Cuffs never expects that a rescue of some women will lead him to finding the woman he thinks he could spend the rest of his life with. She’s everything he doesn’t know he’s looking for. However, things are never simple. Her horrific experience has him trying to tiptoe around her. He’s working to wait until she’s ready to let a man into her life. He knows she needs time to heal.
Only he can’t keep his mouth shut, when she decides to do something he thinks is too dangerous. He confesses his feelings for her too soon and she pulls away. This has him welcoming a trip out of state. He needs to have some distance from her and how she makes him feel. Imagine his surprise, when his president sends her to help with his investigation.
Kinslee is trying to work through the terrible ordeal she went through. She just wants to get on with her life and these feelings Cuffs brings to life in her are confusing. How can she ever let a man touch her again? In her attempts to push those thoughts away, she pushes Cuffs away.
An unexpected trip to Tennessee to work with another club, one which she has an unexpected connection to, puts her right in Cuffs’ path again. Only this time, he’s not willing to walk away. As they battle outside enemies looking to wreak the same havoc as the men who’d hurt her, Kinslee finds the strength to let Cuffs into her life and heart as she battles her inner demons. It won’t be easy and there’s more enemies than they ever expected, but they will battle to the end.
She’ll have to accept that this man owns her heart and he’ll have to accept that this woman has his heart in chains. Ones that he never wants to break. He’s perfectly content with Cuffs’ Enchainment for the rest of his life.
WARNING:
This book is intended for adult readers. It contains coarse language, adult situations, discusses events such as stalkers, assault, torture and murder that may trigger some readers. Sexual situations are graphic. There is no cheating, no cliffhanger and it has a HEA.
An avid reader with a passion for romances that finally got the chance to write one of her own. The rest is history. Not what anyone thought for someone who has been a nurse and in healthcare management for years.
I sit writing as my two fur babies, my pugs Kujo and Khaos, impatiently wait for me to get done so they can lay on me as their human sofa!
My children are finally considered to be adults, so it's me, the hubby and the dogs.
I'm a iced tea drinking fiend who has insomnia, more ideas than I know what to do with, and a need to write them down.
Not too bad for a girl from rural Ohio in the foothills of Appalachia that grew up in a town of about 4000 people.
Finally!!!! This one has not only succeeded in making me fall in love all over again but has also made me want to read another book series too. They got together and it makes me happy. Now I just need fucking more!
Cuffs and Kinsie story started when Cuff and his MC along with Time Served Mc rescued her and a young girl name Desi.
Cuffs knew immediately Kinsie was the one and months earlier confessed his love but she was not ready. Paired for an assignment together could they resist denying each other again. Kinsie suffered unimaginable things to protect the other women when captured. Thinking she us safe to realize the guy they are chasing is determined to get her again.
I love how the author combine this book with other MC like Bull and Lorki. Lorki is Kinsie cousin. All the MC fighting the same cause. I'm not going to say much more because has a reader I don't want to spoil the story. But it is full of danger, crying but most importantly love , the love Cuffs has for Kinsie and her fir him, healing and yes someone betrays Kinsie..HAPPY READING
Cuff's told Kinslee that he wanted her, her loved her and he has been biding his time letting Kinslee take the time she needs to heal. Kinslee though feels she is not worthy of Cuff's attention, she was made to do things that no woman should have to do. When Cuff's leaves out of town, he doesn't realize that Kinslee is going to be part of the operation they are doing into hunting down the sex traffickers that have been taking women. With Cuff having one on one time with Kinslee, will he finally be able to convince her she is it for him?
This one through me for a loop. I liked the build up but then Kinslee kind of surprised me and I ended up having mixed feelings about the story. Overall good story, I liked that it had another club venture in who I am a big fan of those stories. Looking forward to the next book.
With this book the group gains some ground on the group that is traffiking women and they find out it's not just their corner of TX, but all over. Cuffs, Kinslee and couple other brothers end up in TN, working with a club that is similar to their and oddly enough has a connection to Kinslee.
It was fun to see this TX group get on so well with the TN people, for Kinslee to see house to help women similar to what the group in Tenillo are setting up. It brought Kinslee in contact with a woman who ended up breaking quite a few hearts, even if as the reader you could guess what was going on. I know we will see more of this and hopefully there will be some redemption.
Things weren't easy for Cuffs and Kinslee, but at each bump they talked about things, especially the big one that almost broke Kinslee. By the end Kinslee really believed that Cuffs wanted her and that she was worthy of him, some thing that was tough for her.
The party at the end was great! Loved how we all got caught up on what was going on and to see everyone happy.
The name of the book seems to be a bit problematic for the writer, publisher, Amazon, or someone in that world. It is sometimes “Cuff’s Enchainment” and at other times “Cuffs’ Enchainment.” On the cover of the Kindle edition, the title is “Cuffs’ Enchainment.” On the cover page, it’s “Cuff’s Enchainment.” In the listing of books in the AIMC series it’s “Cuffs’ Enchainment.” When searching on Amazon for the book, it’s “Cuff’s Enchainment.” When viewing the advertisement/blurb on Amazon, it’s “Cuff’s Enchainment.” In Good Reads, it’s “Cuff’s Enchainment.” Since the name of the character is Cuffs, the correct title is “Cuffs’ Enchainment.” [Aside: this does not bode well….]
In this book Cuffs has fallen hard for Kinslee, a woman he rescued from a human trafficking ring in New Mexico in a previous book within this crossover series. Kinslee is on again/off again, pulling Cuffs in, pushing him away. This is the usual trope in the AIMC. Very fast lust/love at first sight followed by a pursuit that never goes well initially, but always leads to a HEA.
Kinslee is in a bad place. I’m trying to remember if she’s had counseling after her ordeal and I believe she has in the previous book(s). She and Desi (a young girl who shared captivity with Kinslee) both had counseling and Kinslee definitely needs more; she had been held captive for two months and was emotionally scarred from the experience. Afterwards, she feels degraded and unworthy. She needs help. Instead, she is encouraged to follow Cuffs and his MC brothers to Tennessee to take down a human trafficking ring. Wait…what…? This is not a good thing and has “bad choice” written all over it.
Mental health is a key issue in this book, and it is not handled well. Clearly, it is a device to feed the storyline and that isn’t good enough. It’s a timely topic and could have been dealt with seriously. Instead, a dreadful incident occurs and is almost immediately dropped, and life goes on…oh well. As a literary device, it is inappropriate. And no, I’m not saying more because it is a spoiler to do so.
At 43% completion, the writer finally allowed that Kinslee needs professional help. [No duh] As previously written, the characters in the AIMC world would have recognized how fragile Kinslee was and would have followed through with more counseling, especially Cuffs with his law enforcement expertise. What irritated me is not the problem, but the way the characters are manipulated with a heavy hand for the sake of sensationalism. There are a number of places where the story feels “off,” where the reader can see the characters being manipulated on a checkerboard. To borrow a concept from Frank L. Baum, at no time should the reader see “the man behind the curtain,” making a book’s world go ‘round.
A small confusion occurs in the second prologue where there’s a puzzling exchange among three people. Cuffs has come into the room with an angry (as usual) Kinslee. Jackie, one of several people in the room, asks Kinslee what’s wrong. Kinslee points at Cuffs and replies, “He’s what’s wrong? He thinks he can tell me what to do!” That little question mark is a stumper. Why is Kinslee questioning what’s wrong – she’s the one determining that something is, indeed, wrong. It’s a stopper that causes a reader to go back and reread the previous few paragraphs to see if something is missed.
This next point is a small enough issue, but I don’t care for the way the chapters are laid out in the Table of Contents. I go back and forth, as I do in a hard copy book, and the chapters are irritatingly odd and difficult to navigate. The chapter numbers appear after the name of the person whose viewpoint is being recounted. And under the chapter title appear the names of anyone else whose viewpoint is being included in the chapter. Ychhh.
Kinslee’s behavior doesn’t make a lot of sense. In previous books, she has been presented as a reasonably intelligent woman with a reason for self-preservation, particularly after her imprisonment at the hands of human traffickers. And yet, after being told to stay safe within the Warriors’ compound and never to leave unescorted, she drives off alone. This, after several attempts have been made to capture her, yet again, at the hands of human traffickers. Do we not all know precisely what’s going to happen when she goes off on her own? Indeed, we do. And indeed, it happens. Geez, Louise. And when the brothers are all busy with a life-and-death task, off she goes without a single thought about how this could end badly and take the MC brothers away from their important tasks. As the calf said to the mama cow, “that’s udderly ridiculous.” Kinslee is now officially naïve and stupid. The writer took an easy way out – the outcome could have been written so much better.
There are the usual errors that slip through the proofreading and/or editing tasks. For example: ==) “In the afternoon, she talked to me more about my life.” This sentence is awkward and misleading. The characters do not know each other; Kinslee is the one narrating – either Kinslee is talking about her life or the woman she is speaking to is talking about her own. Hard to tell, but in context, Kinslee is talking about her own life. The other woman doesn’t know Kinslee well enough to tell her about Kinslee’s life. ==) “Most men were skirmish about menstrual cycles….” This mistake is pretty funny. I believe the writer means “squeamish,” as in, “Most men were squeamish about menstrual cycles….” Although the squeamishness can lead to skirmishes, I suppose. Funny…! ==) “I have a feeling that with this one gone.” Uh…we need a verb. ==) “Afterall, they really didn’t know us. “Afterall” isn’t a word. It’s “After all,” which is not a compound word; it is two words. Check a dictionary. ==) “Both of them looked at each and then at me with worried expressions.” I think perhaps they “…looked at each OTHER….” ==) “…they were set to live out in the real world as a strong individual.” Unless all of them were going to become one individual, they should be “set to live out in the real world as strong individuals.” ==) “I shrugged alone with Kinslee.” Since Cuffs was narrating, and wasn’t alone with Kinslee when he narrated this, I think it should be “I shrugged along with Kinslee.” Big difference in meaning. ==) “I kept my mouth shit because I was a dumbass.” I’m pretty sure that should be, “I kept my mouth SHUT because I was a dumbass.” ==) Changes in tense are jarring. For instance, past tense is being used as Cuffs narrates a grisly interrogation. Then the narration abruptly changes tense with, “Bull jumps in to ask him….” Then, we’re immediately back to past tense again. Jarring….
While I do enjoy the characters who people Ares Infidels MC, I’m a little tired of the intermingling of the motorcycle clubs. I get that they are all working to take down a huge network of human traffickers that ranges the breadth of the United States and beyond. However…I’d rather have a little more involvement in little old Tenillo, Texas; I miss the Tenillo Guardians who guard the city.
I rated this book 3 stars because I like the Ares Infidels, but this book had very little to do with the AIMC; I’m wondering if it was just an enticement to read more crossover books. If so, I’m going to have to resist. I like the joint venture and collaboration between Ciara St James and Cee Bowerman, but I feel resentful of all the extra characters from the Warriors who took up space from the AIMC crew. It wasn’t really necessary, IMHO.
Here’s the suggested reading order so far (as of February 2022) for this crossover series: Boss (Time Served MC#1) by Cee Bowerman Sin’s Enticement (AIMC#1) by Ciara St. James Hook (Time Served MC#2) by Cee Bowerman Executioner’s Enthrallment (AIMC#2) by Ciara St. James Chef (Time Served MC#3) by Cee Bowerman Pitbull’s Enslavement (AIMC#3) by Ciara St. James Preacher (Time Served MC#4) by Cee Bowerman Omen’s Entrapment (AIMC#4) by Ciara St. James Captain (Time Served MC#5) by Cee Bowerman Cuff’s Enchainment (AIMC#5) by Ciara St. James Bug (Time Served MC#6) by Cee Bowerman Coming: Rampage (AIMC#6) by Ciara St. James
This should be 5 stars, but I just couldn’t let the fact that the name is wrong in the book title go. Throughout the actual story he is called “Cuffs”, not “Cuff”. Therefore, the title should have been “Cuffs’”.
I do NOT consider this to be a STAND-ALONE read. That is because there are two series, written in tandem by two authors, about two different MCs, that unite together to tell the readers about Tenillo, Texas. For maximum reader satisfaction, to prevent spoilers, and for immersion in the dynamic world building, these need to be read in order, alternating every other series. For example, it begins with Boss from the Time Served MC, then Sin’s Enticement from Ares’ Infidels MC series, then back to the Time Served MC, and so forth. Other reasons these should be read in the recommended order include multiple reoccurring characters, past and concurrent timelines, and overarching themes.
Cee and Ciara are working in tandem to weave stories about men and women that are determined to clean up and save their city from coercion, drugs, blackmail, human trafficking, murder and whatever other nefarious crimes are being committed in the shadows.
These men and women do not fund their lifestyles with illegal activities, so they are not like the stereotypical bikers normally featured within this genre. These series combine to build a dynamic and ever changing story universe with each new reveal, but with two distinct styles. This has made it more interesting for me and I for one am looking forward to the next in the series.
** If you have not read the previous stories in the series, the following may contain spoilers. There are numerous topics that are potential triggers for sensitive readers, so please review the examples listed below **
⛔️ Contains references to, or scenes detailing, subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some, including: adult language; derogatory terms; mental health challenges including PTSD, suicide, anxiety, depression, etc.; steamy adult intimate scenes with dominance, submission, restraints, spanking for pleasure, “bottom” play, etc.; violence such as kidnapping, abduction, murder, death, torture, assault, fighting, betrayal, coercion, blackmail, threats, subterfuge, money laundering, gun running, cheating, prostitution, human trafficking, mafia / cartels, drug use, drug manufacturing, drug distribution, as well as the mental, physical and sexual abuse of adults and children, etc.
** Caution: Contains scenes with reference to, or detailed graphic scenes involving mental health issues up to and including suicide, as well as violence against adults and children that fit into the storyline, but may be a trigger for some **
There are several grammatical issues, with more of them occurring in the latter part of the story. These include incorrect word choice (I.e. finger iso figure, etc), incorrect punctuation errors (missing quotation marks, etc.), missing words, and extra inserted words. I am mentioning these for readers such as myself that visualize the story as it is read, because errors interrupt the flow.
The majority of this story occurs in the past and includes details of what occurred when Cuffs, Kinslee, Rampage and Talon traveled to Tennessee to work with another MC. They worked with them to investigate people and locations used by the human trafficking ring.
Raw, real and emotionally gritty Cuff’s Enchainment (Ares Infidels MC Book 5) by Ciara St. James is a very well written and emotionally thought out. Kinslee is a survivor with a feisty attitude, all sass and brass. But inside, as one would expect, there is much emotional turmoil as well as nasty negative self talk. Cuffs is thoroughly taken with Kinslee and needs to bide his time, but impatience gets the best of his temper. The continuing plot of this series (along with the Time Served MC series) is highly engaging as this MC gets closer to dismantling a human trafficking system with the direct involvement of Cuffs and Kinslee. While I do recommend reading both series, if one were starting with Cuff’s, a reader would not be completely lost. However, with all the characters, I believe a new reader would be driven to want to read everything that came before. All of the characters are very interesting and likely to pull anyone into these MCs. As for characters, this book kept me completely captivated as Kinslee experiences many of the beginning stages of healing, some of which are extremely difficult and heartbreaking. The range of emotions is vast and lends a real, raw and gritty emotional feel to Kinslee individually as well as the development of her love for Cuffs and his love for her. Overall, this MC romance is high in action and emotions with the added bonus of some MC justice as well as a much deserved HEA for Kinslee and her man Cuffs. I read an ARC of this book and voluntarily share my review.
I have really been trying to get into these books. This is book 5 in the series and book 5 I have read by this author. (I am reading them because they are woven together with the Time Served books by Cee Bowerman. I love her books. They just keep getting better.) So I was really excited about this series and a new author to follow but I just can't get into them. The dialogue seems rambling most of the time. I can't really get into the female characters she writes. This is also the second book in only 5 which I have read where suicide is a theme. Now I absolutely love a good book with mental health issues as a major part in the storyline. But as someone with a history of studying psych, this author's brush off of the events is....gah, I don't even know the words to use. Here's the spoiler, the heroine attempts suicide. There wasn't much lead up, just rash action of swallowing a bunch of pills. Ironically,a supposed doctor from a different series by this author saved the heroine's life but really makes no effort to get her additional help. Then a couple pages later, they give the heroine -who literally just tried to kill herself- a gun and teach her how to shoot it. I mean WTF??? The whole suicide attempt is then basically forgotten.
I also am not impressed that the story seems to be basically the same over and over again. Needs more variability in characters and plot.
Yeah....so I have given it a good try but I just don't really relate well with these books/characters. Others probably love them so give them a try if you have KU but be aware that mental health topics are not this author's niche.

I’ve got a huge problem with this book. Kinslee has stage three endometriosis, and is in agony every month with her period. Her specialist has told her to have a baby at 19, as she wouldn’t be able to fall if she left it. The only ‘cure’ is a hysterectomy. 😡😡😡 NO, NO,NO! If Kinslee is in agony with her periods she’ll have suffered with her ovulation as well, then there’s the fatigue and mental fog, but her life is so normal, she doesn’t suffer any of that. Hysterectomy is NOT A CURE!!! It might help with the painful periods, but that’s it. How do I know this? I have stage 4.
Okay rant over. Kinslee meets Cuff when the Mc frees her from a human trafficking gang. As she starts to rebuild her life Cuff is there for her, and he’s in love with her. Cuff is a detective under Boss. When he tells Kinslee he loves her, for some bizarre reason she thinks he’s got a hero complex, and he doesn’t know what he feels. Erm….. what now??
As they are in the hunt for a trafficking gang they join up with Bull’s chapter of Warriors. I really don’t get what the point of Kinslee being there is, apart from it enables their romance. When Kinslee is on the radar of the traffickers, she’s put in danger. Along the way they fall in love but it’s a rough road as Kinslee has massive ptsd.
I did enjoy it, but found myself skimming pages of her talking about her endometriosis. As it wasn’t believable to me. Not that keen on Kinslee either as she constantly does stupid things, and doesn’t seem to grasp the danger that she’s in.
This is the 9th book in the Tenillo Guardians series but the 5th Ares Infidels MC book. This is a not a standalone; you really need to read all the preceding books (both series; Time Served MC by Cee Bowerman and Ares Infidels by Ciara St James This is a story of a man who falls for a woman while rescuing her one of the worst situations imaginable. Though she has been through so much, Kinslee is a fierce, strong woman. Though Cuff manages to make a few missteps in trying to protect Kinslee but they manage to work through them. This book is a little different from the others as the majority of the time they are focused on issues happening in Tennessee as opposed to Tenillo, Texas. Which is good because we get a chance to catch up with some characters from Ciara St James other series: Warrior Archangels MC (don’t worry if you haven’t read them, there’s enough detail so you don’t get lost). This story gives us a few answers/resolutions to some issues from previous books and presents a few more questions. Ciara weaves quite the intriguing tale. While Tenillo, Texas seems like your average quiet small town there looks to be a lot going on under the surface. The series alternates between the Time Served MC (by Cee Bowerman) and the Ares Infidels MC (written by Ciara St James). Next up will the next book about the Time Served MC by Cee Bowerman. I can’t wait for all the rest of the stories and if I could; I’d live in Tenillo, TX.
Wow after the clubs rescued some of the women from their horror of being kidnapped, beaten and raped, Kinslee and Desi decided to stick around. Sadly Desi was only sixteen and got pregnant by one of her abusers and Kinslee felt very protective of her and endured more than the others did, but she is a strong young lady and yes has plenty of nightmares, but she also has a very strong and protective young man that is very interested in a relationship. Some of the guys went to Tennessee to track some of these abusers and come to find out that Kinslee's cousin Loki is part of another club there that also helps with these types of scenarios of kidnapped and abused people. Cuff's and Kinslee were there to assist and fell in love. The guys were able to rescue more women and shut down some of these places that they were being held at before they could get auctioned off. It's always been mind boggling to me that there are so many sick and disgustingly evil scum out there that enjoy human trafficking. Happy reading.
The settings are expanding as the series bowls along. This one is mainly set in Tennessee where Cuffs and some of his brothers go to investigate another compound supposedly imprisoning trafficked women. They are quickly followed by Kinslee much to Cuff's chagrin as he is trying to clear her from his mind.
The scenes play out, but are repetetive. The usual silly error occurs which the reader intuitively knows is coming. It is frustrating to me as the reader not to have even a little of reality in a story. Where was the arguement / chastisement from Cuffs when Kinslee does what he repeatedly said she must not do for her safety?
The brothers are beginning to resemble swearing fairy tale princes with their perfect marriages and charity work. The author tries to redeem their reputation by the violence when bad guys are caught, but it does not work.
The same formula is followed in every book which is quite literally becoming boring.
This was another terrific story, and a great addition to the series. There were many unexpected twists and turns throughout the story, as well as some new friends. I can't wait for the next release in this awesome collaboration with Cee Bowerman and the Time Served MC. If you haven't already, I would highly recommend that you start these series from the beginning, which would be Boss: Time Served MC by Cee Bowerman, then Sin: Ares Infidels MC by Ciara St James. From there it rotates back and forth between the authors while continuing the overall storyline of both series. Each book is about one couple, which of course gets their own HEA, but there is a continuous plot that includes both series and you'll have to read them all to understand what's going on. They're all fantastic stories, and you definitely won't be disappointed. I would definitely recommend this book, series, and outstanding author.
The book had its moments. However, they felt too few and far between. Felt like a marathon and I fought my way to the finish line. I typically love these books. This fell a little flat for me. Sorry, it’s not for me, but might be for you. Kinseley was physically and psychologically tortured by her abductors/captors. She is remarkably brave through those circumstances. Cuff’s is a little too much and not in a good way. His way of doing things might have been detrimental to her recovery. I don’t know I’m not a dr. But some of the things he said and did left a bad taste in my mouth. There is a pitfall with the series at times where they fall into explaining or over explaining events and feelings rather then letting us the reader experience them. I’m not feeling the story in my heart and guts- I’m being told a story in a less than thrilling way.
I swear this author only knows how to write one type of FMC: bratty. The tongue poking out - seriously, what are we, five?
I felt like this book had some very serious topics but they were brushed over. The suicide attempt being one. It was there then it was gone. I’m all for talking about heavy topics in books but I don’t like them being used as entertainment. That’s what it felt like here.
And for someone who was sex trafficked, not saying she shouldn’t move on but she sure got over it quickly. Didn’t appear to have any issues going from 1 to 10 with scuffs in a blink of an eye. Maybe that’s what happens in real life but I guess if she’s suicidal for a chapter, then she’s got bigger issues at play here. But the mental health side seemed to get in the way of a good story so she got over it quickly.

Ciara St. James has created such heart breaking & heart warming stories all in one with her MC series. Each book tugs at your heart strings & this one sure did that. The characters in each book come with strong alpha men & women who have been through a lot but over come what they may have gone through with the support of their alpha men & their MC family.
Cuff's character tugged at my heart because he never gave up on fighting for his HEA & she had a lot to overcome to be able to open her heart but with all the twists & turns that this book had it was at times a hard read, & at other times hard to put down too. To think these stories we read about actually happen on a daily basis in our reality is also very scary to think about too & breaks my heart just hearing about it.
Cierra St James books are generally very good. However, she has a tendency to over-explain things (something happens, pine person tells the story to someone else who tells out tio someone else - the whole story or conversation is repeated multiple times but you could just lose 5 pages of book by saying the H told the h what happened and later that the h told her friends what the h said)....sure doesn't do this on all books but this book has it so was going too be a 3 star book - however she's very good with her sexy time and her emotions being portrayed in the story so it bumped it to a 4.
Why does Ms. St. James keep making us women look stupid. It's over and over in each book. I would have quit St. James but I need her for Cee's books. I mean really, she knows not to leave the compound especially when it's a few days away from the auction but she goes anyway because Ember is crying. Boohoo. They have women she could have talked too and she should of told Ember that. But this author makes women stupid again and has her leaving without telling anyone. This author gets on my last nerves. I want to read Ember's book but I know it will be a woes me book.
I chose this rating because this was actually a pretty interesting book. I enjoy pretty much all of the characters well there were a few that I did not care for. This was a book of protection, compassion, kindness, patience, self control, believing in yourself and your worth. I enjoyed it Cuffs and Kinslee story. I think the author did a pretty great job putting these characters together. Cuff and Kinslee, they met during a tragic circumstance but he waited for her to get herself together and for her to realize that he was her person. Pretty great read! I recommend this book to all romance readers and MC lovers.
Kinslee, a young woman saved from a brutal abduction and imprisonment, has shown her strength since staying in the Ares Infidels compound. Cuffs, a member and also a detective, has fallen in love with her. She thinks she is tainted and dirty from her captivity, and pushes him away. While trying to eliminate the next step in the trafficking ring, they travel to work with another club, of which Kinslee's cousin is a member. More strides are made in eliminating the threat but there is still more to do. Hints of more romance and more problems appear in this book, too.
What a book, what a series!! I love this story, Cuffs and Kinslee are beautiful together. They are strong individuals who compliment each other. They both make mistakes but thats life, they learn from these and grow as individuals and as a couple. We get to see some favorites from Ciara's and Cee's other series as well, who could be disappointed with that? I highly recommend this to anyone that loves a good romance with a HEA but especially anyone that loves MC romance. Can't wait for the next ones in these series of books.
Everyone who enjoys MC stories should check these books out! They a very well written. I love how this series is one group given a second chance to make their mark on the world, as well as another group who want to continue their service to others. I cry, I laugh, I yell at the characters (hear that, Preacher!). These characters are men and women I would enjoy spending a great deal of time with on a daily basis. Ciara, you never fail to make it a joy to meet your characters and share their lives. Keep up the awesome work!
I was so excited to continue the storyline of the atenolol Guardians with Kinslee & Cuffs. Once again Ciara St James has written a story that brings you in like you are one of the characters! The struggles that Kinslee has because of what has happened to her resonates me somewhat, as I am a survivor of a violent sexual assault. I applaud Cuffs strength as he navigates his way through her hurdles in order to be with the woman he loves. Kinslee is so strong!
I was glad that Kailee finally agreed to getting some professional help. You can't go through something as horrific as she did and not talk about it and expect not to explode or do something crazy. I'll give Cuffs props for his patience and persistence but he was a bit too controlling at times. I love all the characters we met in this book from the Archangel's Warriors. I haven't read that series yet but it is in my TBR list. Something more is going on with Ember and it has left the door wide open for a future book.
Wow! I did love this book! Kinslee is one tough strong woman and Cuff loves her for it. For him it was insta-love but after what she had been through she took a little time before she admitted her love for him. Cuff is a compassionate, patient and sexy man. Together they emit sparks and steam. This book had a lot of action in it as they work with the Hunters Creek Warriors to bring down more of the enemy. A couple of new characters are introduced that I expect to see in future books. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
Kinslee and Drake have to must fire together. Kinslee is a woman with a past. Drake rescue her from trafficking . She thinks she’s dirty not worth anything. She’s ready to end her life . She has never meet someone like Drake who will fight till death for her. Slowly he shows her the amazing, incredible woman she is. She’s no litlle lost soul. She’s a fighter. Her nada Drake bring down some of the traffickers that toke her .Together they fine the greatest thing in life (love ).
Cuffs has wanted Kinslee in his life for months now but she has too many insecurities and inner demons. Kinslee survived a couple of months of human trafficking. However those two months she did things for the others there (trying with no spoiler). The guys from the MCs have their work cut out for them trying to find the ring leader of this group of human trafficking.
She’s such a strong heroine due to her willingness to protect others and her experience in sex trafficking. I love the relationship between her and Cuff and how he always wants to protect her even though he goes about it the wrong way sometimes. I appreciate that Ciara St. James is not afraid to write about the difficult topic that is mental health and suicidal thoughts. They were a great couple and I’m glad they got their happily ever after.
