The antagonists are so rash and dumb it's kind of tiring.
All the girl are in love with the Duke. 🙄For no reason at all besides his good looks.
Adele is supposed to be someone from another dimension/time that somehow reincarnated while keeping all memories from her previous life. Does this help her in any way? No. Well, except to design some shoes and that's literally it. The reincarnation thing is basically useless.
The romance is pretty cute though. And there's a lot more kissing than other manhwa I've read. That's a plus. There's no miscommunication from the two main characters and they're love confession isn't dragged on.
I can say that I enjoyed reading this story. We can see that the storyline is kind of cliche and has been used to different manhwas and stories, but in this manhwa we were given chaotic characters, smart female lead, dumb villains/villainess, and evil saintess. I love Adele's personality as she is smart, knows what she do, and is able to make plans, but I can say that I didn't like how she treated Felix, especially during the time that it's kind of messy because of Susan. I love Felix all throughout the story. We can see how innocent he is, but is willing to learn in order to improve himself. I really liked seeing Felix's development in this manhwa and how he is not that toxic despite of wanting to have Adele stay by his side. The side characters are also entertaining in this manhwa. Overall, this is such a good read.
Good book to pass the time! (slight spoiler, nothing major) Its a good book and I love how they first met. The prince was def my favorite character and im glad he wasnt a love intrest it wouldve broke my heart. BUT I HATED Adelaide, i diddnt mind her confidence in herself but i hated that she kept saying the duke diddnt deserve her and how she would have him chase after her. That poor man did not deserve to be treated like that, every little mistake she had something to say. ESPECIALLY the end proposal, like girl, hes giving you everything why are you acting like that. Other than her i loved the book and the art style!
I loved this story! I binge read the graphic novel in a few days once I got started. It was a fun, lively story, that had you routing for the characters all the way to the end.
The artwork when it isn't rushing in a chibi / emotional state is interesting. It uses a variety of transitions between panels. The main couple has less intentional misunderstandings than most in the genre which helps the romantic elements. Only as the pacing picks up, these organic moments stop and become meaningless sweet nothings based on looks alone. The story lacks tension and feels more and more choppy as it progresses.

Fun, easy to read, pretty art, but this suffers from "forgetting to give the male mc a personality". The romance is too quickly paced for my taste as well.
I did find this season funny and I didn't really mind it. Actually, it was quite adorable I just wished we had more scenes with the Duke and Adelaide. A thing that does bother me is that Adelaide doesn't use the fact that she is from a modern time to her advantage. She could use her knowledge and as she use to a designer I do wish that she could do something useful. For example, if she uses her power to the full extent, she could grab more connections from opening her own designer line or use her knowledge to gain more leadership and respect. It also bothered me how the villain who is supposedly from the modern world isn't really that smart. She used to be an actress so she should also take her knowledge from acting into account, yes she is good at lying and acting but maybe giving her smarter ideas would be better. Also, she should use her actin to gain more followers and become a bigger leader. This will allow more of a story to set into place and I've more of a challenge for Adelaide. I do like how every character presented is interesting in their own way and has more of a story that we can understand. This season really left me wondering what will happen in the next season.
Although I enjoyed the first season of Adelaine, I found myself happy with its continuation. The drama seems to be escalating to a point were I feel "embarrassed" hoping the scene/ act will end soon. At this point, i feel the character development has been reached and the conclusion should be soon as I dont see why this should go on any further.
I like how smart Adele is. She is always one step ahead of her opponents. Furthermore, she is also brave and not a damsel-in-distress. I am so fed up with a lot of pushover MC's in manhuas and I find this fresh in the world of isekai.
