This was an informative read that would have been even more impactful had I read it prior to our teachers forming PLC's. It does have great stories and quotes, which makes the text more interesting. How to create guiding coalitions and build powerful PLC's is laid out well. A good read for educators who will be investing time and resources into leadership teams.
