When monsters descend upon their hometown, two best friends--a girl abandoned by her family and a mascot with PTSD--must team up and survive the apocalypse.
This was a good comic so glad I picked it up. The ending felt a little unsatisfying because one of the comic's biggest questions wasn't answered, but it was perfect for what it was and we sort of don't need the answer
Vrlo zabavan i zanimljiv stripić. Kratak je, ali je Daily Pass. Crtež i upotreba boja odgovaraju priči.
I like the art :) , Yuna & kawachan trying to survive in this apocalypse n found drinks at the vending machine. They're meet junchiro dude turns out he's a jerk at first but the more you're getting to know his character, still warming up to him. Itsumi - the katana girl who help kawachan injury plus taking them to itsumi's thrift store n give Yuna's new t-shirt. Kaito - the stubborn cousin of itsumi who never listen to itsumi at all even her friends who try to warned him many times about Mori who try to devoured humans to survived. Kawachan - who is mystery person wearing pink mascot n support Yuna's when she needs her help but in the end I don't see her kawachan real identity but I got feeling it was her girlfriend who always with her.

fascinating balance of morbid and cute. genuinely disturbing... and adorable.
deals with complex human emotions and weaknesses with maturity. though one particular fool towards the end could have been less constantly infuriating. it's the type of frustration that leaves me in a nasty mood. it's not for raising awareness, and there's no actionable point to fix the world, so what's the purpose?
ART: highly stylized, very consistent, impressive commitment to theme, beautiful palette, unsettlingly creepy. above all, this has clever storyboarding that truly shows, not tells. subtle little mannerisms. I deeply appreciate it.
LINGERING THOUGHTS: I can't say the ending's satisfying, but not in a bad way. call it artsy. leaves you wanting more. it wouldn't be the same if we got everything we wanted to know.
We have a small cast of characters who are just trying to survive, without getting eaten by the monsters that have come out of nowhere.
Strong characters & great character development -won't name him cause don't wanna spoil but our boy had the most natural & real character development ever!
The art is cute & the pinkish tone in the overall color palette is lovely.
All that being said, the ending did felt unsatisfying.
I loved the art, I loved the characters, and I loved the over all plot setting. But the ending fell short for me. So much potential was left untapped and so many questions unanswered, which is weird because the last few chapters felt like they were dragging on. The comic treats an array of characters as Mains throughout the story, but then the ending only dealt with and gave closure to Yuna's arc. Everyone else was more or less abandoned...
I loved this the art style was amazing, the story was amazing, the characters were amazing. But what was that ending? I hated it the whole story was leading up to a certain reveal we never got that reveal or any character development for Kawachan. I hate open endings they are lazy writing barely anything was resolved most things were left open.
Wow, this was a great story. Entertaining, fun, wholesome and adventurous. Cool characters and story concept, short yet action-packed with an impressive art style.
This can be read by kids, teens, young adults and adults.
cute concept but im trying to figure out why this white lady decided to set her story jn japan with all japanese characters using specific japanese tropes to tell this story as a white lady
It had a somewhat disappointing and abrupt ending. Everything else from the character dynamic to the plot had a great build-up, textually and aesthetically, only to be very anticlimatic.
