Down to ride to the very end…
At least that’s what Bronx and Yamesh promised to do until a temporary setback takes place within their marriage. Bronx is in need of support, and Yamesh has every intention on being present for him until she battles through a stumbling block of her own.

Wow!!!!! I don’t even have the words!!! Charae stay playing with my emotions… I should’ve known the way she was coming with it after reading her End of Time series. This was so MF good my finger was swiper no swiping away reading as this drama unfolded. The book starts off with Bronx and Yamesh celebrating NYE and what’s to be their last night together for a while because the following morning he has to turn himself in to serve a prison sentence. They were madly in love but to say that their love was tested while separated is an understatement! Everything bad that could possibly happen happened and to make matters worse they have snakes at every turn. Their siblings especially…. If trust no one was a person, it would be them. While Bronx was in jail Yamesh is attacked and as a result has no memory of him or anyone else for that matter and instead of helping her, the deceit around her adds to her turmoil. Bronx and Yamesh are really innocent in it all but it’s not looking to good especially after this cliffhanger. Let’s see what happened in book 2 🫣

This was good as fck.Bx gets sentenced to 366 days in jail for trying to help his cousin. Yamesh gets attacked by bitchass Lamia & can’t remember anything. Olori was a real one but I feel Jax is sketchy as fck. Also us NYCers don’t say nah mean…why wasn’t there any deadass in the conversations 🤣🤣🥴🥴😒😒.

Oh my Goodness
I can't breathe...that ending has definitely stole every little piece of breath I was holding reading those last 5 pages...I just Got on question for Charae and that's why you trying to send me to an early grave...Whew Chile! That Lamia and the father is a true test to my sanity and everyone else's... My heart is breaking for Yamesh and Bronx being catapulted into circumstances they real had no control over because people wanted to play checkers with their lives...I'm totally invested let me knock out part two because I need a HEA or something

Wtf???
I don’t know why I let Charae play with my emotions time and time again. This one here took the cake. There was so much going on that I’m sure I’ll need blood pressure meds. I’m mad at everybody whose name isn’t Bronx. Jax thought he was helping and just messed everything up. Olari isn’t worth two pennies and Lamia…I can’t even talk about her because home girl grinded my gears from the first time she spoke. The daddy..disgusting… and O’ryan is just pitiful. I need part 2 like this instant because that cliff hanger left me in turmoil.

Mine Again is a book that literally had me at the edge of my seat trying to figure out how the story would come together. It follows a married couple and their journey when their marriage is tested. Bronx is sentenced to jail time- not too much time but just enough for a series of unfortunate events to take place. Yamesh sufferers a horrific injury that changes her life. Throughout the book I kept thinking, “Bronx does not deserve this!” And sadly as the story unfolded, I started to have the same feelings about Yamesh- she didn’t deserve to be toyed with either.
I think there was a strong theme of, “my brother’s / sister’s keeper” but I think the family went too far in trying to protect their siblings. The co-characters really were the highlight for me. I was so stressed out every time they made a bad decision. The only innocent person was Yamesh’s mother- lol. I think there was a little bit of jealousy and envy from Yamesh’s sister, as well. I would never go as far as pretending to be my sibling.. ☕️.
Lost in all the mayhem with the family was Lamia. The author really did a great job with her character because it’s like she’s good and evil. Her craziness is overlooked by Bronx and his brother and she plays the victim! Tuh! I am eager to see how her character progresses in book two. It wouldn’t surprise me if she did something to Bronx’s mother. She is cray!
I was so emotionally attached to this book and I could not stop reading. I think around 40% I was swiping the pages so fast. I really want to see more of Bronx and Yamesh’s relationship because my brain cannot understand how Bronx was fooled for months. Like how? I started to question how compatible they were and if they are really in love. This is a great book and a good book to discuss! Great job! ❤️

One thing for sure, when you read a Charae Lewis book, you’re in for a treat... And a ride. She'll have you rooting for a poly marriage or even for Solana (insert eye roll here). Expect nothing less with this one.

Let me first warn you since it not mentioned in the beginning. This book end on a cliffhanger so just get ready. I'm so damn mad right now cause book was soooo good but again a cliffhanger. I was literally hanging on to every word in this book OKAY. This book follows Bronx and Yamesh, they are married and very much in love but an unfortunate event has them being forced apart. It is this event that actually test the strength of their commitment to one another. I would also add that secondary characters regardless of their intention play a huge role in the discord in Bronx and Mesh marriage. I highly recommend this book because one its was well written and two you might already have an idea of what this book is about but trust me when I say you have no clue and this going to have you at the edge of your seat. Mrs. Lewis please hurry up with book two and you dead wrong for doing me like this lol. Great read!

Sooo good!
I really tried to wait for part 2, but it’s so hard with Charae’s books! But i loved the plot twist with Yamesh! I really sympathized with her until it came to O’Ryan. I understood her feelings or lack thereof for Bronx, but she definitely knew right from wrong and ultimately did not care that she had no business being with O’Ryan. I honestly could have done without him, because Bronx already had so many people to deal with when the things are revealed (Lamia, Olori and Jax), on top of his mother. Tbh, i would not be upset if he left Yamesh and since she has no memories or moral regards for a union, it would really be no love lost on either behalf. And things got so out of hand with Olori, thats brings me back to feeling bad for Yamesh lol. However, the true victim in all this was Bronx and I can not wait to see how Charae shows us just how he is not the man to be played with.

Bronx and Yamesh had a happy marriage until an unfortunate separation, jealousy, and deciet set the stage for a rift in that happiness. This book had my attention from the very first page. Very well written, great storyline and character development. A year and a day is the time that Bronx and Yamesh have to deal with apart. It's a major blow that will be hard on them both. As the days go by, one event after another is affecting their marriage with Bronx left in the dark and Yamesh trying to pick of the pieces of a life lost. Those that were deemed to be trusted have started a tangled web of lies that are about to spiral causing all hell to break lose. And the Karma needs to start with Lamia. After that ending, part 2 looks like its going to be lots of drama in the making.

I love bronx he is bae of all baes😍😍😍Lamia needs to go ASAP I hope everyone catches on that she’s not to be trusted. The love bronx shows warms my heart and I hate how things are playin out with him right now. Oryan smh Idek I can’t say I don’t like him I just think he’s a f*** boy. I hope mesh get her mind right soon cause lawd she gone miss a good thing. Olori was cool at first now she just as shady in my eyes can’t wait to see what’s next it’s about to be a lot of smoke. Why?!
I really need part 2 ASAP!! I realized at 3/4 of the way through this book that it wasn’t a standalone. Charae broke my heart with this one! I love all things Bronx. He’s a true provider and protector! I initially understood Jax’s concern and agreed with his plan. However, Bronx should’ve been informed of the attack as soon as Mesh woke up! Lamia is a cancer and will definitely get what she deserves. Great work by Charae per usual! I just needed a forewarning that this was a series!

What a mess!
I wasn’t quite sure what I was getting into with this book, but it was very exhilarating. This well written, action packed book definitely kept my attention. Bronx was the major one that was wronged in this book. Jax and Olera were wrong for their little plan to keep Bronx in the darn about Mesh, which ended up with Olera falling in love with him. Lamia is a snake in the grass and I can’t wait until she gets what due to her. O’ryan was just slimy, but Mesh messed up too. Can’t wait to see how this ends.

speechless
This is not at all what I was expecting. The synopsis doesn’t do it justice. Every time I thought I knew where the story was going, it went another direction. Now I think I know what’s going to happen.
Mesh and Bronx are the victims.
Jax, the sister, Lamia are all trash!! Oh and let’s not forget O’Ryan! Flaming garbage… that felt like sexual assault to me.
I can’t say to much without giving things away. But this was a lot and I can’t wait for the truths to start coming out. I’m very interested in how the author gives them their HEA.

Mesh and Bronx
This book is good. You will not b disappointed. Lamia she is a mess and will get what is coming her way sooner or lataz. It good to see that Bronx is out i wonder what is going to happen when he founds out about Yamesh having brain trauma due to Lamia. I can't fault Mesh but she knew she had a husband as many times as they kept telling her and for her to do what she did is about to get her in trouble now that Bronx is home lol. Welp let's see what part 2 got for us.

Didn't anyone tell you not to try and surprise your loved one unless you wanted to be surprised? Bronx and his wife did not feel connected to me. And the jacked-up solution to the problem Jax developed exacerbated the problem. The family dynamics had me hooting and clapping that none of those folks were related to me. And I expected the cliffhanger going into this story; you've been warned. Overall, the story was stressful and

While Mesh was doing some unnecessary things. I get it. A lot people had a hand in where here and Bronx are right now. Hopefully Bronx anger will let him see the light because Mesh does not deserve to go through a huge battle and lose her man because of this mess. This should be a Bronx, his brother, Mesh sister and his so called best friend’s issue. Also O’Ryan is a creep to take advantage of her. He is almost worse than a predator preying on a child.

Frustratingly good!
If ever a story had a cast of most unlikable characters, this would be it! The mark of good writing is the ability to evoke emotions from the reader, good or bad! And this story definitely had me feeling the range of reactions from one extreme to the other! Can't wait to see what happens next!

Intense
I tried to prepare myself but knew half way through once my heart beat irregularly and I began to shake this storyline was going to leave me on an emotional Rollercoaster! Once again Charae ain't pen fair and I'm left with anticipation of what's going to happen in part 2!

I could NOT put this book down...so much happened that made my jaw drop page after page. I can't wait to see what happens next! Bronx needs answers asap!! Really, everyone needs answers! Good start to a sure to be dope series. I can’t lie that I was cracking up that they were tripping over a year and a day but then look at all then bs that happened in such a short time and how easily solid union cam tumbling down! My feelings are all over the pace but I mostly want to see karma happen to Lamia.

Bronx is HOME!!
Bronx is HOME and it's time for Jax, Oliron or whatever her stupid name is and Lamish to pay for all the deceit. There's no way that man shouldn't have known his wife wasn't good. The sister got me looking at her sideways and I'm just disappointed in Mesh all together. I'm glad I waited to read this functionary two was released.
