This book consists of many poems and a few prose. All of them talk about the feelings that we feel but never understand, feelings that we don’t want to feel, feelings that we are totally unaware of.
We all are dealing with different types of emotional problems. This book works like an all-in-one therapy. It will help you vent your pain, heal your wound, give hope to your heart, encourage you to fall in love, and exit from toxic relationships that illusion as love.

It's been raining ever since you left,
And here i am, making paper boats of your memories,
Slowly trying to let go of you.

Book- Warmth: words for anyone trying to move on
Author - Rithvik Singh
Genre- Prose or Poetry

Want to heal a broken heart? 'WARMTH' to the rescue.

This is the author's first book published back in 2021. The words in the book are for all those who are trying to move on after a heartbreak, those who are hurt in love and also for those who are looking to heal their broken heart. With these beautiful poems the author empowers us to bloom with or without someone. The author makes us realize our self worth and why it is only healthy to let go of toxic love and guides us towards healing and growth.

The poems are short and quick read and will leave you with a sense of WARMTH. They are mix of loving, healing, learning, hurting, blooming, hoping etc. There is something for every emotion you feel. I also love the cover and coloured edge of the book. Such a pretty pink it is. Makes it perfect for gifting also.

This poetry book has -
•Poems on love and heartbreak
•Words on self-love and healing

Even if you dont read poetry you will love reading this one because at some point in life we all have experienced heartbreak and pain in some or other form.

My 💭:
[6/4/25 9.10 PM]

I had picked this book up sometime back but somehow was not able to connect to it then. But today? It was like this book was speaking to me. Word by word.

Poet, how did you know EXACTLY what I wanted to hear? Such healing and caring words in the pages of a book with a beautiful serene cover! No there's nothing too much profound or philosophical but there was a certain "warmth" in each of the poems. I have shared some of the snippets, you guys will understand what I mean.

The core of the poems are about moving on and letting go, but it was so much more than that. It expressed self love and happiness and light and an understanding of self and hope. Hope of a tomorrow that you wish for. Midway through the book my eyes teared up and I knew it was a 🏅 book.

Oh gods what is this emotion that I'm feeling today? This deep wrenching pull towards something unknown. Almost like I'm being tugged in two opposing directions. A very very tiny part of my soul seems to be drooping down and mourning an alternate universe. I wish I could converse with that "me" of the other AU to know what it feels like to be treasured like that, to be the moon in a certain starless sky. I hope that "me" shines brightly and anchors her Earth to her.

But I am happy that I did the best thing I could do in this situation and did minimal damage despite my sociopathic selfishness. So I'm not guilty of making a wrong choice, just an endless rush of "what if"s. I might shed a few tears tonight but still it's okay. I'll make the best of the situation and try to be a light in the darkness rather than the other way around. I can never ever do this ever again. I'll look from afar and hope for happiness. But on my darkest nights, I might look upon the sky and remember.

"Warmth" feels like a soft embrace in book form. It's a follow-up to "I Don’t Love You Anymore," and in many ways, it’s even more touching. Author writes with such clarity and tenderness, offering words for anyone trying to move forward from a difficult chapter in life. The imagery of cherry blossoms on the cover perfectly captures the essence of the book—delicate, but resilient.

This book feels like a companion on the journey of healing, with each page offering gentle, warm and soft words of encouragement. The short, yet profound passages make it easy to revisit, especially during moments of emotional turmoil. Author's ability to capture complex feelings in simple words is what makes this book is so special. It doesn’t overwhelm you; it just reminds you that with time, pain fades and new growth can emerge.

If you're feeling lost, then this book is the comfort you're looking for.

Warmth by Rithvik Singh feels very similar to his previous book, I Don’t Love You Anymore, both in style and substance. The same minimalist format, short lines, and recurring themes of heartbreak and longing continue here, but without much added depth or freshness.

While a few lines are tender and relatable, the overall book feels repetitive and light for its length. For readers familiar with his first work, Warmth offers comfort but little growth.

Gentle but repetitive. Two stars for sincerity, though it lacks originality.

I stumbled across this author on Instagram with his beautiful scenery and daily poetry that is now in this short collection of sometimes heartwarming and sometimes heart wrenching expressions of love and friendship. Mr. Singh has a beautiful way with words and expressing those emotions we all experience And often do not know how to convey.

Went to Baatighar somedays ago, tried both Warmth and I dont love u anymore by Rithvik. Nvm, Warmth was much Better. And spent my whole time reading it.
The porse, little pice of poetries were comforting, healing, and sometimes breaking. I was basically giggling back and forth reading this.

Having read all the books by this author, the only thing I can say is: read it if you want to move on, read it if you’re in love, read it if you’re in love but can’t explain why you can’t accept it, read it if you’ve broken up—just read it!

Soft, soothing, and filled with gentle reminders of growth and healing. Some poems glow with honesty, but others feel more like pretty quotes than poetry. If you enjoy short, Instagram-style reflections on love and letting go, this might bring you comfort—but don’t expect much depth.

I have read far far better poetry/musings books than this one. Liked few of the poems. Overall, lacks depth & gets repetitive. Written mostly for confused teenagers/young adults. Some books & authors are just too overrated for sincere readers and people into literature.

Beautiful poetry and quotes. Even though the book is not long [sometimes 1 or 2 lines on a page], it will take some time because you'll spend time reflecting on the quotes.
