I just discovered that the path of immigration for Filipinos to USA is the on with least resistance (as compared to other Asians). Their country used to be U.S. territory, and there was no Exclusion Acts being implemented against them. Even their religion is the same as most Americans...unlike Japanese who are mostl Buddhist or Indians who are mostly Hindus.

The Filipinos had the easiest path...how nice, eh?
