Jasper. Justice. Jax.

My three demon mates. See I was sacrificed in some random ritual and woke up in Hell.
Oh, did I mention they’re Princes of Hell?
I guess that makes me Morrigan Princess of Hell.
Lucifer is here, he says, “Hi.”
So now I must navigate learning all my new powers, as well as learning my pack of mates.
We were trying not to draw so much attention to how powerful I was, until I also emerged as a vampire.
Maybe my sacrifice wasn’t so random after all.

*18+ Reverse Harem Dark Romance. Warning, this book contains graphic sex scenes featuring darker elements such as blood play, masochism, rope play, and other such themes. Please be advised of complete trigger warning found in the beginning of the book before indulging. *

DNF

The writing is so rudimentary it's painful. This is a direct quote, I kid you not "This forest had always been here on the very edge of town." I had to laugh but seriously this is the type of writing I tried to endure.

I have no interest in reading a detailed draft. It's a shame the blurb sounded interesting.

first time read for this author 😍🤩

I haven’t read anything by this author before but I absolutely loved this book. I am a sucker for demons and vampires, plus a sexy Lucifer, and this had it all. I enjoyed the author’s writing style and I thought the story and plot flowed well. After the last chapter, I am left wondering just exactly who will end up being the series main villain. 🤔

The building of Morrigan’s relationships with her mates were well done and not glossed over with minimal details but rather built at differing paces based on each of the characters and their needs. There were a couple times where I thought the transition into the next scene could have been formatted differently but it didn’t take away from the story at all.

There was a lot that happened in this book and I feel the author has done an excellent job creating this world, introducing the reader and Morrigan to the different realms and the dynamics of the characters seen (demons, vampires, and fae). The build up around what will, I think, ultimately be the series overall plot was subtle and not glaringly obvious. It gave little hints here and there but the author didn’t dwell on it or repeat it over and over again. I guess what I am trying to say is that the author didn’t reveal all the cards in hand or pieces of the puzzle quite yet. There is still some obscurity and ambiguity to the series plot, but in a good way.

I am eager to read the next book and find out what happens next. This author just earned herself another devoted reader in this Lady.

Morrigans life changes dramatically when she wakes up after partying with her bestie to find she is in hell! Suddenly finding herself living with three demon princes her life will never be the same again. With plenty of drama and excitement this well written story keeps you hooked throughout. Our heroine is feisty and has an inner strength about her all while keeping her loving heart, and her three sexy as sin broody princes each with completely different personalities but gel well together. I loved this story and enjoyed the twists and turns, looking forward to the next in the series

After a night out at a pop-up party, Morrigan has a strange dream and wakes to find herself in Hell. Apparently, she is mate to a pack of demon Princes. As human mates take on the powers of their demons the demons worry that others may be threatened by her new powers. They begin training her immediately. Will she accept her role as Hells Princess and can she find a new start in hell?
Wilder weaves an amazing world with multiple realms. Readers have the pleasure of joining Mor on her journey of magical self discovery, as a whole new world opens up to her upon her death. The various realms house creatures that all have unique powers. This book is an interesting mixture of fast and slow burn as some of her mates eagerly embrace her, while others keep her at a distance fighting the bond. The main character is a wonderful mixture of strength, intelligence, and kindness that entertains readers throughout the book.
I honestly found nothing I disliked about this book. I would give this book 5 out of 5 stars and definitely recommend it to adults that enjoy paranormal romance and reverse harem. There are some pretty steamy and graphic scenes so if you don't enjoy erotic stories this isn't for you. There are some additional triggers of knife and blood play and some others things. If you have triggers I suggest you check the book for specifics.

I’ve been sitting on rating this because I couldn’t really figure what I actually felt about it. At first I really was enjoying the book, and then I was like “meh”, and then I was like “why the fuck are they adding this other person?”.

I think the last part was the turn off for me. Obviously I like reverse harems, that’s why I wanted and liked this book at first since. The demons are interesting and if diverse personalities. Then the added the vampire and I was like… ehhhhh. Douche vampire that doesn’t think things through, plus I was enjoying her just having the demons as mates. All of them accepting him and jumping into bed together just I wasn’t feeling it. Maybe that’s why I don’t know my feelings about the book, because once mr.vampire was introduced, all I could think of is “whyyyyy?”. I enjoyed the dynamic they had going with just the demons as her mates.

Even though this is part of a series, it ends open ended on a somewhat cliffhanger, “what’s next, but content for now” one…. Which I think threw me because it just ended right after they had their first orgy. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be reading anymore of this series since I lost interest 1/2-3/4 through this one.

This book cracked me up. The first thing out of Morrigan's mouth upon meeting her first nonhuman mate (who she mistakes for an alien) is: "You don't get to probe me." At this, I knew Morrigan and I would have been friends. She was spunky and feisty. She met each challenge leveled at her with her head held high, even if it was from the fiercest, most terrifying demon around - one of her mates' mothers. The only thing that held her back was everything she had yet to learn, so she set about remedying that as quickly as possible.

Each character felt thought out and interacted with others in a unique way. Each of the guys approached their new mate in a different way, and because of that, each relationship happened at a different pace. I liked that the demons weren't interchangeable.

Very impressed with this book and looking forward to the next!

Holy hotness, I’m not sure why I waited so long to read this book. Straight out the gate with action, it held my interest the entire time. I never found my thoughts wandering away while I was reading. I love how we didn’t have to wait for the second book after her kidnapping before she was reunited with her mates. Speaking of her mates I absolutely love Jax and Jace. I mean truthfully I love all of Mor’s mates but those two are by far my favorite. I’m also now curious what Luci is up to and if Lilith is going to try to help or hurt the newly formed pack. The spice in this book was also amazing and I love how everything progressed.

Morrigan and her Demons

I've finally gotten around to reading this first book and wasn't disappointed. Morrigan is turned into a demonling after attending a concert with her friend Sheila. She wakes up in Hell to her mates Jasper, Justice, and Jax. She must learn what powers she has and who caused her death.
While investigating what happened to her she meets another mate, Jace, the vampire who created her vampire side. They must work together to figure out who unalived her and stop him.
This does end on a cliffhanger, however the next book is out and I'm looking forward to see where the story goes next.

Not what I expected

I met this author at a book convention and saw the picture she had for Justice and said GIMME. I am finally now reading the series, and while it did take me a bit of time to get into, I am enjoying it. Mor is hilarious, as is Justice. Jasper is almost way too serious unless it comes time to be naughty. Jax is the man of mystery and I hope we learn more about him through the series. And Jace was an interesting addition I did not see coming. Looking forward to what else can happen for these characters.

Book rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spice Rating 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I am just in awe of this book. From the first chapter I was hooked. The world building is bloody brilliant and Morrigan is an absolutely stunning, feisty, and strong, character surrounded by equally amazing men. I couldn’t get enough! A reverse harem full of twists and turns, slow burn, and plenty of spice, I will be anxiously (impatiently) awaiting the next book

Mostly fun and funny with snappy banter and some interesting worldbuilding. It did feel like the heroine adjusted waaaay too fast to her new circumstances, though. And even though there's some, er, slightly advanced smuttiness, the heroes still felt a little too... prim? for all they're near indestructible, almost immortal demons.

Wonderful

Kay always writes beautifully. I love the characters. Mor is the best female lead I come across in a while. Its steamy but not to much. I can't wait for the next book.

Pausing for now at chapter 12 (30% in).
Just can't get into the characters. Also the book seems to be 90% inner monologue.

I'm over the fad of RH where one MMC is all like "I hate her. I wont bond with her." And this book has that.

so different

Such a different take on the trope, it’s a fast faced fast burn story with plenty of spice but still well balanced. I can’t wait to read the rest of them.

This is Kay Wilder’s book debut and it reads like that of a seasoned author. Hands down, this is one of my favorite books and an incredible start to a series. I couldn't put it down.

We are first introduced to Morrigan (Mor)– blonde, beautiful and fairly innocent. Following a break up, she heads to a secret concert with her best friend Sheila. Following a tragic turn of events, she’s sucked into hell and introduced to 3 very delectable men…

Justice, Jasper and Jax (*swooning*). The Princes of Hell. Deadly, delicious, and utterly devastating. Justice, the Prince of Greed, who seems to form the first bond with our heroine is finely attuned to her wants and needs.  Jasper, the Prince of Lust, who is the proud owner of a very sinful tail. Jax, Prince of Gluttony, broody alpha who doesn’t like to be touched, although, he does enjoy bondage… It’s not smooth sailing as one of the men doesn’t even want a mate, but the journey is oh so delightful.

Although, she doesn’t have time to get too comfortable as she’s kidnapped and held prisoner by Jace, Prince of the Vampires, who cannot seem deny the call of her blood.

I'm obsessed with Morrigan! From the very first page, I was sucked into her life and honestly, didn't want to leave (especially after "meeting" her harem). She was sucked into new realms, life upturned and still kicked ass! The author did an amazing job of creating and developing the characters and different realms - she gave just the right amount of detail so I saw what she did. My only question - how can I get a record hall library in my house? The book was written with multiple POVs allowing you to really understand each character's perspective and the progression of their relationships.

Phenomenal book - I want more! Can't wait to see what happens next! Highly
recommend!
