This is my first time reading a book from this author. I don’t usually read about vampires but this was a welcome treat. Tricia who is the Queen of Faery just gave birth to her beautiful baby girl Tiana and Riley who is a vampire are getting married. Tricia does really care she does need anything so say that the two are married but Riley wants to get married.
These two are such a cute couple. The love they share oozes off the pages and there chemistry is awesome. Riley has to go away on business and Tricia feeling lonely even before he leaves. She gets her friend Stacey to baby sit Tiana and off she goes to surprise her mate.
Will Riley be surprised, will he be upset, will the two get some much needed alone time together?

After the birth of their baby girl Tiana, Riley and Tricia struggle to find alone time with one another, when Riley is called away on business strengthening their alliance with another clan. Tricia has plans of her own, and she plans to surprise Riley by getting a sitter and showing up at his meeting. Will their time together be enough to reignite their spark?

This was a quick story about Riley and Trisha. He has a meeting but wants to be alone with his queen. She has the same idea but can she surprise him as she wants? This was a fun paranormal storyline and cute characters!

The book is a good, and enjoyable paranormal romance read. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, and they have good sizzling chemistry. The story is a good quick vampire romance read.

Very nice series on the lines of Vampire Diaries and True Blood. This short is a nice side story off the series that whets the appetite for the series. Enjoy.
