On this last visit to the village of Hazeley, we meet new characters along with old friends who all have parts to play in this enchanted tale.
The irrepressible twins whose escapades have them expelled from school and learning life the hard way working at the stables.
Sally, hiding deep secrets from her past that come back to nearly destroy her hard sought after happiness.
A voice from the past who both brings encouragement and a mystical side to all the goings on.
Again, Hazeley show is a turning point for them all as past pain and hidden identity catapults everyone to a surprising conclusion. Not to forget the horses, Challenger, Bella, Bundle, and Hindrance the donkey, who all have their parts to play.
Though I liked the stories surrounding the people and relationships with one another and their horses, I did not like the negativity towards and bashing of the Catholic people and their traditions and beliefs. Book 5 was the worst for catholic bashing, but this book held some as well.
