At this point, whenever I see a novel by Golden November, I pick it up without even reading the blurb. Golden November has become one of my all-time favorite authors, and there is a reason for that. His stories are complete, concise, and contagiously fun to read.

Golden November novels are described as a book that reads in the same way a television show or a movie would be with the volume off and the subtitles on, and that's probably the most perfect way to explain how November's books work.

The story of G, JBT, and the gang continues in this comedy-drama that will keep you entertained until the end.Simple, humorous, and incredibly entertaining, every novel by Golden November is fun to read, but this one is extra special. I love how each character gets a story to tell, but it is always G and JBT who tie everything together in the end. While we do have the usual characters in the story, I love how each time Golden November allows a different character to come forward and shine. As always, the dialogues are fantastic,. This unhurried, filtered, fast-paced, and unique way of storytelling is remarkable.

For readers unfamiliar with November's style of writing, it is done in a format similar to a screenplay. The dialogue only narrative to be acted out as opposed to simply being read. Family inviting friends to a music award ceremony kicks off the story. This is not a prestigious ceremony but hilarious nonetheless and readers are given song lyrics to sing along. The best part of November's writing style comes from sarcastic, deadpan humor. This is really brought to life when the story is being acted out and it is really, really hard to keep a straight face when reading
:-What's the crunchy stuff inside the sandwich?
- It's cucumbers, do you like it, Fred?
-His name is Charlie!
The crew zig-zag from one near-catastrophe to the next in good detail and alternating lines are what a reader is working with...but it does work. Golden November hands out another great time to be had by alll. Recommended.

The setting is Milestoneville and the development of Channel 1994. Opening with JBT and G jumping from an airplane. The duo head to Channel 1994’s Award Show. The story then transitions to pre-show interviews by Amy. JT and Pineapple are both rival contestants for the best music award. Then a third transition is to the Award Show where the host seems to have forgotten his manners. He insults Click Clack and his family on stage. Then he turns to the crowd and announces that everyone was the winner of the Worst Music Award. The remainder of the book features a cast of colorful characters and the rise of Channel 1994’s popularity.
Meanwhile, JBT and G are on the hunt for a book that seems to be desired by many. The conversations were like reading the subtitles of a movie in a foreign language. The names of every character didn’t seem to be the focal point that Golden November wished me to follow. At the beginning of the book, I read the introduction that this is a book to act out rather than to read. Once I did, I found it was easy to understand. My favorite moment came from The Host Of Channel 1994’s Award Show. Even though he was fired for making fun of various important people, the jokes were not vulgar, and the audience found them funny. The novel hosts numerous themes ranging from suspense to comedy and drama. I think that the book could be converted on-screen as a soap opera. Anyone who likes to read scripts or desires to be a screenwriter would enjoy this book.

As always, the fast pace and the expressive dialogues were the highlights of the story. I loved to know G, and JBT synch
I read the first two books in the Life of The Impersonators Series, I also read the Characters of Milestoneville Collectors Edition Series by Golden November. When I found out this book, Life of The Impersonators The Beach was released I wanted to know what happens next in this series so I downloaded it and read it. The first thing you need to know about Golden November books if this is your first read at one is they are not traditional books. They are similar to a screenplay but once I read the first few pages and went with it, it began to feel like I was watching a series on TV. All of the Golden November books I’ve read have recurring characters. G and JBT are charismatic book hunters who hunt down missing valuable books. Flower Rose and her brother Dr. Yes. AKA June. Sell these missing books. There are many-many recurring characters who instantly become familiar, all live in this city called Milestoneville. Click Clack owns Channel 1994 the local television station, Bridget is Click Clack daughter, who runs Channel 1994 with her husband Asterick who happened to be G’s brother. Each character is incredibly intriguing to follow in their stories. Also, each character is well developed and has their own personalities that are always the same in each of the books, it’s like watching actors in a TV series. That’s the background. I found that you don’t need to read the series to follow the many stories that happen in Milestoneville.
If you know who the characters are it has that watching your show binge feel to it. The first thing I noticed in Chapter one was you don’t need to know anything about G and JBT, yet after reading chapter one, you have a complete feeling of who they are. If you do know the characters, again it’s like watching a fun series. I did find this book fits well into the direction of this series and the characters' paths. This book starts on an adventure that is typical for JBT and G and typically means high-impact, non-stop where you haven’t a clue what will happen next. There is no way to figure it out, but if you go along for the ride, it will be like you are there in Milestoneville. There are many brilliant moments and dialogue that will make you laugh uncontrollably. That is the best way I could describe how to read a Golden November book.
I have read other Golden November book series. Now I finished Life of The Impersonators: The Beach. It’s the third book in the Life of the Impersonators Collector’s Series. Reading Golden November books is like belonging to a private book club. The books are always full of action, adventure, drama, and dry hilarious comedy. Many of the same characters appear in all the books. There are many discussions that could take place about these interesting characters. The photographs on the top of pages represent the scene that is taking place, I quickly felt like I was part of the story while reading / acting out the pages. It's a unique reading experience that turns into an exciting adventure page-turner. Golden November books are really fun to read.
In Life of The Impersonators: The Beach, JBT and G go on an adventure weekend getaway. Their dialogue is always my favorite. G and JBT conversations are always interesting. Smith called G with a job for recovering a missing valuable book. This turns into a fast paced layers of deception in a way that Golden November is known to spin. The Milestoneville regulars are back, including the Channel 1994 actors, Click Clack the owner of Channel 1994 is also one of my favorite characters, he shows up at a fake auction to enhance the deception to capture a book thief in the wildest unexpected adventure, yet it’s very expected if you’re familiar with November way of spinning action and intense drama. Then the layers of this book start to peel away, Miles Senior gives his wife named, Summer Brandy, her own television station called Brandy Candy Milestoneville TV to compete against Click Clack and Channel 1994. Flower Rose arranges meetings for G and JBT, Dr. Yes is called to do a favor. There is a lot going on in this book. Jillian shows off her skills in tracking someone down who is tracking her and G. The character in Golden November books needs to become a television series.
