这个锅我背了!Let Me Shoulder This Blame!

Rate this book
Su Shi was once a platinum-level host with the highest survival rate. One day, his misdeeds of constantly shifting his blame onto others was found out and reported. Convicted of violating the rules, he was bound to an Automatic Blame Shouldering System and exiled to lower-level worlds.

Now, not only does he have to take the blame from others and shoulder it himself, he must also carry that blame and rush to his death in order to earn enough points to quickly unbind from the system.

Su Shi only wants to get rid of the system by shouldering the blame until death. However, he finds that trying to hold onto the blame is even harder than passing it on, and rushing to his death is even harder than running for his life.

As Su Shi lies dying in the protagonist’s arms with red-rimmed eyes and a weak and helpless countenance, an uninvited third guest suddenly rushes out to explain the misunderstanding for him.

Su Shi: “I beg you, just let me shoulder this blame, otherwise, it will all be a waste of effort…”

BEWARE of SPOILER

Su Shi had transmigrated into different small worlds and in those worlds, he pushed the blame on other characters. His deed was found out by the System's Lord and he was punished with a new system which was to shoulder the blame for whatever can be shouldered.

The first three worlds were the beginner phase and Su Shi somehow managed to botch those up. He managed to attract the attention of one character which he believed was the same string of data in every world a.k.a. THE ML. After each world, Su Shi could learn a new skill.

The new system's rule was simple. The higher the misunderstood value, the higher the point. And the main character of those worlds needs to stay alive. Su Shi managed to complete each world because ML somehow misunderstood something about Su Shi. For example, in the first Arc, he misunderstood that Su Shi wanted to live when Su Shi was desperately trying to die.

The translation is still in Arc 4 because the translator broke each chapter into smaller parts. But, I found that MTL wasn't that bad. I gave it a higher rate because I like Su Shi.

The poor MC and system worked so hard to keep the pot but the ML wouldn't follow the script. The ending was a bit confusing
