Imani 22 studied at the UCL Institute of Archaeology in London and while browsing through the latest edition of The London Archaeologist, she came across an advertisement for an expedition to a newly discovered pyramid, that had been covered in sand for thousands of years. She immediately applied for the position and within weeks, were all on their way to the Valley of the Kings in Luxor, Egypt. Terrible entities are encountered throughout the story but a Jinn is summoned and becomes Imani’s lover and protector. However, they must return to the pyramid to replace a box that was taken earlier and subsequently find that certain high ranking officials had been turning a blind eye to the many children that were being abducted and fed to the minotaurs that lived in the ruins of an underground city. Imani and a team of special services operatives go in and all hell breaks loose. Short Excerpt Imani was in front of Pierre and her two girlfriends were running behind, shivering and in tears they were absolutely terrified. Suddenly they heard another blood curdling scream and one of the men at the rear was yelling for help... The other men that were near him started running and shouting, “RUN... RUN... There's something down here... it just ripped his arms and head off and dragged his body away…!” The girls were all screaming and running as fast as they could... But the people in front were blocking their way...
