My name’s Candi Cane and every eligible male in my pack is looking to get a lick this year.

None of the Evergreen wolves are my fated mates, so naturally, I turn tail and run… right into the arms of the, erm, Anti-Christmas leader of the Brimstone pack, Alpha Coal. He’s not known for his love of people. Who can blame him, though?
The moon goddess must have a twisted sense of humor… because it turns out he’s my fated mate.

Just when I think things couldn’t get worse, my attempt to shimmy down a chimney winds up with me stuck. How the heck does Santa do this? Please Note- Candi dealt with bullying (mainly when she was growing up), and some of that is discussed in this novella (there are references to her bully’s treatment of her, and a scene where she recalls some of her past). There is no bullying from her fated mates! This book features spice and the kind of hardwood that doesn’t need to be set on fire to heat you up on a cold winter evening… if you catch my drift. *wink*

This was a whole lotta fun for a RH holiday read. Because the book is so short expect things to move fast and boy do they. The heroine is unwillingly thrust into a pack game where she’s the prize. While on the run from her own pack, where her own father is alpha, she runs straight into enemy territory and right into the arms of her mate…. make that mates. Love, sex, and all the details wrap up everything quickly but not so quietly. Her father refuses to let her go. Turns out daddy dearest has been keeping a secret from the heroine and it will change everything. Book was fun and flirty with some hilarious scenes thrown in. It’s super quick, not deep or overly involved but made for a fun read for the season.

Oh goodness. This was like the most insta that ever instaloved. I literally gaped when they were saying “I love you” at 43% when they had just met! I expect some version of instalove with novellas, especially RH ones, but there was no intimacy or connection that I felt between the characters.

What I wasn't expecting to come across during my Smutmas adventures was a reverse harem werewolf Christmas novella... But here we are mistletoe toe mates 😅
This was ok, while it wasn't the best it also wasn't the worst, it was just very.. similar. Girl meets boy boy and boy they become mates etc etc they get a little jealous of each other and then they live happily ever after .. it's just ok, I've read it before, and I'll probably read it again..
I was very surprised there was a reverse harem... I will admit though I would have loved it to be more spice...

Okay for a novella
Had the basis of a good story, but as a novella it lacked the depth and detail that could've made it great. Still, an enjoyable quick read.

Super Cute
I don’t usually like novellas, I find that there’s more telling than actual action. Don’t get me wrong there was plenty of that in this book but besides the whole I love you’s being thrown around within 24 hours of meeting the other emotions were written naturally. The touch, the instant zap and connection. The guys need to touch her, it all flowed so naturally. There was some new information that came to light about her old pack that drew a bit a chaos into the mix of newly mated wolves. Can’t forget her Christmas themed made up snarky come backs were hilarious. Candi deserves a whole series not just one book. That’s how much I loved her. As usual, Sedona leaves us wanting more! I definitely wish this book was longer… can’t wait for her next book!

Para ser una historia relativamente corta, ya que no tiene muchas páginas, es lo suficientemente intensa y emotiva. Sin que me frustren los protagonistas masculino y con una premisa muy interesante. Debo decir que estoy bastante sorprendida, ya que no me esperaba que la historia tomara esta dirección, que sinceramente es totalmente de mi agrado y no podría haber sido mejor. 100% recomendable si quieres pasar un buen rato leyendo.

Candi's father is the Alpha of the Evergreen Pack has decided to host a Christmas Hunt with Candi being the prize. The Hunt has been banned for decades for being Archaic and Misogynistic.
Candi is on the run and running out of options. With the male wolves of the Evergreen Pack in hot pursuit; Candi has only one option left, seek shelter and safety from that of a rival pack.
Candi was very entertaining. In spite of her circumstance she found humor in her situation. Finding shelter and her Fated Mates amongst a Pack whose Alpha despises Christmas, Candi soon found the family, love and comfort she desperately needed and have been craving since the death of her mother.
Coal (Brimstone Pack Alpha, his Beta Frost and his Enforcer Aspen never in a million years thought that they would find their Fated Mate or the fact that they would have to share the same one. Coal, Frost and Aspen knew that nothing could break their brotherly bond nor would anything keep them from their newly discovered mate. Unbeknownst to Coal, Frost and Aspen there was more to Candi that meets the eye.
When faced with the drama surrounding her misogynistic Father/Alpha and his entitled Beta, Candi learns to dig deep and bring forth power she never knew she possessed. I really liked this one! This is a super cute, short & sweet wolf shifter Christmas-y story.
Candi belongs to the Evergreen pack, and their alpha (Candi's dad) is obsessed with Christmas. This book is definitely a romcom. The way Candi meets her fellas is hilarious. There were several moments that had me laughing out loud. There are also a lot of things going on for a short story. I hardly ever feel this way, but the story could've been a little longer. There were a lot of revelations and twists, and not enough time for them to develop. It's still one of the better shifter romances that I've read in a long time.

I loved this little delicious Christmas treat. Omg Funny!
I went in blind for a palate cleanser in between long reads and couldn’t stop smiling, giggling, covering my mouth, kicking my feet, and talking out loud to the book! Bahahahaha! I don’t think the author could have inserted another Christmas pun!
Nothing else was accomplished while I listened to this as a freebie on Audible. I wanted to fold laundry and I have been holding the same shirt for the majority of this book. I even popped myself some popcorn!
4 stars for just making me so bloody happy! Very little plot. But the humour, banter, and spice is on point! I need these mates personalities in my life…God it would be a riot! 🤗🤣🥳

I thought the meet cute was funny and unique. The buildup was a bit poor. I think the fantasy aspect of it was intriguing and maybe wanna keep reading. However, the romance, likely because this is a fated mates trope, was just too instant for the romance to have any build up. The conflict was almost irrelevant tbh. This has more to do with the length of the book. If this was a full length novel, I would’ve really liked this, but the shortness of it didn’t allow for the depth that I think this story had. I also just love a werewolf trope so despite all of that I really enjoyed this.

You just HAVE to read this book!!!
I won this book on another author's page, and by reading the description, I just KNEW I had to have it. Sedona - you definitely have a way with words!!! I am not a big Christmas story fan, but I couldn't get enough of this book!! I absolutely loved all the puns written into the story line. You made me laugh out loud several times. Once I picked it up, I just could not put it down. Even if you are not into PNR or Christmas stories, you really need to get this book. You will be drawn in right from the start. I want MORE Candi Cane and her 3 werewolves!

This was such a cute novella! I almost didn’t read it because the blurb made it sound like this might be enemies to lovers, even though they were fated mates. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the mates in this story were completely devoted to their female from the start,
This is a short story at 140-ish pages. There was more drama than I would have expected from a short Christmas novella. I would have loved of it were a full length book.

This is Candi's story, and oh boy, was it a good one. I'm not going to post any spoilers but I love the little twists this book had and love that didn't get drawn out into multiple books but I'm so ready to see how everyone handles the new changes going on. Maybe someone else's story taking place in the same universe would be good. That way, the focus was on someone else and her mates but gives us more closure.
I definitely recommend this book and Sedona Ashe in general. None of her books are failing to draw me in and keep me hooked.

Okay, this book was amazing. I laughed a lot. The story was amazing and funny. I think my favorite part was her going down the chimney. That was amazing and hilarious. It's definitely a great holiday read. I 100% recommend this book. Sedona has become one of my favorite authors can't wait to read her upcoming books since I have read all the others multiple times.

This was such a fab read, I love a strong female lead and Candi is just that. In an attempt to escape her father's control she attempts to seek sanctuary with the renowned bad guy Alpha of a neighbouring pack. But complications along the way expose just how much her father was trying to control her. I loved Coal, he was not as tough as his reputation, but I have a feeling that is only the case for Candi!

It’s a super short story I just listened to on Audible but it was great for what it was.
She was a strong female character and funny. She ends up having 3 mates who were also funny and willing to share her and avenge the wrong stun to her by her old pack.
I loved that she wasn’t a damsel in distress, but a new elder and alpha. Not to mention the book had some good spice who doesn’t have a reverse harem? 😆

I absolutely love all of this authors books and this was no exception! I am a sucker for puns, quirky main characters and humor mixed in with all the drama! And don’t forget the underestimated FMC!! she has done it again! This book was amazing I couldn't wait to read Candi's story. This book had me laughing so hard I looked like a crazy person and I'm sure I wasted more coffee when I laughed and spit it out. This has everything we love from fated mated to ow drama. This is a fast paced fast burn pnr that will leave you happily satisfied by the end!

As usual Sedona Ashe took me on a Rollercoaster ride of emotions with this one. From the happy tears wfrom Candi's men bring so sweet, to angry growls at her pack to literally laughing outt loud. I adore Sedona Ashe's work and don't think there is a single thing she could write that I won't like.

Cute quick holiday read. There were some good laugh out loud moments... Candi is running from her Evergreen pack, into what may seem like a worse situation... however, it ends up being the best situation ever. She finds her home... I love the author's sense of humor, and her stories are always fun to read. I hope we get to see more of the characters someday!

It had nothing really to do with Christmas but the setting was Christmas to a T!
After a hunt gone wrong Candi plays Santa Claus and lands on the laps of 3 grinches.
