Book one ended where Lucas his parents intervened in Lucas and Camden’s relationship, their ways split. We can follow them again four years after that moment.
Lucas is training gymnastics for the next Olympics, his coach Cassandra is breezing in his neck all the time. She’s determined to keep him away from Camden. He’s on a leash, indirectly by his parents.
Lucas never got over Camden. Now they are back together at the Olympics.
They are the senior members of the team and will work together. The big question is will Camden give Lucas another chance.
The story is a bit dragging, with no real progress, every possible obstacle, to get a chance to talk about what happened, was in the way. I was happy when something crucial happened and there was a breakthrough where Cam and Luc finally got together. There’s a lot of fuss around them and it didn’t keep my attention, I skipped through pages to find a few interesting parts, it was overall quite superficial.
I’m not sure how I feel about this story, it was sweet but also very immature. Like the thing where Lucas only sees bodies instead of people. The story was way too focused on dicks, tight shorts, muscles, and bulges, awkward times, in locker rooms, naked, dicks, hello, twenty-four. The gymnastic parts were fun and interesting, certain awful parent parts were good for stressful moments in the story. The sexy encounters were good for some heat.
The big picture is nice and sweet, in detail it’s without depth I prefer, for my pleasure, the story was too large, it was dragging on, fifty percent was already enough, I understand there will a third story. I will keep it at two. Three small hearts for this one.

I've been sooo excited for this book since the end of the first one! That was a massive cliffhanger and I was so worried for the happiness of Cam and Luke!
Floored by Love was the perfect continuation of their story taking place four years after the last one ended at the next Olympic Games now in London. I couldn't really guess how their story will continue after the incident but I loved that time was added to the mix. We knew since the last book that their first try at love didn't work out, but it is now obvious that though the circumstances prevented them from being together their feelings for each other went nowhere.
They both matured a lot, Luke learned to see the flaws in his parents ways and ready to give another chance for the love of his life, and Cam processed the sudden and terrible heartbreak that Luke caused him.
And now they are here again, at the Olympic Games, now as veterans, in peak form, ready to represent the USA once more. And maybe to have another chance together.
I adored the story.. again! Both Cam and Luke struggled a lot during their sepratation and it was so lovely to see them still have hope after all this time! They both had obstacles in front of them before they could be together again and their journey towards forgiveness and second chances was wholesome!
Their olympic performance was in focus just the right amount to enjoy the excitement of the games! I kind of gotten really into gymnastics now, and rest assured I will watch the men's gymnastics during the next Olympics!
The secondary characters, their teammates, their coaches, parents and friends were all their to provide a realistic feel to the story. The drama, the fun, the excitement and the angst were all real and I, as a reader, become invested in the story real fast!
My only hung-up was that the book still contained some spelling errors, and some logical bumps.. like the number of medals Luke got. I am particular about the details so these bothered me a lot.
But I can only say this series is so much fun to read that if you love sport romances you should definitely read it!
I simply cannot wait for the next book!

4.5 Stars 🌟 Cam and Lucas ❤️
......and the story continues...4 years later.... Cam and Luke meet again. This one was a heartbreaker at first, learning what these two have been through since the last time they saw one another and the heartbreak they've endured without each other really broke my heart. I loathed Luke's parents, they are heartless and controlling what they put their son through is despicable, my only hope is that in the final book of this trilogy they get their just deserts 😉 I loved that Cam and Luke were able to heal from this and move on, their love proved to be stronger than these outside forces ❤️ The Olympic setting once again was enjoyable as well. This was angsty, sweet, sexy and heartfelt. I am looking forward to seeing what's next in this trilogy, I slowly fell in love with this couple....I hope they find their way together ❤️ I defiantly recommend this book.

I was really looking forward to reading this after how the first one ended and it didn't disappoint. I love the Olympics and especially gymnastics so I loved reading this. It was full of testosterone, banter and sweetnes. I loved all the characters and I hope some of them gets a story too. This book was well written and had a good flow and I really enjoyed reading this story.

This book was gorgeous, beautiful and thrilling. 🖤Needless to say I read all night and finished it in one go. The beautiful love story had me hooked from page one, and I couldn't let go until I knew my baby Cam was happy and loved 🖤 The friendship between the characters was real, and I loved how kind they were with each other.🖤 This book is an absolute must read, I can't wait for more from this wonderful series 🖤

I have thoughts, oh so many thoughts!
Our MCs have grown up... a bit! 4 years have passed from the "Rings of Lust" and you can definitely see the growth.
However, everyone and I mean everyone is acting like a horny teenager! Aren't they though? The majority is in their early twenties and the only thing they can think of is the glorious D and maybe (I say maybe since they actually do good) their routines in the Olympics!
After the cliffhanger in book 1, I really wanted to see what's next in their story.
The scene that I enjoyed the most is the one when Cam and Luc got back together. Everything else was a bit of white noise and I actually skimmed through some of the parts in the story (not everything so I do actually have a grasp of what is happening).
I don't know if I'm going to keep following this series. These 2 books were not my best reads, they weren't my worst either. I believe the author is fun and I can see the growth from the first book. I might give it another shot.

Fit horny athletes? Check. Sympathetic coaches? Check. Foiled lovers finally getting together? Check. This tale is a bit of fantasy fulfillment and probably won’t be for everyone.
Cam is a closeted prince of the vault while Lucas, the first openly gay Team USA gymnast was given an ultimatum at the end of book 1. Drop Cam or lose all parental support.
Lucas chose wrong, broke Cam’s heart and it’s now 4 years later and they’re seeing each other again, this time in London.
The forced separation at the end of book one felt a bit unrealistic. I had trouble buying that an out Olympic athlete who medaled could be as much under his parent’s thumb as Lucas was at the end of book one. But that book really wasn’t about that as much as the team spirit and camaraderie of the team and the guys budding romance, so I was perhaps more forgiving than I should have been.
That said, it’s now four years later and while both guys have grown more skillful in their sport, they’ve not really progressed emotionally. Lucas has a strict female coach with explicit instructions to keep him away from Cam as much as possible. The fact that neither character has matured much and skipping ahead four years in time didn’t do this tale a lot of favors.
Once we get past the “sturm und drang” of that manufactured conflict and they guys re-unite, the tale once again gets to be an Olympic frolic; and this time the setting is London, one of my favorite cities.
Again this is told in a “he said/he said” manner with alternating chapters from the two main characters’ perspectives but with so many other male characters actively participating, the dialogue sections more than once get a bit confusing. More than once I found myself re-reading a section and still unable to determine who said what. This was also a problem in the first book but it seemed a bit worse here.
For some reason a “younger brother” character, Austen, caught my attention in book one and it was fun to see how he had “filled out” here in book 2. I’m guessing that book three will be set in San Francisco and be yet another four years in the future. While the boys are certainly worth reading about, I hope that the author gives them more scope to evolve in the next four year gap. While the sexcapades are fun, I’d like to see the characters grow beyond what some might say are still pretty two-dimensional characters.

Camden and Lucas have been apart for four years and now find themselves at the Olympics together again. Cam and Luke both want to talk to each other but everything keeps stopping them. After an incident scares the team, it leads to the perfect chance for them to talk. After finally being able to talk, Cam and Luke make it their goal to prove to each other they are serious and want to move forward, together.

This follows on from the first book, and doesn't stand alone at all. It's 4 years after the first book and we're at the next Olympic games in London where both Luke and Cam have qualified and are at the top of their sport. After that cliffhanger at the end of the first book, we find out they haven't spoken to each other in all that time, only seeing each other in passing briefly.
I loved these two in the first book but I couldn't see how they'd ever find their way back to each other. Being ghosted like Luke did to Cam is one of the worst things you can do to a person you're supposed to love, I reckon. Add to that the dragon of a coach Luke had and his awful parents controlling him and I just didn't see how things would turn around.
I liked some of the new supporting cast though, Colton, Alex, and O and was happy to see Tyler, Shane and Noah again too. I didn't realise though how much time athletes spend naked, but not complaining really.
I am happy these two managed to find their way back to each other although I don't think I'd have been as forgiving or eager as Cam, but this is a story and it worked for that purpose. Again Luke's parents proved how terrible they are as people, although his mum redeemed herself a little I suppose, she has a way to go though.
I'd have been happy if the story ended where it did at the end of this book, it seems to be a natural end but if there's another I'm not averse to reading it, I have had such fun with these two over the last two books I'd be happy to follow them a little further.

"A Heartwarming, Exciting, and Humorous Story"
Floored by Love, by Finn Dixon, is a wonderfully heartwarming, incredibly exciting, low angst, feel good, sizzling story with addicting and humorous characters with such a perfect storyline to be read this time of the year. I really enjoyed reading it.
SQUEE! How thrilling to read such a story! It contains all of the elements for quite the read. I loved the storyline premise, setting and also the characters. That being said, however, there was just something about it that needed an adjustment. It's content and flow seemed a bit disjointed or choppy, it's inclusion of numerous secondary characters and sub-plots, albeit intriguing, overshadowed it's main characters at times. As a first time reader of the trilogy, I was a bit confused about the direction and actual characters due to a need for more development and depth in both areas. While I loved mostly all the characters and the storyline, there is a need for more development, clarity and overall editing.
Floored by Love, is a story centered around the Olympics with a focus predominantly on Men's Gymnastics. As this is one of the more popular of events, speaking for this reader, I need to feel like I was actually at the event. I need to feel the excitement and action from all of the moments radiating from not only the athletes but also the spectators. I need to read and experience it all, even on a basic level, rather than being told about what had occurred afterwards. I want to be able to cheer for all of the athletes as if I was actually present at the Olympics as it typically is a rare occurrence for all.
Even though there is a need for more plot and character development and another round through the editing process for more continuity, pace and flow as well, Floored by Love was a great story with fantabulous characters and such an exciting and needy storyline and I really liked it....:)

Story: 4.5 Stars
I was at the edge of my Kindle with my heart in my throat at the end of Book 1 (gah!), and eager to see where gymnasts Camden and Lucas's interwoven Olympic dreams would lead next.
This story jumps four years from the end of Book 1, and Cam and Luke are once again Olympic teammates. They're both still heartbroken over their abrupt breakup, still deeply in love despite zero contact (which is a bit mind boggling), and with the help of their teammates, they tentatively reconnect - then explosively so.
The teammates/friends are a lot of fun (their testosterone-charged locker room banter alone...) and keep things light in what could otherwise be a more angsty story. Like in Book 1, I appreciated all of the on-page gymnastics time. That alone is a fairly rare treat in sports romances.
I highly recommend reading Books 1 and 2 back-to-back for a seamless read of Cam and Luke's HEA story. And here's to hoping for a spin-off series featuring more of the teammates, old and new. I received an advance reading e-copy of this book and have left this honest review voluntarily. (Also read in KU.)

The teammates/friends are a lot of fun (their testosterone-charged locker room banter alone...) and keep things light in what could otherwise be a more angsty story. Like in Book 1, I appreciated all of the on-page gymnastics time. That alone is a fairly rare treat in sports romances.
I highly recommend reading Books 1 and 2 back-to-back for a seamless read of Cam and Luke's HEA story. And here's to hoping for a spin-off series featuring more of the teammates, old and new. Loved this continuation of the Rings Trilogy, maybe even more that the first book. Have been waiting to see how Cam and Luke would resolve what happened in their pasts and see if they could move forward together. The steam level is extra high between them, the angst level is medium which makes this story just right and there is plenty of Olympic training and background to satisfy the sports romance fans without turning off those who aren't big into sports. Looking forward to book three very much.

This book was so satisfying to read! I was devastated at the end of book one, because I hadn’t realized there would be a cliffhanger. I was SO GLAD to see Luke and Cam back together! I feel like the author went a little light on the physical side of their relationship, since they had just gotten back together after such a long time I would have expected them to be having “relations” every moment they could! Especially as they had more free time.
Anyway, it was still awesome and I liked the supporting characters as well. Recommended!

I was awaiting this second book in the Rings Trilogy seriea to learn how things would progress between Cam and Luke.
This books takes place at the next Olympics and they find their hfn after an incident with Cam that makes Luke realize Cam is more important than his family. With a spectucalair semi spontaneous coming out by Cam. Wow
I enjoyed reading about previously introduced characters and learning about new ones.
The horny hormone level was very high in this book , as was in the previous one. But you might expect that from viral and fit men in their prime. I am not a man so can't commwnt on that.
I am looking forward to the last book in the series to see how and if Luke and Cam their relation develops further. I also hope the other guys in the team will get a bit more backstory and development in their relationships. Or the author might decide they get their own book(s). 4-4,5*

I was heartbroken at the end of Rings of Lust. Falling in love at the Olympics made Luke and Cam's love story seem magical. Seeing them grow during the events only to be parted so cruelly brought tears to my eyes. I was curious to see where their time in London was going to take them. The story was very realistic with the men wanting to reconnect but being afraid of being hurt again. But once Cam and Luke can step up for what they want the story blossoms! I also loved seeing them grow as Olympians and leaders for their team. As much as I love reading about them in the competitive arena I hope the third book in the trilogy explores their happily ever after a bit more.

This is an enjoyable continuation of Cam and Luc’s story. Their story picks up four years after the first book and is a second chance for Cam and Luc to make their relationship work. I was curious to know what was going to happen with Cam and Luc - there is not a cliffhanger in this book. I don't see myself continuing this series.

After book ones ending i couldn't wait to jump into book two.
This book will have you in your feels, Cam and Luke are both amazing and I'm glad they got the ending they deserve😍 looking forward to book three and seeing what it brings.

This is the second book in this high stakes gymnastic series. This book takes place 4 years after the events that occured in the first books. I have to say, I enjoyed this book a lot more than the first one. We got introduced to new characters, new storylines, we also finally got the reason why Luke just went awol on all of his friends.
I thought this book improved a lot from the first one! One of the things I disliked about the first book was how many spicy scenes were in it, in the first story it seemed more focused on those scenes than building a relationship. But! This book was the opposite! Luke and Cam took their time to build up their relationship, and yes, there were still spicy scenes, but we still got cute bonding moments outside of the bedroom too. Which I really appreciated.
I was shocked by how we didn't see as much of the characters from the first book. They were mentioned but didn't have a huge part, and at first I was weary about it. Although, I ended up falling in love with these other characters just as much as I had with Tyler, Grant, and Graham. I adored Orion's shyness and hesitancy towards talking to a guy who might be interested in him. And Colton's southern charm was hilarious! He definitely reminded me of Tyler but he was still his own character. And Alex! The only straight guy on the team! He was so supportive and such a great friend and sport about getting dragged to gay clubs. He hardly complained about it.
Overall I enjoyed this book so much! I can't see what happens next!

4.5 stars A gorgeous book filled with emotions for Lucas and Camden. Recommended to be read in order.

Lucas, out of the closet as a team player working hard for Coach Cassandra and Ty pushing him.
Lucas and Cam where once in a deep romance but things had been put to a halt. That didn't account Lucas still not over him but as they say communication is the key. Thank goodness for a platypus sort of as scenes playout.
Ooh I totally didn't like Cassandra for getting in between Lucas and Cam but she's not the only one.
I felt both these guys for their situation they where in but I really wanted Lucas to get his act together and do something about it all. He was missing out on a lot especially during the games outings. As well as the main characters progressing romance there are other romances beginning in this which I loved. Scenes playout with a few twists ups and downs but they get there as a couple. A fantastic book to read for a HEA ending.

It’s a relief to see Luke and Cam again, and there’s an aura of “same but different” that permeates their second Olympics. It’s been 4 years since their original crash and burn, and they’ve both experienced a lot in the interim, but in some ways (like their emotional connection) they’re still right where they started. In others, they’ve definitely grown, and it’s rewarding as well as emotional (you didn’t think this would be angst free, did you?) to see them take risks and discover strengths I don’t think they really had a chance to have in the first book. This is definitely the kind of book that will have you muttering “for the love of everything, just TALK already,” but in a good way– you can see how the characters need to get out of their own way, or where they need to step up, but they aren’t going to do it immediately, and that wait is a delicious blend of anticipation and frustration. Also, there’s of course all the attendant drama of the Olympic setting and an interesting cast of supporting characters.

Loved this 2nd book of the series! Watching them come back together after 4 years. Owning their mistakes.....pushing themselves to trust one another again....love love love! Cam and Luke are such an adorable couple and feeling the tension at the beginning half of the book just killed me! The support the team, including the coaches gave them was just the best! I want to say so much more but I feel like I'm spoiling the book!
I think my favorite part of Finn's writing is the reality. In each of the books nothing feels forced/rushed/in-genuine. Real life sucks and we see that in these books. Hard things happen but when you have friends, coaches, family to rely on you can make it work! Im not an insta-love romance lover so these books just really speak to me. Watching Luke take care of Cam, and Cam owning his sexuality so publicly we're 2 of my favorite parts of this book. Can't wait for their conclusion in book 3!

I had been eagerly awaiting the continuation of this series, and this book didn’t disappoint. It arrived and reacquainted us with old friends, letting us get to know some people better, while introducing us to new characters I hope to get to know really well (hint, hint)! I loved everything about Cam and Luke’s journey. This one felt like it was fueled from a place of strength. Luke is learning that he has to step out from under his parents’ thumb to claim the life he wants. Cam has learned to survive, and even thrive, without Luke even if it’s not what he wants. Their maturity has more depth in this one and watching them get their HEA and triumph made my heart explode. The secondary characters are once again shining stars, and I’m so excited to see more in the future!

Four years have passed and they are now back in each other's world.
Their journey has not been easy but they are both stronger for it.
I enjoyed the chemistry and connection between these two.
They have both grown more into themselves and therefore have more to offer each other.

Angsty to super sweet! Cam and Luke are the best couple! They are fun together and truly learn. Out communication, forgiveness and how much love can pull you through pain you never thought you could get passed.
Their story just got better and their friends and family are filled with both good and not so good. The support and love from those that truly support them were the best crew for them ever!
I love how this part of their story had some new characters and return of others.

Did Finn have us chopping at the bit or what? It was like watching a series where you are teased each week, begging for the couple to get together. Cam and Luke's relationship never ended ... It was just left to fade, only their live never did. I hated Luke's parents so much and wanted Cassandra to hit her head on something, lol. But, it was all worth it in the end. Cam and Luke's love seems to be for the ages...but "I gotta Feelin'" the future somehow might not be smooth sailing.

Just as good as the first book in this series. Some new characters, some past ones but all equally as likable. Cam and Luke finally together again but not everything is easy as we get a front row seat to the rekindling of old feelings. Enjoyable, once again, and entertaining. Go Team USA! The first book is this series was amazing so I had high expectations for this book and I wasn’t let down. Finn has crafted the perfect follow up and it follows Luke and Cam’s journey towards a HEA if they can just overcome the barriers that separated them at the end of the first book. I can’t wait to see where book 3 will take us
