this book.

I was excited when I heard Jade was getting a book and I couldn't wait to see where her story went. This book is gritty raw and is one that should have the TWs checked before reading. This book is definitely explosive and I can t wait to see what's going to happen next.

I have always loved Jade, but after this read I absolutely no doubt love her. Rocco is definitely her match, she will bring him to his knees. Loved these two together. Loved how strong Jade is, after everything she has been thru she comes out even stronger, most women would not be able to pull themselves out of that. And her mind, absolutely blew me away, i loved it!

Fantastically written! Not as dark as I thought it would be but touched on everything it needed to. I love Jade, she is such a kick ass chick who has been through sooooo much. I am glad she found her rock and confidant in Rocco. The way their relationship develops is beautiful and the surprises from Granda...on point! But that ending...did you have to Brooke???? When can we expect the next book???

I am obsessed by the Made series, and I have been waiting for Jade Gallagher’s story-the seventh book in the series. Jade is imprisoned for a crime she didn’t commit, out of love. Five long years later, she is free to move forward with her life but needs to resolve a few things first. That she shows her vulnerability to her husband is a gift. Rocco Gallo is also Mafia royalty but the Italians treat their women differently than the Irish. I love that Rocco is able to bend for his wife. He wants to help her & isn’t too proud to seek outside help, or put his own needs second. Having these two marry will definitely be an explosive union but the passion between them is fierce. The author is an amazing story teller, the plot is so exciting & the characters are divine—the banter between Jade & her grandmother are both hilarious & sad. I loved the story-there are some really emotional parts, some shocking, some sad parts. The story is definitely not finished & I need to know the rest!

Duo POV. Arranged marriage. Jade is 24 and he’s 31. Instant attraction. Jade pushes his buttons from the moment they meet and it’s fantastic. She is out for vengeance and delivers it beautifully. There was a lot of side things for both of them as well so the story wasn’t all relationship focused. Rocco is wonderfully possessive and while he has some hang ups at first, is super supportive as well. These just keep getting better and better as we go but this cliffhanger was not appreciated 😂😂.
While each book follows a different couple, I do recommend reading in order since there is ongoing issues and the family is huge so could get confusing if you don’t read in order.
CW: SA (Would be careful with prologue if this is a trigger— no details but you know it’s about to happen and it gets close to the moment. And there’s slightly more detail in her flashback chapter 12 but not a lot).

I've loved reading this series and this book didn't disappoint, the characters and the storyline phenomenal.

Honestly, each book in this series continues to just get better and better! Brooke Summers never fails to deliver a read that will keep you guessing, swooning all over the place and potentially throwing your kindle (𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑛 𝑜𝑛𝑐𝑒 😉) .

I knew from the little bits we see of the heroine Jade in previous books that I needed her story. It was everything I wanted and I really enjoyed it from start to finish. Jade has spent the past 5 years in prison. If that’s not bad enough she’s been victimized everyday while there and she’s counting down the days till she can exact her revenge. However she’s released and also told soon after she’s to be married in a few weeks time. If it’s for the family Jade will do it, but nothin and no one will stand in her way. The chemistry between Jade and her Italian hubby Rocco is off the charts from the moment they meet. What’s really explosive is the end of the book. We’re left with another brutal cliffhanger that’s going to make it really hard to wait for the next book. Really loving this series, can’t wait for Hayden’s book!
I knew from the little bits we see of the heroine Jade in previous books that I needed her story. It was everything I wanted and I really enjoyed it from start to finish. Jade has spent the past 5 years in prison. If that’s not bad enough she’s been victimized everyday while there and she’s counting down the days till she can exact her revenge. However she’s released and also told soon after she’s to be married in a few weeks time. If it’s for the family Jade will do it, but nothin and no one will stand in her way. The chemistry between Jade and her Italian hubby Rocco is off the charts from the moment they meet. The story had tons of action and was super fast paced, but I would have liked to see a little more relationship development between Jade and Rocco. This was the first book in the series that I've read and I have no doubt it would have been better if I read the other ones first, but I didn't feel lost. Can completely be read as a standalone. Looking forward to the next book in the series!

Elle jure qu'à sa sortie, tous les coupables y passeront et c'est ce qu'elle fait, ce qu'elle va faire, appuyée par ses frères, son père, sa famille.
Mais en sortant de prison, elle ne s'attendait pas à remplir un autre contrat qui l'enchainerait: elle doit épouser Rocco, le fils de la mafia italienne.

Best book of the series!! It keeps getting better and better! I have been waiting for Jade's story. Jade is one the strongest woman in the series and she took over the top spot in the series for me. In this story you get Jade and Rocco. Rocco is part of the famiglia (Irish Mob) in Chicago. Jade is part of the Gallagher Clan also in Chicago.
Jade is sent to prison for five years and experiences a very hard road while there. Be warned there are triggers through out this story in regards to what happens while in prison and after. The way Brooke wrote was careful and respectful through out the book. To Jade getting out, it was nothing but revenge, but then the family puts their spin on it for her and Rocco. Jade seems to be one badass heroine but underneath she has a soft side and caring. She loves her family and will do anything for them. Rocco is an alpha male but how he interacts and begins to see Jade turns his life upside down and protective and loving to the core.
I don't want to give to much of the story away but definitely get this book and if you had read the first six, it's always great to do a reread to keep up with all the family that intertwines within. I can not wait for the next book. Each new book outshines the previous one. Keep up the great writing Brooke!!

Brooke Summers has once again delivered another unforgettable and unputdownable additional to what is the best series I have read in a very long time . Explosive Union is the seventh installment in her ( made series ) and is the journey of Jade and Rocco , two characters that are intriguing, unique and extremely multi layered .be prepared for a emotional rollercoaster because I guarantee once you start this amazing book you will not be able to stop , Jade and Rocco’s journey is definitely not easy , it’s raw and gritty , dark and emotional, heartbreaking, intriguing, steamy and filled with revenge , drama , family , violence, witty banter , off the charts chemistry And many twists and turns you will not be expecting . Brooke Summers has this amazing gift of knowing just how to gab onto all your emotions and pull you so completely into each and every one of her books . I seriously could not devour this series / book fast enough . So much sleep was lost but it was totally worth it

This is the seventh book in this amazing series and is Rocco and Jade’s journey. Jade is the only daughter of the head of the Irish clan, and she has sacrificed so much for her family, and went to prison for a crime she did not commit. Jade has had 5-years to plan her vengeance. Rocco is next in line to become head of the Italian mafia in Chicago, and he and Jade enter an arranged marriage to join two powerful families together. Jade is more than a match for Rocco. and he has his hands full with her, and he will so whatever he must to protect and keep her safe, and they complement each other perfectly. This is a well written story which is dark, raw, gritty, and intriguing, with revenge, emotions, intrigue, family, witty banter, drama, violence, retribution, loyalty, and love, which leads to an entertaining and riveting page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Every book in this series was amazing, and every couple brings tension and a true connection to it. But Jade sacrifices the most for her family.
She will do everything for them, but while in prison, she suffered a lot and she makes a promise to vengeance herself. No one that hurt her, will leave without consequences.
For Jade, family is everything no matter if you are blood-related or not, if you are accepted to the family she will do anything for you. When Rocco marries her the attraction is inevitable and everything with them is explosive.
He stands by her side and while she seeks her vengeance, she has to deal with other things in the family business too. But she is a strong woman, and with the right man by her side, she can do anything.
Can't wait for next book.

Jade takes the fall for job gone bad and spends five years in behind bars. She endures a lot while locked only to get out and find out there has been an arranged marriage between her and a son of an Italian Mafia, not like she hasn’t sacrificed enough for her family now she obliged to marry Rocco. He is just as unhappy as Jade not wanting to get married either. All good Mafia books have intensity, betrayal, revenge and heat and this one definitely gives you that living up to the title Explosive once Rocco and Jade get past the undeniable attraction. Holy Smokes. Brooke hasn’t disappointed me yet especially in this series. Another excellent read.

Absolutely loved Jades and Rocco’s story! I love how the H was there for the h and how he helped her heal from her past trauma. They come from way different family backgrounds and slowly throughout the book, the H comes in term with being paired with a bada$$ independent female. You do not need to read the previous books to get the jest of everything but if you’d like to understand the book in a different new light, absolutely pick up the previous books! But again, you don’t need to be familiar with the previous books lol sorry for the review to be everywhere, I just didn’t know where to begin! It was that good!

5 ACTION PACKED STARS!! This book was explosive....it kept me on my toes. These characters were perfect in every way. This author is quickly moving up to one of my favorites with her storytelling.
