Awww, this was such a cute story! I loved it - and that's all I can say because it's a quickie and I don't want to give away any spoilers. (Yes, Ms. Valentine has managed to include a nice plot twist in this very short story. I must have a look at her backlist. If she's good enough to pull something this good within the word limit of a quickie, imagine what she can do without that constraint.)

Short (less than 20 pages), sweet, sexy, sentimental, and free! What more could you ask for? The author actually made me care about the older woman(34)/younger man (30) H/h in that meager amount of pages. Go on over to http://www.allromanceebooks.com/produ... and download this free ebook and if you can spare 15-20 minutes you be rewarded with a story about an erotic hookup with a twist!

When I started reading this, my reaction was, "Not another PWP. What is wrong with this people? Can't they wright normal stories with an actual plot?"
Then, when all became clear, my reaction was, "Awwww. That's just so incredibly cute."
A nice little twist. Ms. Valentine had me there for a few e-pages, but I forgive her, because this was one cute, sexy, sweet little story.
Love it.

I thought this story started out pretty silly. Elle accompanies her best friend to her class reunion. Since she’s older than her friend, she doesn’t really know anyone there. As she’s leaving, she trips and falls into Riley Forbes, hot male model extraordinaire. Within moments they’re planning to have sex – and they haven’t even kissed yet. Elle is two years older than Riley and while they’re driving separate cars back to the motel where they’re both staying (coincidentally, they’re in rooms across from each other), she’s hoping he doesn’t meet some “young thang” on the way and forget her.
However, there comes a point in the story where it begins to make sense. I won’t spoil the moment but it does make the whole story worthwhile. So if you can stick with it past the silly beginning, you’ll be touched by the ending and maybe find you’ve read a good story after all.

This is a great free read!!
I love books like this where you think one this is going on but it turns out the situation is slightly different.
I don't want to give anything away, so go read this. And if you are aware of any similarly themed books do let me know. I already know of Susan Donovan writing something simila. These types of stories always warm my heart and make me so happy afterwards.
And as always, there is nothing quite like reading a christmas themed story at an inapproapriate time of year (like march).

This was a very sweet and sexy story which really surprised me. There is a twist in the plot in the middle of the book that is impossible to foresee. It really was impossible to see that coming, but it was a nice surprise. Elle goes to the Christmas meeting of her old school and there she has an encounter with a hot cowboy. Their steaming hot encounter is quite sensual and the story is very cute. I found a couple of editorial mistakes, but they didn't interfere in my reading or my enjoyment of the story.

Lex valentine tells a hot story creating smoking hot scenes like Evangeline Anderson and Tara Nichols and she has all the hope and love and promise that makes me pick up my cheerleading pom pins to make sure the characters make it to the hea! A short quick story about a school reunion turns sexy romance. If you can't tell from the cover this is an erotic short. It flows well, albeit quickly and leaves the reader satisfied.
