Fantastic series!
These three books will make you feel ALL the feels. I did not want this series to end but I just found out that there is another book so Ill be buying that one as well.
Five women, friends from high school, fly in from different parts of the country to attend the funeral of their good friend's husband and their worlds collide and fall apart as secrets are discovered, affecting almost everyone.
Please read these books. They will touch your heart in so many ways, from joy to agony. I will cherish these books always.

several levels of great
Friends, relationships, life—the Cove books have it all. Five friends through school go into the world and return to the cove for a funeral decades later. Their lives have taken different turns, but they reconnect as only good friends do. The funeral opens old wounds and secrets, but these women support each other.
I love this series so far. It’s realistic and very well-written. I know each of the characters; they exist in my life under different names. I’ll definitely read more.

Strong Women
Most of the book series is wonderful. There are points where I would have liked a different outcome than the one taken. I understand it is often actions taken by women in life but it is frustrating for me like accepting and rebuilding a life with a cheating spouse and giving into financial blackmail to a bully. Beyond that, it was a pleasant read.

I loved this set of books - I laughed, cried, felt all the feels! It was a complete change from my normal reading tastes, but reminded me of growing up in West Cumbria, the freedom I had as a child to explore the sea, the beach and the cliffs. The relationships are written well, the women all stand out individually.

I enjoyed all three books. The characters are well developed. I love the relationship the seafaring girls share with each other and with Kristen who ran the group. However there are many typos throughout all three books.
