I never thought it possible, but the Man-God is actually angry things aren't exactly going out according to his plans. Boy are stakes high now. Just one more book to go, and honestly I don't think I can say anything at this point without ruining the experience for new readers so I'll just say I'm excited, I'm nervous and I honestly don't know how this will pan out... but I'm really rooting for Rudeus because I don't like the Man-God one bit.
My 1st book in 2024 and it's such a fun read. The final war arc is so fun, we are getting all sorts of God tier characters whose names were only mentioned previously involved. I really like the interludes in which the author goes into the minds of characters who aren't on the side of Rudeus. It really lets us know more about the world and lore of MT and understand the motivations of various characters. I'm hoping there will be a more impactful fight than the one we got when Rudeus squared off against Orsted for the 2nd time (truly the best fight in MT). Waiting excitedly for the conclusion and the Redundancy volume.
This volume was a change of pace from how the series has developed for so long. It's refreshing to see everyone giving their all, and I look forward to the end as we draw ever closer to the conclusion.
I didn't want to drop this after reading so far, and gods above how did I even read this far...?
what possessed me to come all the way here just to stop at this embarrassing last battle. damned. Mushoku Tensei is a disappointment, Rudeus has an ocean of man, Rudeus has the eye of foresight, Redeus has the encounter with the future (redacted), and yet guess what spells he uses in battles against people who can split mountains in half, mud and throwing stones.
this is a joke, no seriously, it is pathetic in all ramifications like Rudeus himself, a pathetic main character, a pathetic progression fantasy and good lord, has it strained my morals to read the past books, the perverse nature of the MC, good lord, from the pure delight of casting magic to absolute garbage.
Isekai is failing me, so much potential and only lord of the mystery actually stands to be satisfactory, Supreme Magus was my first and feel off hard, beginning after end took the manhwa world by storm I caught up, started the novels and by book 11 Providence or what ever it is called I'm already feed up with it guess to the magnitude of the anticlimactic it was about to be, and many others just prove that this genre is a den of mid stories and hopeful readers.
This is essentially the pinnacle of Mushoku Tensei, or so I had hoped. In my opinion, Rudy vs Orsted for the second time was the highest point of this series. Emotional narrative back then was beyond the charts, and this volume was more of a war of attrition, considering how immensely strong the fucking kid North God Kalman III was. Genuinely an OP main character vibe, moreso than the MC himself lol. Sword God Gal Farion is definitely one of my favorite great powers, so it was a bit sad seeing him defanged, to the point of not using his own techniques because he felt not worthy of them. It's sad, but well written. Even in the end, he technically bested Eris, but history repeats itself and Ruijerd was ready to pounce, as he did way back when.
There's just one volume left to wrap up too many things. The final fight of Rudy vs Geese, the timeskip of Laplace vs Rudy's family, and finally the Man-God fight. How on earth is it gonna be covered in one volume? I wait nervously for two months.

The end fight has started, although not exactly finished by the end of the book (and as such coming with a bit of a cliff hanger). Personally I am not an overly big fan of almost volume long fights, but as far as such scenes go it was a decent read with some interesting character developments and moments for many to shine. I especially liked how the Man God was depicted, it made sense. The after stories were not my cup of tea, but I just don't like flashbacks about the villains. Still, a good volume and looking forward to the final volume of the series.
The best anime series i've ever read, i really enjoy this year that i spend Reading this 25 books, i cried a lot and its so funny that i read some of then in just one day, about the end i think is perfect it ends the history perfectly but i wanted to know more about the fight against laplace and hitogami.
una joya de colección, las mejores 3000+ páginas invertidas en un buen tiempo, de las mejores novelas ligeras en la actualidad, difícil no engancharse, un must read 💯💯
A pretty good volume. I’m still internally debating whether everything feels epic enough but nevertheless we are reaching some big resolutions. One volume left apparently. (54K)
