I highly recommend “What Does Your Fortune Cookie Say?”! I originally bought it for my Kindle, but am also going to buy the paper copy to fill with post-it notes and underlining. The life lessons Adam Albrecht passes on in this book are simple, doable, and applicable to people of all ages. As a 51-year-old mother in the twilight of my mothering career, I am eager to bring this information into the next chapter of my life - “Why Not Me? (Chapter 37)”. I am taking Adam’s advice and am going to “let my brain run and play” (Chapter 53), find the secret language that I was born with (Chapter 75), forget my limits like Phil Knight of Nike (Chapter 29) ,take action and apply The Paper Principle (Chapter 53). Thanks for sharing your wisdom, Adam! The ROI on this book is definitely worth it! (Chapter 70) (Oh, and your sister(s) did not even twist my arm to write you a good review!)

I only asked for this book for Christmas because Adam’s mother is my husband’s cousin. I’m 65 and not looking to start a business or even want to be motivated to do anything! I’m surprised that I not only enjoyed Adam’s humor, but I did become motivated to get going in a new chapter of life! Invest in yourself! I’ve lived that philosophy for 44 years. If you don’t believe you’re worth it, you will after you’ve read this book.

A must read for anyone who wants to add connection, motivation and positivity to their life! From adding a smile to start your day to tips and insight on how to be a better listener, partner, conversationalist, friend, and most of all, better version of yourself, this book is a gem that checks all the boxes. I devoured it in two sittings and will keep it close at hand to refresh my memory (and motivation) on all of the entertaining and wise but practical ways to add meaning and focus to my life and narrow in on my goals. And also, frankly, because I want to read it again for the laughs. Such a great book and quick but impactful read! Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed WDYFCS and the snack-able wisdom it packs into it. Although I don't think there is a *wrong* way to read it, I ended up reading just a chapter a day at the beginning of my day. I earmarked and marked up tons of pages that I will continue to come back to when needing some inspiration or a little jumpstart. Adam does a great job of blending in his insights and experiences with his unique voice and sense of humor. Highly recommend it, this is definitely one I'll be coming back to over and over again!

Adam has a way with words to highlight reality with humor, points out life skills and describes wonderful examples. This book is self motivating, light hearted, and applies to all of us, regardless what stage of life we are at. I read this book over New Year's only to set goals for myself, motivate myself to be a better person and never to stop upgrade my thinking.

I highly recommend this book!! This book is an inspiration to all just like Adam is!!!

Packed full of nuggets of wisdom to focus, motivate you and inspire you to identify your dreams and then take the steps to make them a reality. Albrecht makes it seem so easy, and even fun, as he relates his journey as a college athlete to entrepreneur to successful businessman.
